I'm done with this app, I never got to order anything on it, at first it would always decline my payments with cards that had funds and would work normally in any other place. Now every restaurant is always unavailable, just now I filled in my address, searched for one restaurant, chose what to eat and when I went to checkout a bunch of errors regarding delivery time unavailable and products unavailable popped up and the restaurant is not showing up anymore

It doesn't give option to edit your order in the app, so you can't add/remove ingredients or make comments to the chef. Also, it wouldn't recognise my address, until I moved in the same village, it was available. I think other similar apps work better, but this does have more choice

¡Evita esta empresa! Unlike Glovo, where they can take the responsibility by immediately offering a compensation for a seriously late order, Just Eat customer service wants only to avoid the responsibility, putting the blame on the restaurant or on the customer (ie. by saying the address was not clear, despite everything is completely clear in the instructions and all previous orders could be delivered) and Just Eat doesn't want to help with anything, nor compensating. Avoid this company!

No language option or at least connection to translation system. Difficult to order with Spanish language knowledge. In search the same quite bad. When like example i would like to find soups system don't do that even in Spanish language. Should more invest to IT option. And they give food options only around your post code. Some restaurants which i prefer in another quarter but they don't give to opportunity to choice them. Thx

Most unreliable food delivery service out there. It happened several times already in the last few months that my order was either late, by even more than an hour, or cancelled, or both. How is this even possible? Support is not really helpful either, when an issue arises. Not to mention that most of the restaurants on this are mediocre at best, it's very hard to find something decent.

I ordered food from a fast food joint and received it faster than the estimation. Unfortunately the restaurant gave me the wrong order. I tried using the chat. I connect to someone but do not see their responses, only the first one or two messages. I tried the chat with three different people but couldn't converse with anyone of them. Bad experience, was left hungry.

As far as I can tell as of now, using it is REALLY simple, options are available when requesting the order, and the application interface and menus are pretty clear to me. Really recommend it for a night of good old: "Man I don't really wanna go out to have some food. I'll rather have it sent to me". God bless lazyness and technology.

The app is missing three options which are important to me: (1) possibility to mark restaurants as favorites to find them easily. (2) add a filter to list down restaurants with menú del día / lunch special. (3) search for a specific dish across all restaurants in the database. Just Eat would be better with these options. Update: lowering my rating for not specifying what's new in each update and just using a generic message.

I use JustEat quite often and the experience is great, but there is one big problem with this app. The problem is that the webpage has much more functionality than the application, for example it lets you filter the restaurants better (which is a major point of a delivery app if you ask me). So don't prompt me all the time to use the app of is inferior to your own webpage.

Generally great, good choice of restaurants, easy and quick to place orders, updates on order status is good. One thing that would improve the service, instead of just cancelling an order if the restaurant does not have all items, give the customer the chance to say if they would like the order without that item or maybe even offer a replacement? Otherwise a great app and service, thank you.

Very bad service. The order was cancelled and the refund hasn't arrived. The refund was of total 11.44 euro.

Worst delivery app in Barcelona. the customer service is terrible. We ordered dinner at 5pm and the food still didnt arrive by 10pm. you're better off on Glovo.

The new layout is awful. We cannot see the saved payment method anywhere except before confirming the order. Asking for cvc constantly is such a pain.

The app works fine, but it allows restaurants to revise their delivery times consistently after you place an order. For example, if you pick a restaurant that has a 30 delivery, the restaurant will keep pushing out your delivery sometimes for several hours. It is very frustrating when making dinner plans. I have switched to the "Glovo" app because they use a tracker and provide restaurant contact details so that you can call if there is a delay and you need to cancel.

I had a terrible experience with this delivery service. Ordered food that never arrived, yet was marked as delivered. Customer service refused to issue a credit, siding with the driver. After multiple frustrating attempts to resolve the issue, I canceled my account. I recommend avoiding this service and trying Glovo instead, which has proven reliable even when ordering to hotels and rental homes. I would give them zero starts if I could!
