I'm very Angry now... Can't make a transfer... This app is a mess after download the additional app now I want to transfer but couldn't providing my Approval 13 digits.. yet Still telling me error occur during authentication processing... What else can I do .

Easy to use and figure the features out conveniently. Displayed well, menus are so well descripted enough that everyone including new users can adjust in a short amout of time! Recommend!

Transfers of any kind (Domestic or International) don't work for me on this app. I always get error messages saying that the site is down. I have gotten these kinds of messages for months, and I'm sick of it. I don't have these problems with any other bank.

Using this app for 5+years, faces banktellers only 5 times. Login with fingerprint, money transfer without annoying security card & numbers, free transfer fee are all convenient.

When taking a photo of my ARC, I constantly get an error that it cannot read my ID. The people in the bank told me to do the online set-up part by myself, and I am very frustrated that it is being difficult.

Thanks for your response. So online ID verification is limited only for locals and us foreigner have to be face to face with the bank teller. Ok, I'll do it later if i have time. For now it's 2 stars since I don't have any experience for this app.

The app is simply doesn't work anymore on my Galaxy S10. I get a splash screen which looks like a promotion, and there's no way to close it and access the app. Please get this fixed.

The new update really messed up. My fingerprint registration has expired and I got a notification saying that I need to register again my finger print. So I was following the procedure and it does not allow me to register on their system because the mobile phone verification. KB Bank system has limited the users name to 20 characters and when you try to validate your phone number the name does not match because the Mobile Operator has a my full name registered. I called to the customer service and they told me to change my name in the KT system but they can do that because my name must be the same as in the alien registration card. Why this app does not allow me to enter my full name manually? Or use the digital certificate validation? This is a big problem because I can't use the fingerprint method so I need to type my password all the time increasing my vulnerability. I can register my finger print in Hana Bank and Woori Bank but not in the KB bank that was my first back in Korea so sad.

** UPDATE** They did fix it. But only for korean. Find 해외송금. Goodluck~ Original: What did you do!!! This new interface won't let me do overseas remittances. Please fix this immediately. I got this app so i don't have to visit a bank to mime what i need. What i need to do, is send money overseas. All my paperwork is fine and I have spoken to representatives. So please fix this app.

I've found out that this app doesn't ask for the appropriate permission or user consent to access other app's network usage, while it's accessing them. It seems like this app should ask for proper permission to see other apps' usage information(such as network, usage time, etc.). However this app is accessing my device's network record even before I grant any permission. Which is serious violation of Google policy : Device and Network Abuse

KB have redesigned their international remittance system, so even though I was previously able to send money abroad, I now cannot without visiting a bank. It would have been lovely to get an announcement about that BEFORE I traveled. Also, making someone come in in person for something they'd already set up is a waste of my time. Thanks for that.

I am really pissed with this new update. The interface is not user-friendly. Then the last confirmation for transfer should've been automatically connected to my phone but it still let the user choose among 3 options. Very inconvenient!!!!

only lets you change your settings and have access to certain things if you have the korean language selected. when i tried changing something in english it is just refusing me. hmm. im able to go further down the process when switching to the korean setting. even when i do that this app is screwing up on some of my info so im forced to fail anyway. i wonder how much of KBs budget goes to paying bots to rate this app with 5 stars instead of using that money to actually making this app better.

Just like all Korean apps and internet websites, it's completely inconvenient to use. I guess I have to connect with the bank or something. I don't use Bank of Korea online banking because it's not convenient either. My American bank app is separate from the bank itself, and there were no problems setting it up from Korea. Korea needs to upgrade their technology systems. It also requires me to install Ahnlab, which I don't want. No good.

For any unfortunate non-Koreans who have to use this terrible application: if you can launch it and it's stuck at 0% when loading, open the v3 app first manually and then start again the KB app. It should work this way. Probably someday KB will fix it, but it seems quite unlikely at this point. If I had an option, I would switch to a different bank in an instant.

After updating can't use it in English anymore.. i'm not the only one who's complaining here about that.. and so nice of you to answer in Korean to the English review.. very helpful and useful..

App has usually always worked, but lately it has been buggy. I'll press one letter or number and it will apply a totally different one so I am currently unable to access my account or information. I think this happened after the most recent update. I hope it is fixed soon. 앱은 일반적으로 항상 작동했지만 최근에는 버그가 발생했습니다. 문자나 숫자 하나를 누르면 전혀 다른 문자나 숫자가 적용되어 현재 내 계정이나 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 최근 업데이트 이후에 이런 현상이 발생한 것 같습니다. 곧 해결되길 바랍니다.

Poor quality app. It is not intuitive or user-friendly and seems to discard or request permissions and certificates that have already been provided. The only real use for this app is to check your bank balance.... if it actually lets you log in in the first place. It's a disappointing app from a very good bank. Edit: In store Banking services are great. The app user interface is still terrible. It is unnecessarily complicated and does not allow for translation of services into other languages.
