Doesn't matter where I order from or where I am in the UK the orders always seem to take an hour... Or longer. However, calling the same restaurant delivery is usually around 20 mins. No point of having a take away app on a phone really is there? Edit: it's getting worse! Ordered lunch at 12 and the estimated time kept getting extended because there were no drivers. It was after 2pm when it finally arrived. Absolutely shocking. Seriously cutting down my usage of the app.

Trash this app just scammed me!!. Went order from a restaurant that at first said it was available to deliver it wasn't in the unavailable for delivery section as soon as I choose what I want and go to pay for order it takes my money and cancels the order and when I go to try refund there is no option to they'll automatically add your refund to an account credit for the app which is bloody ridiculous why take money from people if you can't provide the service, wont be using it again bloody scam.

Not worked properly since update in April! So is constantly getting to checkout then failing, do not know why something's faulty I've just re installed but annoyed as I've tried ordering all afternoon! Who's messed the app up! Also tried ordering again another few wasted hours ! Fix it , been a customer for years and spent a lot ! Loved it before this last update BUT! this week or two has been a nightmare so DO SOMETHING !

I have yet to receive a complete order. Missing items that have not been refunded. Very poor service in that respect. However my queries have (usually) been dealt with quickly but it still leaves a bad impression when it happens over and over again. I often wonder if Just Eat believe me when I have to raise a complaint about missing items. This leaves me feeling uneasy. It's also inconvenient to raise a complaint every time. deliveroo credit for any items not available which is better.

Have used Just Eat for the past few years, and rarely had many problems, unfortunately this past year, all I've had my money taken from my bank account and charged for items and orders that never arrived, only to be met with Just Eat automatic email reply, with there isn't enough evidence to prove this and will still be fully charged. As there is no way to contact Just Eat to challenge have decided to stop using them, and use a different delivery service. Disgusting service and support.

Never had an issue till I've had an issue with the restaurant. Justeat has to process the refund however they are refusing which is absolutely disgusting as no person would accept and pay for the service I received!! Disgusting. I'll be finding a different ordering app in future, one that actually supports their customers!!

The app has gone downhill. The help function has been replaced with a completely useless FAQ, half of which isn't even correct. Finding help beyond that is a waste of time. Chose an alternative. Don't get your time wasted.

App itself is ok and does what it says on the tin. Just be warned Just eat is one of the worst company's to try and even get a penny back from. Even if the restaurant cancels the order and they send you a message saying a refund is on the way trust me it isn't. And the support is just a joke. So if something goes wrong then don't expect any money back.

Now sending out false advert texts too. Offered code for mcdonalds £10 off. £15 min order. Met criteria only to be told voucher cant be used. Pointless. Make an order. See it get accepted and a delivery time window given. Then wait until close to time window to be told. "Your order was cancelled". Impossible to place order as every order is cancelled when made via just eat.

Just eat has an awful customer service, I placed and order for the ETA to keep changing. 2 hours later, no food. Then suddenly it changes to "delivered" it really wasn't at all. Not attempts for courier to contact me at all. Now I have to wait days for just eat to look into my refund request. No phone number to call or live chat. Awful service

There is noone to support your order once you place an order. An order was not delivered for over 2 hours, yet i could not cancel it in the app. Calling the restaurant did not work as they cannot cancel it either. There were no drivers so my order was in a loop of 'preparing food/driver assigned' yet there was no way for me to cancel it, get my money back and order something else. Ending with cold food that is late and nobody wants. Use Deliveroo!! Contact us does not allow you to contact anyone

sadly, a couple of times, my grocery order has been wrongly delivered. Once I spent £90 on shopping, I got someone else's £15 delivery instead. Just eat refused to help, no refund, no groceries. I had nothing that week to feed my children. instead of my food order, I got a bottle of wine. unacceptable. but I'm disabled and can't always get out to shop, so what can I do but rely on thus thing. very disappointing.

That's a fair rating too. You order something and items are missing. Good luck getting refund after waiting a week for a response to be told there's nothing they can do to help you this time. Sometimes I think they purposely miss out items , incompetent idiots. So now they've doubled delivery rates , with incompetence of service I decided to go myself , deleted account and deleting app.

The app works well but it's expensive to purchase. For some reason they demand you put a phone number in and tip drivers? Do I have any privacy after buying a meal on here! I am getting stalked from drivers online. It applies to all of those food apps. I can use the app I guess and the service for if stuff goes wrong or well works. I guess if it wasn't privacy concerns it'd be what you make of it.

So I have realised that ordering food through just eat is really expensive. I was looking through the other night 2 order and the thing I wanted was £13 if you add delivery on and service it's £17.50. So I decided to phone takeaway my self ordered the item I wanted it was only £9.50 and delivery £2.50 witch is £12 a saving of £5.50. As you can see that's quite a difference so personally I won't be using just eat any longer. Each to there own

added many items to an order of Chinese food, went to check out but it tells me that "SOME items are not available" (would be helpful if it said WHICH ones). I tried every combination of items, but got the same message every time, so had to switch to a different supplier. What a waste of time.

I dont recommend this app for the following reasons: It gave me an error with checkout while I have been charged 2 times. I never got a refund. Costumer service made it so difficult that I just gave up. Secondly, it's more expensive through the app because they add up the price for every item. All were 2 to 3 pounds more expensive than the normal price in the restaurant's website. Wakeway: No price transparency, hard to contact customer service, no refund, unethical company.

The new update to the app is awful. The UI was previously crystal clear and I was instantly able to search for restaurants nearby to order from, not it's a cluttered mess. Why can I not, at a click, filter out shops? I've no interest in buying groceries through just eat. Instead of being able to just filter out groceries, I have to bloody opt in to every type of cuisine I might want to order. Why is ordering groceries even on the same screen as ordering cooked food? They're entirely different.

This app is a hilarious and a frustrating waste of your time. Sometimes it says "lost connection" or it asks for payment 3 times even though the confirmation email arrived, it can RARELY find your history, and the latest one is after I went through the confusing and clunky menus and managed to put a new order together only to press on "go to checkout" and the next screen to appear for less than 2 seconds and bump me back to the "go to checkout" page. Still doesn't work. Get it together people!

2 stars bc it did work the one time I could use it, but this app causes the white screen of death on my Samsung S20 Ultra. After hours of soft restarts, I was able to reset to factory settings. Downloaded the app again to confirm it was the problem, and it crashed my phone again. After 2nd reset without downloading the app my phone is working fine. It could be that I have an American phone in Europe but just a heads up. Not a fun way to waste a day on an expensive trip.
