For pressure washers with Smart Control, you can adjust the settings manually on the device or transfer the setting recommended in the app for your specific cleaning task directly to the device via Bluetooth.

complete load of rubbish. mandate personal details they don't need. and why the hell do you need an app to run you pressure washer anyway. what happens when the gardener wants to be use it. technology for technologies sake. no value. and they have made it very difficult to use/ connect..... and I am a technologist. god forbid anyone who does not use tech.

Worst app ever. First app that "works' with high pressure and last I'll ever try to use. The classic app was troubling but this one ticks all boxes too. I wanted to experience the happy father like on your ads, but instead I'm swearing the fk out of myself using this problematic tyring app.

Not worth the money , my 15 year old budget Hozelock is better made . Patio brush attachment broke on first use . Apps are a gimic buy a cheaper model.

Installed the app, created account, but can't get past the tick box to accept terms and privacy policy. Won't let me tick the box... Not a good start to the experience.

Set up my account ok, but the app won't let me accept the terms and conditions and I can't use the app without accepting them. Update, app is working perfectly now. Thank you for the update.

Why the hell do I even have this app, if it wipes your data after a while of not using and now requires setting up again as if I never used it.

Very helpful I love the any karcher brand we have a karcher for the windows and I love it and love the app how you can adjust it to what you need.

I like the app as it gives a lot of useful tips on how to use my k3. The only drawback is that I can't add my device to the app. I have typed my part number in several times and all that I get coming up is that it isn't valid. I have double and triple checked the part number, and it's correct. So I don't understand why the app isn't accepting it. I find it disappointing and I know that this will affect the pairing with the machine.

App was great at helping to assemble the pressure washer I bought. However, when I looked for hints for washing my car, the app was very disappointing. First, I selected vehicles. The only vehicle type listed was bikes. No cars, vans, motorcycles, or anything.

Can't log in ("Log in failed" pop up before able to enter account details) Can't create account - complete fields and press "Create Account" - the button briefly shows "registering" and then goes back to "create account" and nothing else happens. Disappointing when all I'm trying to do is register my pressure washer... (Samsung S21 Ultra, all available updates.)

By making the device "smart", you end up with a piece of junk where nothing works because the pressure control gizmo in the gun refuses to work for umpteen reasons, including not having a smartphone or -- god forbid -- a Kärcher account. If you design part of an otherwise basic device to be electronic, pretty please with cream on top, make it just function whenever no connection can be made with it's companion app -- which seems to happen every time you actually need it to work.

Sorry about the original review I left. The difficulty I had was that the QR code wouldn't accept the device I was trying to register. The registration has gone through now and everything is hunky dory. Once again, sorry and now I'm looking forward to using my device and trying some of the tips on the app.

Installed yesterday on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. After the login screen, there is another screen which states that you have to agree with Terms & Conditions by checking a box. But when tapping on the box, nothing happens - cannot check it.Also tried on a different phone, same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice, same issue. Basically, I cannot use the app. EDIT: I have changed the score to four stars (from one) as the app is now functioning as requested. Thank you.

Don't see the point to this app. Having watched the Karcher video of the app showing you settings and nozels to use when you select the item you're going to wash I thought "That's brilliant". However there is no such capability contained in the app that I can find.
