I was really getting into this game but now it takes forever to load up. Not able to quickly play a few rounds on my 30 min lunch break. If it doesn't freeze up on me, it takes forever for the game to catch up. I'll move some fruit around and the fruit will finally move after about 10 seconds. I've also noticed that the graphics get confused. The fruit will be somewhere else but not on the gaming spots. This is when I get bored with games and quit the game altogether.

It was ok at best. The thing I didn't like the most was the videos glitching for the free extra moves. You end up failing because the videos glitches and shuts down the app. The app would frequently stop, even with high speed wifi and data. Other than that, it was something to pass the time with. I will say the creators ( Jam City, Inc. ) weren't short on character ideas and themes. Also, the boosters and the challenges are great. But still, just ok overall.

Have been playing this game for quite a few years now and never had any huge problems with it until now. It is constantly closing, restarting and now I've had to start completely over 3 or maybe 4 times over the past couple weeks. I was well up in the 2000 level range, which made most of the games pretty challenging, but I didn't mind it since I've been playing for about 5 years now... I think. If not 5 it's close. Very frustrating to lose all that time put into this game! 😤😞😱

Love the game. Also terribly addicting!! I am hoping someone could tell me how to get rid of, or at least bypass the 'town square'? The only way i can access my levels is to use the edit function and use the slide arrows. I have no access to my world map or my collection. This has been an ongoing problem for quite someone. Any hints would be appreciated!

It's a really nice game if you're looking for something relaxing! It's not too aggressive through the levels.. it lets ya take your time and ease into the harder levels. Cute graphics too! Good job!! **The question was asked if there is anything they could do to get the 5th star.. really the only thing that I can think of is giving freebies. That's about it. I can't really think of anything that they do "wrong".. it's just that developers can ALWAYS give out more free stuff!! 😉

Why don't you fix level 57? You don't fix, I don't play, you dont sell ads. New version is MUCH more fun up to level 57, but uses 878M RAM! 5 star game if it used a third the RAM, best match 3 yet! Freezes my 2GB RAM 8core phone! If I watch your video ad, or call or email during a level, the game AND MY PHONE resets! Please fix it! Levels 40 - 55 are very hard, but no longer impossible. 57: +5 moves, ZERO progress! If I spend $ I will buy an Xbox and get a real game that cost someone $1M to do.

This was a really great game, I've been playing it for years, but recently I waste 20+ minutes just trying to get the app started. It's become nothing but a headache. Another problem is that the game keeps losing my progress (bumping me back levels, erasing all my power ups, taking my lives, and coins/tokens.) It's a pain in the @$$!

Update from 2015: so yes I've been playing this game for a long time. I stopped because the phone would glitch when I got a phone call. I worked hard and spent alot of money to keep my winning streak at 193 then to get a phone call and lose all of it sucks so i might have to stop playing again....2015 review: So much fun until it started cheating glitches and all. If I can clear the whole board and stun the boss then his percentage should go down but it doesn't. It's frustrating

It was going good at first. I beat levels like they were nothing. That was until I got past level 60 and all of a sudden it took a whole day to beat a level. And it's constant spin-the-wheel deal started to piss me off everytime I failed a level. It gives you an unfair amount of moves compared to an order/orders you have to complete unless by some miracle you finally pass the level. And as of now I can't play the game without it crashing mid-way through a level I can't play due to that problem.

It's okay ... a little on the easy side. Given the characters, I assume it was developed for kids. The hints on how to use certain fruits seem to stay on the screen far too long. I can understand for maybe the first half dozen games or so, but once you've played numerous games ... you Get it. Also, "going to the village/town" to play the same games, I don't see the point.

I have loved this game (4 stars) for quite a while. Boards have always been slow to load (hence not quite 5 stars) but recently, boards don't load fully so you can't see all fruits in order to play. You have to exit to home, thus losing life, or losing special power ups if selecting prior to start of round. It's getting very frustrating. Am considering uninstalling and not playing. Please fix.

crashes so much more now; never crashed last year. After clicking the Start button I get one hint screen then the field just displays the green background and then does nothing else. I've tried force stopping the app and even rebooting my phone and it still craps out. I'm more surprised when it actually works than when it doesn't. I wish I could rill back to a previous version.

Good time killer but glitchy. doesn't fit on pixel 3 xl screen. only asks to be rated after giving a super easy game and if you choose no it seems to take forever to pass the next level because it doesn't give you the items you need. doesn't count all the things accurately when needing a specific number of items. like i said....it is fine if you need to kill time, i mean it is a free game, but I have found all games from this developer to have the same issues.

Updating my review. I have had this game a long time. It is extremely buggy. The buggiest one I have encountered. The game shuts down after a win, before being awarded prizes, and in the middle of a game. It also loads half a screen, but the game obviously thinks the screen is fully loaded.hinks After almost two years of this poor performance game, I give up. I have had problems with other Jam City games as well. I will drop all Jam City.

Graphics are adorable, fun smooth animation! My biggest issue mostly seems to be technical, and severely hindering my gameplay. After almost every level that I finish I recieve an error message and have to reload the app. Outside of the problem I'm having it seems like a fairly decent game. While they try getting you to buy boosts and extra moves you can usually earn such things pretty easily.

The game is adorable . The increasing in challenge level which is great . My biggest complaint in the freezing of the game when I want to dismiss an item requiring use of coins . The game also freezes when leaving the main screen for the mini quests .The game will freeze after watching a video or force you to go to Google play .The pop-up ads for other games is annoying as there is a large green play button on them .

Typical "match the items" game, as you progress in levels, the game gets much harder, sometimes taking days to complete a single level. This encourages the player to purchase extra moves (for real money) and power-ups to make winning easier. I've never had to go to this length to beat a level, for eventually the game will "take pity" on you and feed you the right pieces for a win, but it may be days before this happens. Still, it's a fun diversion, just be aware the goal of the game (for the devs) is to make cash.

Edit, 8/31.....I have never had so many issues as I have the past month! Keeps making me repeat levels! This game has always been great but there is some kind of glitch going on in the last few days. Every time I log in it asks me to connect to Facebook again and there are never any quests or gifts in town square. Update in August... above issue has been fixed but now for the last week or keeps making me replay the same level! I've reported it to support but it's still not fixed!

So a while ago I lost all progress & went from level 790 to level 1. Accepted the glitch & have worked my way back to 480. Now, every time I have the option for a free booster it doesn't work. I click the button repeatedly & nothing happens. This is not acceptable as it has been happening for weeks. Please fix!!! Will be deleting since this is obviously not a one time problem

Uninstalling. Lost ALL progress,and when I say ALL I mean 5300+ levels. Back to literal square one!! It absolutely WILL NOT connect to Facebook,and I have been going back and forth with customer support for WEEKS,jumping through hoops and attempting all the little things they suggest to get back online. And this is the second time significant CHUNKS of progress have been lost. I'm over it. Finding a new game to play!!
