Tooks a long time to use the map for cleaning after map creation

The application dosent stay gogged in keeps logging out after every 15 to 20 minutes. Today the application logged me out and now says user account doesn't exist. And dosent let me create a new account with the mail Id. Its like every 15 days I will need a new mail account if this keeps happening.

Would give 0, if I could. Keeps logging me out, then tells me, my account doesn't exist. Gotta sign up with the same email again, connect the robot again, do the mapping again and again. The robot itself works fine though. Just the app that's sadly really bad.

Update: my model is the RCV5. I've encountered a bug where the robot miscalculates it's height, causing to hit furniture. The issue occurs where the body of the robot is low enough to fit under furniture, but the sensor on top is too high. The robot seems to calculate it's height based on the body, not the sensor that protrudes. The sensor then keeps hitting the item of furniture, risking damage. Please could the height setting be changed to reflect the total height of the roboy?

Recently purchased RCV 3. The robot does good so far, but the app is not performing so well. The robot disappears from device list every day on two seperate phones, and I have to add it again and again. Other times it just wont show the saved map.

Pathetic app. The app does not connect to the Wifi network most of the time and if connected, there is a latency in the communication between the robot and the app. The login page also needs to be refined. Instead of logging in via email, replace it with mobile number and OTP login facility.

Just purchased RCV3 it does full cleaning but the map is not saving all the time so you have to start from zero, is this acceptable? Please fix this app it's really horrible all the reviews are accurate here P.S. Yes I can see the map now in real time, you guys fixed it. It works smooth now, thanks!!!! I'm giving 5 starts because you are reading customer reviews and fixing the issues

The app ir absolutely horribble. Hello, is this really german quality we are talking about? You have to fix this asap, because it ruins Karcher reputation. Map is not working and is not displayed 99% of the time. You can't add robot to multiple devices. UI ir unusuable. I hate my device because of this app. Please fix it for your own good.

Everytime we open the app even without signing out it asks for password. 1)Once enter password and login, it searches for some seconds and says session expired. 2)Everytime agter log in it says connecting. 3)Need to fix bugs, need to stay connected if not logged out. 4)If logged out and when sign in it says wrong password even nothing is changed. If we go for forgot password it says email doesn't exists. I had to uninstall several times to get it work. The robot is good but app is killing

Every now and then it logs me out. Account is not recognized and i have to register again with the exact same email address. I have to register and configure the robot again. He has to scan the place again and so on. Very time consuming! On top of that, the validation email I get to register is in Chinese and looks like a dodgy mail. Had to google it to be safe. Doesn't exactly aspire safety awareness but poor service management.

Initially the App was not user friendly at all....had trouble connecting the device to the App.Thankfully they've updated it and now it works perfectly.Great Job!

Its a great cleaning robot with a poor app. issues 1. It automatically logs off, if u want to you use robot everytime we have to log in even on the same phone 2. Sometimes the robot shows offline even if it is connected to wifi and the charging station(power is on) 3. After all above 2 issues get resolved with multiple attempts, and you wish to only select lets say living room to clean it doesn't allow with an error "please complete full cleaning first " I believe i should decide on cleaning

It doesn't allow to modify the app like for other robots. I have my living room and kitchen together and it is not able to differentiate and there is no option to separate it manually as well. I would like to clean more frequently than living room but it just doesn't allow. If you can make the map editable and more accurate then it will do really good work.

I guess it's new and needs some polish but basic functions work well. Niggles seen so far: * If, when mapping, the robot misses a corner, it never mops there. It needs to iron out the errors in the initial mapping, not treat the map as perfect. Maybe one could merge in grey areas in the map for starters? * The mop is quieter than a Roomba but louder than our other robomops and the sound has an intrusive high pitch. * The app takes a couple of seconds for every change to take effect.
