A disgrace of an app and a bank robbery by all means. Over 200% the market price of the product plus the developer is at least in bed with the castrist authorities in the island.

Esta app no sirver al igual que los q lo operan desde Miami... don't we have an embargo against this regime its against the law and they operate out of Miami take this down very expensive while in cuba people have no food or money to by food this horrible take it down stop trading with the enemy

This the second time having issued with this app. Asked for updates and going to go it and can't. Really? So I can't open my the app until someone see this issue.

Please do not use this app to buy anything here , I made a purchase 12 days ago and still waiting for it , I made a claim and they told me by emails they have some delay , share this info to averyone please 🙏 Por favor no usen esta aplicación para comprar nada aquí, hice una compra hace 12 días y todavía estoy esperando, hice un reclamo y me dijeron por correo electrónico que tienen un retraso, compartan esta información con todos, por favor 🙏

Careful with these people, if you buy something and are able to place an order(good luck!), you will be paying about 150% interest on items...tried to buy wheels for $1200, and I was going to pay $2750 in return!!! True Highway robbery here!

The app doesn't work as intended. While the intention is to buy goods, it does a poor job keeping the products in the cart and adjusting the total price. There is no return for products and services that are not delivered while customer service sides with the scam. I would not recommend it.

Las entregas tardes y no tienen un # al cual llamar para reclamar! Some friends told me about this app to buy food for my family n Cuba, I typically use other platforms like Cuballama or Supermarket, but this time, I wanted to try this one. My experience was terrible. They have better prices n some products, but they said the delivery took 7 days, but mine is taking more than 11 days, and I'm still waiting. They don't even have a customer service number to call and ask.

Terrible app that has a count down timer that causes you to lose your shopping if you don't complete the purchase. Also does not accept postal codes other than US! Si after shopping entering all your information the transaction does not go through because of bad programming. Provided this feed back months ago and still not fixed.
