Don't do the free trial. You have to enter to credit card to actually use the features. Then they automatically start charging you for a plan without even notifying you.

Doesn't work. Stuck in a endless session expired loop clearing app cache and uninstall/reinstall didn't fix. Missing texts notification and Zoho integration is a stretch. Looking for better alternative.

JustCall's auto dialer is the best. We have experienced a few others but didn't find them as helpful. We loved JustCall for multi tasking, schedule messages, adding call notes etc. This saves a ton of our time at work. I have to mention this, their customer support is too good. Highly recommended for sales folks.

It's amazingly integrated with Zoho. I can make all the calls within CRM. I run an auto dialer campaign exporting contacts directly from Zoho. As if that wasn't enough, they have also given me the option to stay connected with my business 24/7 via android app. Now I can take calls and make calls wherever I go. Always forthcoming with all my requests, I must say they're best in the market.

the service overall sounds great but unfortunately the android mobile app is horrendous so I never used any of the other "features." The mobile app on wifi or on the mobile network would steadily lose connection and "reconnect". You can not run a customer service business with this technology if you rely on mobility. The service itself is very expensive not to work comparatively to other much less expensive brand names.

Easy to use dashboard, amazing interface. Team is always releasing new features and updates. Really good client support. It has been quite a while since I am using Android app as well, rarely faced any problem. Kudos Justcall.

The app cannot be used to handle inbound calls. The moment I pick up the phone the ring tone continues to play through the earpiece. I am the only one that can hear it. The inbound caller cannot hear it. When I hang up the phone the ring tone continues to play through headphones. UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING.

Keeps trying to update. Every single time I open the app. When in the app and I tap back, then it is very easy to tap the update button. And the update disables my Pixel 6 from texting pictures.

Terrible app. I used my work email and it does not even allow me to create an account. I have also tried signing in with Google authentication. Nothing works. This app is just junk clogging up the Play Store. Save your time and try something else.

Calls ring over other ongoing calls and videos. Support does not provide emaiil address (in app) So ask for help! Nope, just kiddingðŸ˜

Decent, but still far behind the iOS app. If my screen goes off, the call cuts out or if I switch apps on my phone while on a call the call cuts out. I don't have these issues on my iPad.

I've had an absolutely horrible experience with JustCall. Their support team is incredibly lazy and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t want to do anything to assist their customers. Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible, and when you finally do, they are unresponsive and uncooperative. The system itself is a disaster, constantly breaking down and causing disruptions to my business operations. I can’t rely on JustCall for even the most basic functions. Don't pay for this.

They charge per minute for calling a landline. Call quality often poor. 2 months after switching to them, we are moving our business to another provider. Also, app crashes and unreliably updates

Terrible app for Android. Not sure that it's any better on iOS. No ability to natively add caller info either from the dashboard or call log. I have tried to add contacts through the "add contacts" page only to glitch out or not work at all. Does not pull info from existing call log. Whoever developed this app must not use a phone or messages apps. I can't even edit contact info from already existing message conversations in the app itself. Absolute garbage.
