Pros: - More food options than Uber eats and Deliveroo. Cons: - App entirely in Italian. My very 1st order was not delivered to my location, deliveryman just left it at some building nearby and left. I checked with hotel my address was correct and they mentioned they use the same address as well. Had to contact customer support, once I typed in English, the customer service personnel Xhulio ended the chat immediately and there is no way I can launch another chat. Left with no help from JustEat

Would be nice if there was an extra step like "restaurant offered 14:10 as time of delivery (50min) do you want to proceed? yes / no" as I sometimes gets quick order to delivery times. Sometimes close to an hour. App works great, it's just missing some quality of life tweaks, in my opinion. edit: 4-> 3 regularly has issues adding food.

It's incredibly well thought-out. The app works seamlessly and notifies you of every little detail you may need to know about your food as you order and when it is on its way. Be sure to cross check the restaurant before ordering though, Just Eat can make any place look good.

Extremelly terrible customer service. Make sure to choose cash as the app will not issue any refunds. As a traveler in Italy the restaurant had issues contacting us and they tried getting the app to contact us but no one did. This resulted in us not getting food and STEALING our money. 0 stars if possible.

The new update has messed up the search function for finding takeaways. It now says there are 0 in my area despite the fact that my town is takeaway central. Unfortunately until this is fixed, this app is legitimately unusable as I cannot even browse a shop to make an order. Force stopping the app and restarting it did not fix the issue, neither did restarting my phone

Dont use this App. I ordered a food for delivery. The app first indicated that a courier was on the way to pick up the food, then that the courier was on the way to my apartment. However, after several minutes, the App then indicated that the food was already delivered without me receiving anything at all. I contacted Justeat and explained this but refused to give me a refund.

Sure the order get to you, but the app its really confusing and makes it extra hard to order your meals. I'm still using it because my favorite restaurant use exclusively them, but I can say that more than a few times I gave up on placing the order because of the frustration.

New review: Everything works as intended. Excellent! -- Old review: Over a year now, when you go on "order again" it bugs and won't let you put a thing in a cart.. "Connection Error". And over a month it also bugs out when you try to Re-order.. "Sorry a problem occured, unable to reorder".. How about you start fixing things as more and more are getting broken?

For some reason the app sets Italy as default country (I'm Italian) even though I have access to the UK play store, with a UK bank debit card linked and a UK phone number. I cannot find any option allowing me to change that and if I manually change the address it says "address not found" or something similar. I'm sure there is a quick solution, but when I was hungry I've just used Uber eats or Deliveroo instead of looking for a solution!

Terribile app, unlike it's predecessor pizzabo, it doesn't give you the estimated delivery time before you order, so sometimes you end up with pizza that takes 2h to arrive and when you want to cancel you get that it can't be done because the food is "in preparation". My advice, always pay cash, because in case of any problems they don't give refunds. Customer service is awful. Too bad some of my favorite restaurants use only this app....

What an absolute rip off. Stay away from this in Italy. I watched my driver stop in a park. My order was never delivered. I called about it and they said the driver couldn't contact me via phone. That would mean calling an international number. They then claimed he tried to email me, he didn't. They offered me no refund. The driver wasn't seen by anyone in the lobby of my hotel. There is no in app chat to talk to people like other food delivery. It's a scam, use a different food delivery app.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience using this app. The restaurant got my order wrong and not only I didn't receive a refund (only a 4 euros discount that would expire in 3 days), but I was also asked to take pictures to prove something was missing. How do I prove that stuff is missing????

WORST delivery app EVER. Started promising 30 mins. After you make the purchase it extends to 45 mins. Then the nightmare comes when they postponed additional 40 mins! Contacted Customer Service, frustration went beyond as they couldnt care less. The most pathetic is that they DO NOT REFUND neither cancel the order. They had the guts to offer me to cancel the delivery without reimbursement! DISGUSTING!!! 1st & last time using this APP. Will go GLOVO & will tell everyone!

They don't release the fiscal receipts, so it's the worst app to order food when you are in a business trip and you need to take the accountability in order to get the reimbursement for you expenses. Additionally, you can't pay in cash. Moreover, I didn't had an accessible way to supervise my order. To wrap it up, this is the worst app to order food among the competitors. EDIT: They actually sent the receipt by email. Moreover, they consider the justeat fee in the receipt, so this makes it bette

there is a bug at the check out. As you select a payment method after you typed in a discount code the discount code is dropped but the price is already discounted

I try to order any food since 45 minutes. first order was cancelled and the other 3 times the app told me after I picked food that "the business was closed" although I choose the option to show only open ones. this is mad. horrible experience. I go back to Uber eats.

Absolute bunch of cheats. I installed the app in Milan because I arrived very late and wanted food delivered at my hotel. After placing the order and paying for delivery, the food was never delivered, it says shown as 'to be collected'. Why would anybody want an app to collect food? Innumerable calls and mails did not result in anything, Just Eat blamed the restaurant and vice versa. I ended up losing my money and went to bed with an empty stomach!
