I tried the Recover subscription option from the settings and my purchase was completed. Cool game, wish there was more interaction during battle, other than just waiting for hero skills to fill.

After playing for more than 4 years, this last one has been a nightmare, poor rewards, very high levels in the trail of death and no response from the support department or "some silly bot" that always gives you the same answer but never fixes anything. don't bother downloading it.

A wait for energy to fill to activate a hero's special ability and it's bad one at that too, no control over anything, at least not in the time I spent on it, other than when to active an ability. These types of games are so bad and there are so many of them.

Completely sucks, after download the game starts and tells you there are enemies in the cave and to attack them, but then nothing happens after that.All you hear is the music and sound of screen when you tap it.Nothing else at all.Waste of time don't bother downloading.

Best game of its kind, Period! And I've tried just about all of them! Game mechanics are simple, yet not boring and DOES NOT LAG. And I got a rare 2* character and A LOT of other goddies including VIP 2 for .99 cents...which was originally $99 but was offered to me for a simple .99 cents! Although you do not need to make purchases, you can't pass a deal like that up!

Decent game. Thanks for the update to include cave protection (or at least the graphic - since it was always available. I just didnt pay attention to all the VIP details). Now if only you offer more subscriptions that have daily extra food, experience potions, skill points and maybe even purple soul stones (the stones you can exchange for any hero)

This breaks my heart, this game is awesome to spend time on, prob my favorite game on my device, but like others reviews you will. Encounter issues with things you purchace and you dont receive, i have been working with their support team and have provided pictures of my back statement as well as my google statement, but still no resolution. Its hard to recommend this good game when you cant even invest on it to. Support it. Been weeks and still waiting but no one stand by this product.

Love the gameplay feels of this game reminds me of a few triple double A games on console. I stopped playing mainly cause of the update walls during game which drag me down bro honestly I'd like to just download one app file and that's all. Yes so much good content in the game just be ready to download some more when progressing. Best set of characters I can go on and on try it out.

It's tough to turn a blind eye to games that use predatory techniques on their players in order to make them spend money or bother their friends to play the game. I'd like to just play the game in peace. Until that time comes I can't recommend this game at all. In fact, try Idle Heroes for a game just like this but with a better overall experience.

The game is locking me out of leveling up my chatacters. My team are all level 5/6 and the game is still forcing me into the story mode and not letting me customise my characters or add gear. Im loosing stars and being defeated in battle. So now i will have to return and repeat levels to get max stars so i can unlock later levels. Im enjoying the game but come on devs the hand holding is getting in the way and once the game shows you how to do something a few times thats enough.

After 3 years I've completely lost any hope that the Developers will fix anything in this game. I play on server 1 (the original) which is now locked so no new players can join the server. No new content other than events that are either weekly or monthly and often need money to rank high in, no balancing of older toons, no revisions to bracketing or gameplay, no fixes for exploits that have been around since I started playing. This game is basically dead if it weren't for the stubborn people

Great game I would like to continue playing as it has a heap of great features and it is one of my favourites... But... The increasingly steep curve on required resources to upgrade heroes makes any pack purchase under US$20 meaningless (even then you really need to spend daily). I am happy to buy packs to support game devs but this steep curve smacks of trying to optimise monetisation instead of player enjoyment. A shame really, but not worth it even for a P2P, unless you don't have a budget...

Well the game is abit glitchy and tends to freeze with transactions or worse when veiwing an advertisement to get a perk then charging you for the so called freebie -_- not so free after all. The game is a good game and fun too play but be careful what you click or you just end up biting off more than you ended up wanting to chew haha. But you can still enjoy without paying a cent and have a blast,adds not so annoying game not so bad, glitches a headache but im still giving it a shot for now.

This is not a facebook game, why the need for facebook friends, because free advertising, huh! Always matching fights with higher level players. Other games give you free energy in certain times, but not this one, you need gems for that. Nice animations though. Really cringy amounts of golds and shards and resources and everything else. But a lot of maps though, i guess the effort went into trying to squeezing players dry.

Avoid like the plague. Played this for years and spent a considerable coin because it used to be very good, but it became unbearable chore and annoyance. It is at the end of its life and it couldn't've been more obvious the devs are trying to vex you to spend ludicrous amount of money by making every single piece obtainable though ridiculous farming or directly buying a single piece of useless equipment, which you need dozens of, or stuff realistically obtainable only with your entire salary.

this is not a hack and slash game. not even in the smallest way. Its another terrible autoplay waste of time where you press one special move button every few seconds and while, with a party this allows a small feeling of control ultimately, like so many other things on this platform you end up mostly just watching AI. autoplay is the ruin of almost all games. terrible waste of time.

First thing first, this is a great game but unfortunately it's got some serious problems. I'm either stuck in the loading screen or when/if the game lunches, I get disconnected. Keep saying its a Internet connection issue. There's no issue with my Internet connection as I'm able to open & run other app & even play YouTube. I hope you guys are able to fix the issue quickly.

Very cool game. I have mostly good things to say about this game, but they seem to be overshadowed by the games over-dependence on the internet. The game hangs even at the main screen when there is a tiny disturbance in the network. Sometimes even restarts during battle and no way to return to it, when the game restarts. Apart from that annoyance, I'd still recommend this game to anyone with a very stable internet.

I really like the game but they need to add a better way to have friends on here. Not everyone has friends who play games on their phones and I'm one of those people. so if you's could allow us to add in game friends so I can also receive rewards from friend points I'd highly appreciate it. This is a suggestion and also kind of a concern/complaint. Notice it's not affecting my 5 star rating though? Because the game is fine other than this flaw. Please assist or make this change.

Some games understand what's engaging - and some don't. I'm in a situation where I've tried out a ton of phone games over the past year and can now see an evolving awareness in developers. This game nails nearly every intelligent growth I've seen in the last year. And it's the first game I even THOUGHT to drop a few dollars on. Smart introduction, beautiful graphics that advantage the trend to larger. Interesting gameplay options not just there to overwhelm you. And most importantly, thought IS encouraged in play; there's a tap mechanism that you actually oughta think about while in battle, rather than mindlessly digit away. And there's time to think (not a lot, but that's part of the fun). In short, this might be the occupier/smart yet easy fun I've been looking for in a phone game. No DOUBT worth a download.
