RESCUE ’N RELEASE MISSION GAME
Ready to rescue? The Rescue ’N Release Mission game enables you to rescue a dinosaur and go directly to the Rescue Lab to help care for the dinosaur and bring it back to health. With the right tools, techniques, and treatments, you can take care of the dinosaur and release it into the correct habitat.
TRACK ’N CATCH CHALLENGE GAME
Look out for some tracking action! With the Track ’N Catch Challenge game, you’re in the driver’s seat and able to track and rescue dinosaurs in different habitats. Remember, you’ll want to be sure to collect tracking badges along the way to help you gain energy on your ride! Plus, once you catch the dinosaur, you can head to the Rescue Lab to help heal your dinosaur and release it back to its proper habitat.

There are even more species to discover! Pull and reveal the Tracking Code on your Mattel Jurassic World dinosaur toy and scan to unlock the dinosaur to add it to your collection. DINOSAUR IN YOUR WORLD
Watch out! You can now bring dinosaurs into your world through AR! With the Dinosaur in Your World feature, you can watch a Mattel Jurassic World dinosaur appear right in front of you in AR. Don’t be afraid to scale and rotate the dinosaur or tap it to hear a booming roar! Plus, you can snap a picture and save the Dinosaur in Your World photo to your device.
SOUND ADVENTURE ACTIVITY
More Mattel Jurassic World dinosaurs have arrived! And with the Sound Adventure, you can create your own soundtrack to enhance your play experience and be your own dinosaur DJ. Need to work on the driving mechanics as there is not an optional setting for adifferent driving controls and if you don't have a phone or device with gyroscopic controls it is pointless, so just a thought to consider maybe by making it a bit simpler and giving you an option to use another form of controls to steer the vehicle in the mini game. Like just a bit of common f...ing sense maybe as this is a kids game.

Very disappointed with this app. It stopped working on my sons tablet and would only load to 20%. So after a week of trying it wouldn't load past 20%. So I had to uninstall the app and install again. Because of this we lost all the dinosaurs we had collected and it was over 20 of them. My son has Autism which means he has limited understanding that now we have to start all over again and that he has lost all the hard work he has put in. Very disappointed and my son loves dinosaur

From an adult collector perspective it helps me keep track of my ever growing collection. That said, I'd rather the "free" Dino's were stored somewhere else. There's a few times I've been checking my collection and thought, "I KNOW I don't have that one!", so although it's nice to see them, not helpful where they are. I also wish the dimensions were in metres and not feet; America really is the only place that still uses that outdated measurement. Other than that it's a decent app.

App used to work great, but, like others have mentioned, the scan feature doesn't work. The app screen remains dark, rather than displaying the camera view, and the app freezes. With as many recent complaints with the same problem, you'd think Mattel would deploy an update with the bug fixed. Mattel, are you listening??!!

Just update the latest version. Now unable to open the apps. It prompt the error saying it has a server issue. Please rectify this problem.

Have yet to be able to play this with my sons. My son was so excited to scan his Dinos only to be let down by message after message say their is a problem connecting to server to retry. Yet after many attempts still not qorking! Can we get a working game at least??

AR feature broken. Every time I choose it, the game shuts down. Hopefully they can fix it. Update 2024/04/08 now the DNA scanner is broken too, freezes every time I try to use it. 2 star only now.

My son previously had this app for a few years and scanned his dinos every time he got one. The app was deleted off of my phone some how and now he can't find ANY of his dinos, even in the previous collections tab. The worst part is that half his dinos are in another state so he won't be able to rescan them. He's a very disappointed 8 year old. 😔 but he still gets them!!!

Used to have this app to keep track of the dinos I collected. For so long, there was no feature to filter the ones you have collected, so you have to scroll through long lists of dinosaurs to find them. Now they have that, but it's only for newer collections. The older collections are all unlocked, so I can't actually tell which dinosaurs from older collections I have. For what was originally a facts app, it gave next to no information about the dinosaur. Can't see myself using this app anymore.

I use the app as a catalogue and checklist and it's only okay at that. Love that the wishlist gives you a picture of the toy, but having that plus release year and toyline info in your collection would be nice. my big complaints are about the older dino integration. I wish once you scan the feet (rather than the pull-out on the back) of the older dinos that they would be added to your collection, or that you could add those to the wishlist as well.

When working it's great, but the last few weeks it hasn't worked. Even called the number that has been suggested to others. Was told to Uninstaller and reinstall and it would be fixed. Did it and it still freezes once I open the app. My son is so disappointed he can't scan his new dinosaurs and I really hope when or if the app gets fixed we didn't loose all the dinosaurs (have scanned ones friends have had too). We buy these dinosaurs specifically for the app instead of off brand ones.

Ya know I was excited at the idea of this app.... But it's super disappointing when it continuously glitches or crashes on my device. My tablet seems to work better with this app but on my tablet I can't get the scanner to actually scan any DNA it always just shows a black screen. I'm actually kinda mad considering I went out and purchased several new devices in order to see if one was better supporting than the other for this app. I'm to a conclusion. This app needs A LOT OF WORK!

Application not responding. The app won't load. It's not getting past the loading screen. Gets stuck at "starting...". This happened 3 times in 2019. In April, July, and Aug. When it finally did load, all the dinos we scanned were no longer scanned. I had to eventually uninstall & reinstall each time, & lost all the scanned dinos again. If this app is still serving 32-bit, you guys should've done another update since May, as the 64-bit requirement deadline was on August 1st.

I used to be able to play this game, but now I am just stuck at the loading screen at 18%. Something about not connecting to the server? Please fix this Edit:Finally able to play this! Had no trouble scanning one of my dinosaurs. However, the only problem I have is the fact that you're only able to scan newer dinosaurs, which meant I wasn't able to scan my Indoraptor figure Other than that, thanks for fixing it and I will try to collect more!

This app is AMAZING! It's perfect for people who are serious collectors and want to find out how many dinosaurs from each collection they have. This app, of course, only goes back to the Jurassic World toys and is only compatible with the dinosaurs with stickers. Besides the dinosaurs, there are also quizzes, facts, videos, and mini games. The app however, stopped randomly for me but I was finally able to get back on today since last november. In this case I would also use a note app as well.

I see a lot of posts here about the app not working. This happened to us also. Our son has been very disappointed. It started working tonight after I changed one setting on my phone. I went to settings/apps/jurassic world facts, under the heading Usage is Mobile data. I chose Mobile data and saw that the setting for Allow data usage while Data saver is on was disabled. I enabled the setting and it started working. This may be a coincidence, but either way it's working now. Hope this helps.

The app just updated and now it is freezing constantly. The scan function has stopped working and only shows a black screen when selected. The fact that I lost all my scanned dinosaurs when I had to delete and reinstall is also a major downside. There should be a way to link to FB or Google account to save data. Gave is fun but recent bugs are making it impossible to play.

I like this app. Only issues I have is that there's no way to save your scanned dinos, and if you get a new phone or have to reinstall you have to start over from scratch, not easy for me as I have a large collection. Also the new version keeps complaining about not having wifi anytime my kids and I do anything in the app, which can be especially frustrating for a small child, it would be nice if i had the option to disable these alerts because I have unlimited data.

I love this app! 😀 I can pretend to take care of and keep track of all my dinosaurs, except for the Hammond Collection figures, which is a bit disappointing. 🙁 Also, I've ran into a few issues (even after the latest update) First, the Track 'N Catch Challenges get stuck and won't load at all. Second, when I try to use the tweezers to remove the metal shards in Rescue 'N Release Mission, I will swipe the screen, but nothing happens. I would appreciate some feedback to help fix this issues.

This is a really nice app for kids. The only problem is the older previous collections. When you look at a previous collection it doesn't show you which dinosaurs you already have in that previous collection and since we have more than a dozen it's very complicated for a child to figure out which one is which. It would be great if you would change the icon for some of the previous collection dinosaurs that we have already scanned.
