I can't even sign up, I've requested a code for 2 days to complete the sign up process. I haven't ever received a code. An app/service definitely isn't trustworthy if you can't even sign up.

Worst app ever to sell besides fraud people calming to pay u through cash app or PayPal to hold a item you have post. You also get people who tell u they want a item then never show up to pick it up. Then a week will pass they will ask u if they still can come get. Your item. They still don't show up. It's another craigslist

Great! Very secure and I have done more than one sale already! Only thing is that it takes a while for people to find it, and you can do boosts to boost the listing to show it to people which works nice. The app recommends and reminds me to stay safe and not do something if it seems sketchy. There are fun challenges and events to do too! Great app.

It's decent for a start up. But if it really wants to have off, it needs more features and seller/buyer friendly tools. It also needs a lot more outreach and buy in.

Contacted person to purchase 2 items, person answered immediately, gave address to pick up items . Transaction took less than 40 minutes including pick up and drive home . Ty very kindly . I loved everything about this app.

great experience! i have been on this app for 2 years now. big fan! easy to post, having a map on the ads takes the guessing game away so you know the exact area where the pick up locations are.

Not too bad but five minutes in I'm dizzy/nautious. Kijiji does the same. Marketplace doesn't. There is a lot of room for improvement with the images and interface. It limits you to your immediate neighbourhood - there might be a setting to increase the range. It shows the person's other listings on the same page, which is handy. I'll probably check this app occasionally like I do Kijiji. If they improve the scrolling, that will help.

I'm new to this app. So far, it has been very helpful. I purchased 4 items yesterday, and they were very easy to locate, and it made chatting with the seller very easy and professional.

You can find great items from new to used but in good condition items. There is stuff that you can get for free, and Karrot encourages giving away free stuff by having free cycles. You also get a score and feedback, and people can see what kind of person/seller or buyer someone is. I love the app, and I keep recommending it to my friends.

yes I like the way AI check out what we are selling and it saves time explaining it it's easy to use and helpful I've been using Market place but for some reason people ask for measurements but never show up.

Signing up issues. Tried signing up and put my number in for the verification code. The code didn't come in despite searching for it and clicking resend code. I restarted my phone and was still unable to get the code. Left me stuck in that part of the sign up page.

No desktop log-in. No way to limit log-in to email/password (I HATE using only my phone number to log-in, it's so insecure). App won't upload images from my server, I guess the images have to be local to the phone gallery. Overall, deleting my account and going elsewhere.

Not many people in my area quite yet, so things are slow. Definitely need more boots more frequently. I'd also suggest a separate category for plants/gardening. Separate one for video games as well.

There's just no traffic whatsoever. I've tested it by posting an office chair really cheap. I simultaneously posted on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji and Karrot. Sold it fairly easy on FB, having multiple people contacting me. I got way fewer messages on Kijiji, and then absolutely nothing on Karrot.

I'm a buyer who just downloaded this app a few hours ago and I think I'll go ahead and uninstall it. There are only ~80 results for a super common search term like "nightstand" within a 15-mile radius of the huge city I live in, and many of those results aren't even nightstands. So forget finding what you actually want. The app seems nice enough, but I think it makes sense to just go back to eBay and FB marketplace because not enough people are listing on this app.

App seems fun to use as you get entered into prize giveaways for selling or giving away free items. I just gave away 8x discontinued floor tiles for free as it was just sitting on my basement floor gathering dust. Met up with a local within 24 hrs of posting it and now I have freed up my floor space once again.

Requires phone number and personal details which appear to be shared unencrypted with developer and who knows who else as per the terms and conditions. This is a big security no-no. Allow sign up with email if you want to build your user base, and encrypt the data you collect in the app, and don't share people's data with others!!

Solidly constructed app. Push notifications and false positive messaging notifications are what makes this a two star review. If your service is useful it should stand on it's own merit. Constantly (every 8 hours) making it look like I've got a reply to my listing is bad business. Stop with all the extras, this is a good app otherwise. No one wants daily reminders for a promotion they've never signed up for that are indistinguishable from actual post replies. AI content is terrible/useless

This app makes buying and selling items quite easy. With the added ai, it will analyze the photo and suggest a title and description. Another thing is that hold weekly amazon giftcard giveaways, where participants need to complete tasks such as "post an item for $10" or "post an item to give away for free", etc. This helps by incentivising people to post items. If you are looking to sell items locally or are looking to purchase, this app is worth checking out.

I downloaded this app to sell some things before I leave the country, but when I tried to make a second listing, was told I had been marked as a "Professional Seller" and blocked from selling or even editing my existing listing for a whole month without any explanation as to why. I contacted them to correct their error, but I only got the same unhelpful automated reply twice in a row.
