Terrible app. Forced to use it for work. Hemorages the battery & won't keep track of my location half the time giving risking my money. Cannot even send a report about an issue it fails everytime did a highschool freshman write this app.

This is a real rival to Chinese spyware, it's tracks when the app is supposed to be off, it demands all the persons permissions, blocks and hords all the bleeding data, and the app is a wonky cheap heap of trash that once in a while actually works. Good ol corporate america you SUCK.

I've been with this app for 8 months And it's definitely not that great. theres hours that are not Accounted for because it Kix me off the clock even in location. And sometimes I can't even get it too, let me clock. It definitely has its flaws.

It clocks you out automatically! That's not ok. We always worked until the job was done and now they put some kind of hard time limit on that? Also, does it really need to be constantly tracking my location everywhere I go? The settings imply that it tracks me even when I'm off work. KBS doesn't need my 24 hour location status.

When are you going to update it to fix the bugs? Bug one clocking your employees out. Bug 2 not accurate location. Bug 3 logging your employees out and telling them wrong information. Bug 4 not having a support team email or number on the app to help employees when the app is not acting as it should.

Please update so we can put notes about stores. And it would awesome if I could go back at any time and look and see what time I clocked in and out. Also if I touch my phone with the app open sometimes I accidentally clock out or hit new job button. Something like are you sure you want to do this kind of thing or a double click option..... this would be awesome improvements thank you

Unreliable. Clocks out of buildings even when it shows no clock in that building. GPS is slow and will clock you back into your previous location instead of the one you're currently at. App needs a major tune up!

If I could rate it negative stars I would, it's the worst time keeping app I have ever had to work with. There are so many glitches, inconsistencies, and unsynchronized. Yes, there is user error, but I would get rid of it in a heartbeat.

If I could rate this app a zero I would. This app is the worse idea that KBS has had. Almost every shift has missing pay from almost every paycheck since we started using it and it's getting ridiculous. All I can say is that if you guys don't fix the clocking in and out issues soon there is going to be a huge lawsuit coming to KBS because it's been months since I've gotten my full pay since we started using this app.

Total garbage. This app never works properly for me. Most of my punches get stuck in Pending then ultimately fail. Reports incorrect hours when it does let me clock in properly. I can't even file a bug report in the app because that fails also. I am forced to use this and I'm not happy. It's supposed to be more accurate and timely with hour reporting.

This app "requires" GPS permissions all the time for work and will not allow the option only when app is opened. This is a severe privacy issue!

The system clocks us out for no reason, missing hours and should have the feature to only track us while the app is in use instead of at all times

Good for clocking in/out and for your time card but you need to add in a messaging part so managers and workers can communicate in cases of calling out, concerns, being ignored at the door of assigned facilities, etc. Thought that would have been a priority for an app that is supposed to be the only way to access the work time clock and job.

The idea is great. So much better than calling in and entering a thousand numbers. However, it fails to pick up my location often; sometimes it says I've left the area while I'm still in the building; I have to reset the app quite a bit; and right now as I write this review, it says I need an update but no update appears and I can't punch out or in.

Currently using this app to clock in, but once a week the app decides not to show my shift as available for clock in, and I get stuck depending on higher-ups to get my hours straight. Someone needs to do better in updating this app and ensuring it operates the way it is supposed to. There's nothing more annoying than trying to clock in and get hours tracked and being unable to on a weekly basis.

"You have punches that have not been sent. Connect to internet and send them before ...blah...blah" is the constant working feature of this app. Soneone could argue that it is the best feature...you people need to go to IT school put on by apps like Command7 or InPosition. They have flawless check-in/check-out and in-app photo taking. Instead of giving unworthy "instructions" via e-mails on how the app SHOULD WORK, you really need to consider either fixing it or rebuilding it from ground up...

It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's definitely got it's flaws. It's an absolute battery vampire, and a HUGE data suck. A lot of the time it refuses to update my location and refuses my travel time which is incredibly frustrating; makes me miss the phone system. EDIT: The app now causes my phone to lag massively, other apps don't work/run well and there's lots of overheating when the app is running. It just keeps getting worse.
