Charged me 180 when my odometer was the same for 3 months because my car broke down and literally couldn't drive. Told me I should've cancelled 3 months ago but 3 months ago said I didn't need to. scummy and feels like a scam, told me to show my odometer worked by driving even after telling them multiple times and different employees the same thing, the car doesn't drive! Paid them the 180 they scammed my out of just to get everything over with. Do NOT use them for insurance. Glorified scam.

DISCLAIMER I can NOT speak to how this insurance would react to a car accident/fender bender because I have not gotten into one. I'll update this if ever needed. HOWEVER I can speak about the price and what coverages you can choose from. When I first signed up I was happy to see that the list of coverages and the details of them are exactly the same as what you see with corporate insurances and how cheap and fair the prices are. Even the down payment was cheap. They only charge CENTS per mile.

Don't waste ur time. I mean I just needed something to take court to lower my ticket but trust when I say I am definitely on the hunt for better & more reliable insurance. They don't even cover more than 1 car/driver, & they tell you that you can dispute Uber rides but I kept getting an error & by time I spoke with them about it, they said it's now to late to dispute because I already submitted odometer reading for the week. Please listen me ya'll , I'd hate to for ya'll to get bamboozled too.

this is the worst insurance on the planet. DO NOT Sign up... it's cheaper to use Uber or a taxi. It's like being punished over and over again if you go somewhere. to see my aging father 30 miles away, it's $15 each way almost for the "mileage" not counting that you pay premiums same as other companies that don't charge by the miles... my brother is about 50 miles, so round trip $45+. It's so awful no one believes me that I get charged that.. to run out to the pharmacy $5... I hate Just Insure.

Great rates, especially after 9 months with them. I'm down to 35 cents a day and 8 cents a mile. The app was recently updated, and it's even easier to use. Thanks,Just Insure, it's the best.

I looked for car insurance in my state, and I couldn't believe how much these other "Big" named companies wanted for basic state minimum insurance! I am retired with an older model vehicle so I don't drive much, just to run some errands. with all that said, "Just insure" has coverage the same as big companies for way less per month/miles. I really appreciate Just insure for keeping your prices low!!

burns battery on device. as well as charging you for everywhere your phone goes. not the car. got to keep a close eye on this one. I believe that this app costs more than any other insurance app when totaled up for a month of time. it appears to be less expensive but if you even drive an average amount it will be more. Mike E. r

Absolutely phenomenal service from Stella! I was being negligent and forgetting my odometer photo. Turns out after I finally did it months later I thought I was going to be charged nearly a $1000. But Stella not only explained to me the process of the app but showed I was actually going to be getting a refund! Expected to be on phone all day going back and forth. But nope! Stella handled my case within 10 mins and the call was only about 5! Definitely recommend this insurance company!!

The app often fails to log trips properly, meaning at the end of a 3 month cycle, you'll get a lump sum bill instead of being charged per trip. This is especially frustrating if you have other expenses around that time. A chimpanzee would do a better job of optimizing this app

Honestly skeptical of this app at first. But after using it, I found it to be not only cheap but reliable as well. Customer service is also top notch, being fast and straight to the point. Would highly recommend 👌

Horrible, charging for miles not driven, and then when you cancel the insurance they charge you for an extra month just because. I would not recommend using them. Nope you charged me an extra month when I already canceled and then you sent it to collections and reported it to the Credit bureaus absolutely insane! Then you come back with a half wit response 😒 people should know you get them in at a low rate then jack up the price after 3 months and then when it hits 4 months, you double it again

Excellent service idea but the app in its current form doesn't run very smoothly. Constant issues that require reinstalling the app to sort of "reset" it. This is inconvenient when trying to leave the house and needing to be at certain places at certain times. These problems have existed since I started using the app and I feel I have made the team aware of them. Not sure why these problems still persist.

Haven't had to use it for anything and hope not to, but I am so glad I have FULL coverage that is accepted by my auto loan company for MUCH less than traditional lenders. Arizona drivers need to jump on the Just bandwagon. It's honestly amazing savings. If I ever need to file a claim, I pray the service is as easy as the price point and ability to use and renew the insurance contract monthly.

This is a great way to save money on car insurance, especially if u only use your vehicle for short trips. The only glitche is at times when your first getting ready to head out the app occasionally takes time to "warm up" . Meaning I'm tapping the start trip tab but it's not responding...however it could be my phone creating the glitche. Other than that the reps for the company have been very " on it" when I needed assistance, and always very friendly ....Thank you Just Insurance!

I love Just, the rates are perfect for me. I drive a company truck (with its own insurance) more than my own vehicle. They charge by the mile which is great. The less you drive, the less you pay. For me Just gets a 4/5 as a company, but when it comes to the app itself, it's very buggy. App freezes are common, which make it impossible to press START TRIP button which means you are technically uninsured until you get the app to work. Auto start via Bluetooth never works. Odometer camera freezes.

Great app. Just one suggestion for the developers, when I am driving, if I touch my phone, sometimes it pushes the stop trip button on accident. It did that in my purse one time somehow. Makes me nervous to not be covered. One solution might be to make a pop up that says "are you sure you want to stop trip?" It would add another button to turn it off, but it might also prevent this problem. Other than that, great app. No downpayment. Perfect solution when you are working on a car.

The real deal, so far. I put 5,700 miles on my vehicle in 2 years and paid over $1600 with traditional insurance. I'm saving a fortune. They are very helpful and reasonable with extenuating circumstances. They did not cancel me when I wasn't driving a while. You have to keep the app running while driving, which burns up the battery; but so does google maps. I'm very happy with this great service. Note: If you suddenly put a lot of miles on, it gets expensive; and you must cover it immediately.

I drive less than 80 miles per week, so with minimum coverage, my monthly bill regularly falls under $60. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the auto track feature can be turned off to reduce phone battery drain and reduce misreadings for riding as a passenger. The service does an excellent job of using odometer photo verification to prevent any mischarges. I wholly recommend. The app is a little buggy though, but stability patches are frequent.

If you don't drive a lot, the price is right. But it's a major inconvenience to constantly have to log in trips and sometimes the "start trip" button doesn't work. After a while, they also stop sending email notifications about odometer photo due. Maybe trying to trick people into paying the $100 fine for failure to send the odometer's reading timely.
