They want us to uprade to at least Android 9.0 to keep using the app.. I have an older phone and use Android 8.1.. can not use now.. I will not buy a new phone to use K+.. kasikorn has lost a customer.. will use Bangkok bank

I downloaded the app to manage my account from Canada. When I go to set it up I am told that I need to turn off wifi and use mobile data for first set up. The wifi was off and mobile data is enabled. Tried many times with the same outcome. Uninstalled and reinstalled as well. This is on a brand new high end Samsung phone. Very frustrating.

Can't update because android version reached it's limited and it's 7.1 app required version 9 upwards can't withdraw from bank either because account was open online they said no Bank Book can't withdraw can't access online internet Banking either because K Biz required you to log in to application to link it, so I asked kindly advice for alternative... Official staff from the bank said with a smile "Buy a new phone" how.... how when I can't gain access to my fund it's easy to reply badly right?

App sometimes randomly gets stuck on loading screen even when internet connection is fine. It makes using it painful when I need to pay at a shop.

I fixed an installation error myself. I had to turn off wi-fi and use mobile data in order to run the app after diwnloading. The support staff did not tell me, I found out by trial and error. Its a bug I am sure. App not working since 6th june.... is it because of this 'upgrade' ? Error message says 'session timed out, do you wish to continue. error 254'. i phone support. They say reinstall. But gives an error, but only in Thai. It is a great app once installed.

This is so ridiculous requesting App users to upgrade OS from V7 to V9+, the characteristics of a good Application is flexibility, I can not access my bank for over a month because i am abroad, you have failed to respond to other customers with the same enquiries..You are a failure

Can not be used on two devices. For the last 15 years I've had this account never had any issues. I went to install k plus banking app on a new phone, I like to have it on two phones incase when I go back to work one phone gets lost or broken. We can not do that anymore and to top it off you need to register with a Thai sim the first time. Which is useless when you are overseas because even if you turn on your Thai sim card you piggy backoff a different telecom network. Deserves 0 ⭐

Just changed my phone (new device with the same number) and needed to re-register with the app again as if I'm a new user. The system allows registering over mobile data only (don't get the logic here, there must be other ways to authenticate) and I'm not in Thailand. I contacted their support team on FB and followed all the instructions but still doesn't resolve the issue (and already costs me a lot on data roaming). Now I can't do certain transactions like paying my credit card bill as I set my security option to use the app instead of mobile OTP. This setting can't be reversed (seriously!) ... so before setting this up, be mindful about this limitation. The new UI is a big step-up though.

Updated: this app is excellent, easy-to-use, and provides clients with services organized into intuitive categories. 10/5! Original: The app is practically unresponsive. Please fix this, as before it was a wonderful mobile banking experience. Update: I contacted K Contact center and they were very helpful. Although they weren't able to resolve the app issues over the phone. I simply uninstalled the current version, reverted to the previous version, and then updated...

It's useful, but it sometimes makes me enter my pin when paying, and won't allow me to use my fingerprint, even under the payment limit. This is very unsafe as it could cause other people to see your code.

Overall works well but why do you have a screen saying "your session has disconnected" that I need to click "yes" then it restarts the app. Just restart the app without asking? Wastes a lot of time when about to pay at the counter.

App has announced that need to do update app coz since 13.05.2024 it will stop working without update. Just now, i did this update, but it didn't work, update finished with error and i can't use and manage my bank account now. You forced your customers to be in trouble - now i need to do payment through app but i can't to do it. The great 'thank' to getting involve more headaches in my day since morning.

Great app good features and responsive. Easy to access services to edit my preferences. One change, PLEASE LET ME EDIT MY EXPENSE CATEGORY on account summary. Sometimes accidentally press pay and forget to put in category and everything just ends up in the "other category".

The scanning face feature doesnt read faces properly and very frustrating to use. Have to go to the bank to help enable usage.

In the past I used Motorola and OnePlus Smart phone which bought from China, kplus works well on these phone, after I bought a new realme GT5 pro(android phone) this month, and then I can't login any more. I go the k bank and call the service center, but still can't use. It's too bad.

I accidentally deleted the app and try to reinstall it, it told me to turn off wifi and I already switch off. Still not able to open the app. And, does the app installed in the phone must be the same phone with the Sim card of the registered no. with the bank?

So buggy and slow. Frequently prevents me from making payments due to loading slowly, or by being unavailable due to maintenance. I would strongly advise opening an account with a different bank, purely on the performance of this app.

Cannot sign in from abroad. App keeps asking me to use Thai mobile operator network to log in which is quite insane. I can receive sms on my Thai number while in roaming, that should be enough. And if you are really caring about extra security, you could allow me to set up a proper MFA, for example, using Google Authenticator.
