Many, many exercise options from which to choose -- standing, seated, on the bed, on the floor -- and major body areas to select if preferred over a full body workout. Today, I did an upper body workout with the music 🎶 supplied by the app... just what I needed to pull out of an exercise slump. I can do this!

Just so you know: you HAVE to pay in order to access the app beyond Day 3. THERE IS NO FREE VERSION OR FREE USE BEYOND DAY 3. On Day 4, you will only receive prompts to purchase a subscription for the app. It will not allow you to continue. The app is probably fine, but it would do better with allowing those people who do not desire a full subscription the option of continuing on with a free version, especially if they do not plan to avail themselves of the premium features.

Ok so it is not free at all. You can't use it beyond a couple of days, then you must purchase. I paid. The workouts are not beginner friendly. No, I can't do a walk down plank or a up and down plank within the first few days. There is no option to decline an exercise if it doesn't work for an injury or disability. It just keeps giving you those workouts even if you skip them. Not the best app. If I'm gonna pay for an app, there needs to be some control over the content. Looking for a new app.

This is NOT a lazy workout. I chose to download it because the advertisements made it look like the excercises were easy but effective and short. I have underlying health problems which I put in the app before getting started and the excercise routine I got was the opposite. Started out with 7 minutes but increased to 45 minutes. That was killing me! I could not breathe for most of them. I put my leg and abs as my problem areas and got 60% arm excercises. Repetitive and very challenging.

Trying out the free 28-Day Program. I'm a senior w/lower back issues, and so far, so good. I am doing the laying down exercise program in order to build strength and flexibility. Both the written and the video portion of the daily exercise are clear and easy to follow. Really appreciate the heart rate moniter that's part of the app.

I'm always sceptical of workout apps. I spent many years as an athlete, trainer, aerobics teacher, etc. After a few sedentary years and now being a senior, I wanted to ease back into fitness. although I'm not fond of A.I. instructors, this app offers great workout options, easy to follow instructions as well as visual and audio cues. I'm happy I found JustFit

If I could give it 0 I would. Loved the app at first. Did the trial then bought the year subscription. The next day I go to start my workout and it keeps telling me to subscribe. I hit restore. Nothing. I hit subscribe, it says already subscribed. I emailed support 4 times and everytime they told me to clear cache. I explained I had already tried that. No response. Save yourself the trouble and find an app you can actually use.

It isn't easily personalized. I wasted $40 on this program. You can only choose 1 issue to take it easy on. I'm sorry, but I have multiple problems including my neck, shoulders, wrists, knees and hips. Iended up skipping at least 1/3 of this last workout from my "personalized" plan. And guess what, no refunds. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and money

I opened this app up and it said it was going to ask me some questions. It started with the Goals page... and never went anywhere else. It froze before it could even ask any questions. I made sure it was updated, cleared the cache, cleared the data, even deleted and re-downloaded. Nothing. It never moved off that damned Goals page. Deleted. Would give zero stars if possible.

I detest the ads for this app. They have installed this app on my phone numerous times without my permission. This time I actually opened the app. Oddly, though I said I wanted fitness, it focused on weight loss. And I could only add one of my limiting factors (bad back, bad knees, bad ankle) so that doesn't help much. Nowhere could I tell it about chronic illnesses. And then, when it was about to reveal my Very Own Plan . . . It revealed that it's not free, but fairly costly. So I'm deleting it

I had high hopes for a workout that would guide me though restorative practices. There is little that resembles what the advertisements imply or actually show a potential customer. Greater transparency to represent that the app is a workout app focused on weight loss is recommended. I am deeply disappointed by this and am cancelling my subscription.

I was really looking forward to using this app. I'd heard good things, and the first 3 days were great. Unfortunately, as soon as I got to day 4, I couldn't do the exercises because you have to pay. I tried closing out the ad that popped up over and over, but it just kept reappearing and wouldn't let me do the 4th day exercises. I have no desire to use this app if it's not functional. I would take any amount of ads if I could just do the exercises.

In order to do the free trial to see if you want it, you have to subscribe to the yearly version of the app. I decided I want to pay for the app on a monthly basis ($20?), as the yearly charge ($70?) is just way too much for me to afford, but there is no way at all to switch from yearly to monthly. I EMAILED SUPPORT and got a message that they will respond when they "resume operations"... You can only choose one problem area for the workouts to take it easy on. I have bad knees and hips.

It was more work than how it looked. It looked simple but the repetitive exercise sets working on different muscle groups was very effective for a great workout. I like there are built in rest moments, the option to turn off the background music, and a preview of the next exercise with a count. I felt the workout and saw I was only on 37/55 which means I need to push forward for a few more minutes more to complete the session. Overall ... Very good app experience was n day one

So the app and concept is great- there are easy exercises you can do while sitting or laying down with helpful tutorials. However, after day 3, suddenly it won't let you do them without getting a subscription. It says nothing about the days being locked for premium members, just that suddenly when you click on them you have to buy a subscription or you can't go forward. Good app, not great that you have to pay suddenly without notice.

The biggest problem I have is I have a lot of physical damage, and while the app gives you a decent amount of options (shoulder, lower back, elbow, shoulder, etc) you can only choose one. Also I put my weight and physical limitations and the app and it definitely thinks I'm more fit than I am. I do love that you can see the time of each excersize, and watch the person do it before the time starts. Easy to pause, easy to skip excersize you can't physically do.

False advertising. Looks amazing, but claims to be free. It's only free for 7 days & you have to pay before getting that. I'll just watch free workout videos on YT. The beginning of the app until the point of asking for payment is actually set up very well. I think it would be great for those willing to pay. I'm not & I don't like being misled.

Definitely was excited to try this app, but upon my first opening of it, the first screen after the title screen just hung with "Part 1" in the center of a blank screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same thing happened on 2 friends' phones, both different manufacturers than my own. Maybe it's meant to be because the sneaky paywall after Day 3 I'm just now reading about definitely would have made me uninstall the app anyway.

So I loved this app at first. I was surprised by how my body was responding to simple workouts. But then without any warning or any indication that some of the days were locked behind a premium paywall, it just wouldn't let me click on day 4 without sending me to a pop up to pay for premium. I just had to guess that that meant those days were locked. Really disappointed in the bait and switch and without clear indication that some days we're going to be locked unless you pay.

A good general workout, especially if you are just getting back into exercise. Not much cardio but good coverage of all the major muscle groups. A couple of things that brought the score down for me is that the audio on announcing the next exercise is way too low and inconsistent. Sometimes, it is all but drowned out by the music. Also, I noticed both sides aren't always worked evenly. For instance, today, hamstring and pigeon stretch were only done on the right side.
