Yesterday I was travelling to an event with a friend in her car. I logged into Just Park on my PC and added her car's registration number so that I would have it available when we arrived at the car park. I also deleted a couple of obsolete reg. numbers. When we arrived at the car park there was no sign of the changes - so I re-added hers and re-deleted the others. This morning hers is still there but both my main vehicle number has disappeared and my wife's reg. number is no longer there.

Horrible service. Promising full refund for 10 days parking because the spot wasn't available when we entered, we got kicked out of the space 5 days in for parking close to it and was expecting at least 5 day refund for the time we weren't parked there but instead got 2 days refund and customer service made it seem like they doing me a favour. Absolutely horrible service, won't use again.

It's always worked well until the past few times I've tried to use it. Tells me there's an error and to try again. Keeps asking me to verify my phone number, sends me a link then doesn't do anything and jutlst crashes.

Tried multiple times to add a phone number (the only way you can apply a discount code from your hotel). Had multiple SMS which I've clicked the link each time, but it just doesn't work, meaning I'm forced to pay full price.

Not great, my booking space listing has gone missing and they've banked my money earned. Be ware! Update, my space has been de listed for months and just park are still selling it plus to date I have received no money! Overtime I try to find my space to de just it again it says I don't have one. Customer services are useless Fo not use this app for renting out your space!

The experience is: you park, you get a dialog to turn on / off the sms alerts (which is additional price) and some other thing I don't even remember. Then you get a dialog to add insurance to your parking, then some unrelated ads (cooking vouchers is the one I remember). Then you get a mail the day after to rate your parking, give feedback, interact with them. But if you try to contact a parking owner, nobody answers and nobody checks. I understand you struggle to monetize, guys, but cmon.

Exceptional parking on a private property driveway. No hassle, no worries and no stress queuing for car park space. The App is easy to use and so easy to book a space for convenience and where you need to be close to destination.

Used for first time on visit to Goodison Park, Liverpool. Could not believe how easy the whole booking procedure was. Will certainly use again and hopefully at the same parking lot, which was excellent and just a short step from the ground.

Awful. Not enough signage in the car park. Location ID didn't match name on the gates (?!) Useless error message about the start/finish time selected. Unworkable. I parked elsewhere and was late. I'm tech savvy; this is rubbish. Go for RingGo as a consumer or car park owner.

Works. But charges you hidden fees that it doesn't acknowledge. Better pay with cash if possible, although often now the machines don't work so you have to pay the difference. . . Also sends you about 3 emails and a text every time you park. . . Also, lots of ads including popup ads in the app. If I'm paying extra to use an app, why are there ads aswell?

I booked a car park and paid for it in advance. I got a confirmation. A week before the trip, I Checked to make sure everything was OK and to get the address, and while it all was sorted and paid, my booking wasn't there. I'm now talking to the visa people to cancel that order since I can't find a way to do it through the app.

Have had a few issues over time but they were fixed by the help@ email (don't bother with the AI chat) it's a fairly solid app. As a space owner it would be useful if I could send a message out afterwards asking people to rate my space. Otherwise how can I do this? As you can't message previous bookings and it's difficult to build reviews. Thanks.

Avoid it if you can, Android Auto App doesn't work properly, the app booked the wrong vehicle even though I selected the correct vehicle (verified this bug by doing it the same the next day, still wrong). Ended up with a PCR. Contacted support who said they have no app issues at all... Basically they don't care and that's that. Would rate 0 if I could.

The app is fairly simple, but could be improved in various ways, i.e., if a space doesn't have photos, default to street view / Google Maps. The main reason for my rating is the penalising fees for private (driveway) space owners. The parking cost parkers see is an inflated version of the price I can list (ignoring automated pricing) plus a transaction fee, then after a booking is made, I again get an owner fee payment, so it feels like you're taxed twice per transaction.

5* review for the app. Works well - and intuitive compared to (the very many) parking apps around now. Yes, I object to downloading yet another parking app for a new car park; yes I object to the "convenience" fee despite it being cheaper to run an app than to pay cash collectors; yes I object to some of the dodgy car park operators that Just Park allow on their platform.. But the app is one of the better ones to be fair...

Great app, has saved me loads, I work in London and often get stitched up with paying top price for all day parking at the local car parks, so far my total savings are approx 60% Only problem is I've transferred my personal number plate onto my new vehicle and even though I'm running the latest version of this app, it still has a vehicle I had 8 years ago as being assigned to that registration. There's no way to edit this and the app obviously doesn't check with DVLA., hence 3*

doesn't accurately report parking availability. fully knowing what's available in my city, curiously downloaded and did a search in my destination area for 1) ANY available parking within walking vicinity 2) available EV spaces in the ENTIRE city (not just my destination). only one result yielded for the former, and it was roughly 2mi from my ultimate destination. was pretty excited for the reported Android Auto support, but who cares- this app isn't even as useful as a paper tourist map
