The App itself has an issue with verifying emails. Not sure if this is what caused our issues. AI portion completed and submitted, and then nothing else happened on the app side. I called customer service and spoke with Alexis twice (she was very nice and helpful) to make sure there wasn't anything going on. On her end, it looked like everything was fine and I was in VIP but I was never contacted via the app or notified via the app. Approximately 3 hours in total before asking for a refund.

Patient doctors!!! I always have WAY too many questions, but the doctors are always extremely patient and give me a lot of information. On my first consultation, I was a bit frustrated because I thought ot would be a video call or phone call, but instead, everything is done by text message. However, I realized that was actually very efficient since I can go back to the chat at anytime to read their instructions again and to ask any additional question. I love it!

Desperately needs glitch fixes. Customer service by khealth is great, but the doctors themselves jump in and out of appointments way too fast. The app has always been a little glitchy. I purchased a membership and it's still very glitchy. The text messaging notifications are not reliable which is a problem. I typically don't get a notification that the doctor has joined my appointment until they have already left. I hope this app is successful and can fix these issues because it has helped me.

Great idea. Awful execution. Finished the whole thing and it froze asking me if I had any other info and the 'yes' and 'no' buttons disappeared. I tried to do it twice and accidentally selected the wrong state. Had to go all the way out again to fix it. Idk it could be great but the app isnt streamlined. I just need an antibiotic.

Concept of the app is great and the very little conversation I did start to have with a clinician was thorough, however not even a few minutes in the chat feature started glitching, logging me out, and eventually just got stuck on the loading screen and never let me communicate further despite refreshing, re downloading, etc. For that reason, I requested a refund and canceled my membership. Hope they fix the app!

Gives a pretty good idea. Definitely still check with an actual doctor, but it's much better than googling symptoms. I was a work and I needed to get an idea of what was happening to me and it wouldn't let me in without updating though. Since my work wifi is terrible, that wasn't an option, but that's about the only issue I've found. Over all good app, just frustrating there's no way around the update.

So far this app is pretty accurate but as a test, I tossed in the symptoms that I'm getting from a medication to see if it could pick up on that. it didn't. I definitely suggest adding medication side effects, as well. Something as simple as decreased appetite and dehydration pointed me to gastrointestinal problems when really it's just from my medication. All in all, great app!

Good app, snappy UI, and a cool idea with the matching symptoms, but - I ran into a glitch where on my first run through I was not given an option to speak with a doctor. Was difficult to find the support phone line (it's only in your bill). Would give only 3 stars for the frustration this caused me especially because the point is to make things easier. Fortunately the rep was professional and seemed technical + motivated to help, and the doctor was straight forward and consise, so 4 stars.

I personally was unable to use this app to speak to a doctor. I apparently had more than one account so my verification was failing. However, support was amazing. I only wanted the app for antibiotics from a small ailment, so I paid for a one-time visit. When my account was unable to be verified, I contacted support to figure out the problem (and then eventually get a refund). They replied and resolved the problem and issued a refund in only a day.

The app has some good qualities though there are times when i go to talk to a doctor and the screen goes blue and nothing pops up for a good while. It also said i had post concussion syndrome or something of that sort but i never even clicked anything that would indicate that i was just looking for results on my acne. So some good and bad that comes with the app because it is easy to use and i did get some good results in my other searches. It just has some bugs to it

When it does work it's pretty good but holy cow it takes SO LONG to load and is CONSTANTLY saying the server crashed, or can't connect to server and it's not my internet or data because all my other apps work just fine. So it's definitely the app just being a pain and not working correctly. If you can get it to work all power to you go for it it works pretty good but beware it crashes/disconnects from your server A LOT.

Good, affordable service for minor ailments. The response time can be quite slow and inconvenient at times. For example a physician becomes available several hours later and gives you a five minute window to respond. Before ending the session and starting the process over. It's not always the case though. Overall I do recommend this service for those with limited availability and/or no health insurance.

This app slow and glitchy. Half the time it erases what you just typed. The rest of the time it is so and has to catch up to you. Then you'll send something that was supposedly finished typing and a word or half a word will be missing from the sentence. If you have to go back and correct something, forget about it. I use the Keep app and copy pasta from there. Support is terrible. Want to get a prior authorization, forget about it!

I used to really love the convenience of this app. Being able to refill prescriptions without going to a doctor was really easy and helpful, but lately I've had a lot of problems with this app. The notifications don't always work, and no one gets back to me anymore. I'll submit a refill request at 10 am and not get a reply until 2 am, which I'm not awake for but of course then I'll get a notification saying I missed it. It's become even more inconvenient than just going to the doctor.

Edit: Originally, the app did not work. The developers have since fixed the app. They fixed it very quickly. I decided to try the app again. I was able to see the results. Unfortunately, the answers weren't very helpful or accurate. I reported stomach pain and nausea that worsened after eating. I said I was not anxious or depressed and the app still said "Anxiety Disorder." This app is a wonderful idea, but I'm not sure if the technology is quite ready yet.

Just tried it out for a few mins because I have a sinus infection and I wanted to see if it was accurate... It is!! I'm forever going to the doctor and my aunt teaches nursing school but this app is so handy. Obviously not going to use it to replace my doctor haha but it's a lot easier and fun to use instead of trying to google your symptoms... Only thing I believe it needs major improvements on is the answer choices. They're too simple. Example, it'll be asking like, how bad is the pain: mild, severe or I don't know, there should be a Depends, or Both option... Idk about you people but my issues are always a "it depends" or "it'll be bad right now then it'll get better then worse often " etc.. I just like being super specific! Otherwise this app is awesome. It just needs to be more fluid/reallistic with communicating/answer choices.... And I've literally never done reviews on stuff so this only my second time reviewing something so you know I like this a lot!

I will give it 2 stars because it's nice to have in a pinch. I rarely even seek medical treatment and it's hard to get an appointment at the VA where I go. You can also cancel and resubscribe when you need to. So basically I pay for the whole month when I literally need one visit. That being said they have more than doubled their monthly price and they bill 3 months at a time. No. I will be looking elsewhere for telehealth appointments.

Update: I had already reviewed the service as 1 star, but somehow that have managed to get worse. They just more that doubled their price without adding anything. Their app still barely works, and the service you get is as bad as ever. At their new rate of $348 per year (if you already paid) or 588 per year for new users it's actually cheaper to to do a doctor. I had been thinking about canceling because of the bad experience getting refills each month, thanks for making it easy for me.

The onboarding process is absolute trash. Requesting an appointment requires that you use an "AI powered" intake form, that takes an incredibly long time to fill out, and removes a number of choices and options that are clinically important. I've used many telehealth apps, and this is the worst one. It was also the worst telehealth experience I've had with a doctor, who I suspect was relying on an "AI" to answer questions or had just suffered head trauma.

I've not used the app much, but each time I have it's been great. I'm able to not take off work for a Dr office visit and can chat because when I've used this it hurts to talk. I make sure to have a photo taken that I can upload because I feel like I don't get it well enough with the app. Always easy and fast. 100% recommend.
