The drivers in Mctaxi are very choosy, they don't accept the price the app shows, like one time I needed to wait for 30 mins plus with no one confirming my booking even though there's drivers near me waiting for bookings, I only got a booking when I added a 20 php tip even though the original price is only 50 php.

The app location is not accurate when you click use location it pinned the other side of the road and we have to walked a long way just to catch the ride. Then last time it was at the middle of the night when we booked ospital ng tondo, I personally typed it instead of using use location but the result is the same. The location was pinned on the other side of the road and we have to rush to the other side. Kindly fix your app, it can cause misunderstanding. 🤨😠

It's hard to book a ride and the waiting time is too long ( 20 minutes or up). There are instances where multiple riders (5 or more) are outside our office waiting for a booking but no one seems to see my order or they're intentionally ignoring it. The app would then book me to a rider who's farther away from my pickup location. Also, the navigation system is way too outdated and inaccurate! One more thing is that there's no built-in chat options for the rider and customer to communicate on.

this app is so bad compared to angkas and moveit. riders are unreliable, always gets lost, doesnt have real time location for the riders, takes a lot longer to get your booking compared to the other 2 i mentioned. do yourself a favor and use those 2 instead.

Loading system barely works. In my case, my carrier shows nothing but a message "unavailable...". For my other carrier, it just consumed my balance up without even receiving the promo that I availed. The second time I tried (for regular load) it just returned me a prompt saying that loading procedure has failed.

Been using Joyride for 3 years. It was good at first. But they became slower and slower to accept rides. And now, after accepting the ride, they'll message you to cancel it because they don't want JRPay payment or any other reasons. Earlier i tried to book at 4:01pm but no one seems to accept my booking until 4:30pm (i thought it was because i'm always using JRPay payment method and they prefer cash) Then i gave up, tried to book using MoveIt. It was so fast! As in 3 seconds and you got a ride!

The app's accuracy has taken a nosedive, consistently misplacing my location on the side of the world. This fundamental flaw makes it impossible to rely on the service for accurate navigation. Adding insult to injury, many of the drivers I've encountered have been incredibly rude, further diminishing my overall impression.While I typically avoid giving 1-star ratings, the combination of these issues leaves me no choice but to express my severe dissatisfaction.

The application is almost user-friendly. It would be beneficial if users were able to drag the pin to a specific location to make tagging easier. Additionally, for cashless transactions, it would be helpful if the customer could give tips to the riders via app.

Car gps on app is trash. (Peek-a-boo moments) Drivers can accept and hang your booking at the same time. (Since you cant track the car on app, you'll waste your time waiting for nothing) Driver can cancel your booking upon arriving at drop off location. (Corporate people needed this for liquidation purposes)

I feel betrayed. I always use this app. I booked for 170 php. But when the trip is completed, it turned 336. When I checked when what cost it should have been (a trip back). It costs 248. Now my work integrity is being questioned for tipping for a 100 which not justifiable.

I have always used joyride from home to office. I never had issues in booking. There's always an available driver. With the recent update, I'm unable to book anymore. It always says no driver which I don't believe. I wish the app would tell me that they no longer service my area than passing the blame to drivers not being available.

Extremely inconvenient. I am already near Joyride Riders and yet they could not pick up my signal. Other riders even claiming that their app is not working. Already added so many tips yet it could not pick up any riders for me and most of the time, this picks up riders that are too far away. Just to add: Joyride riders are incompetent. It sucks at where I live because they would either take too long to get here or they would go to a construction site and then ask me to cancel.

If you're in a rush, this app is really not recommended. I live in an accessible area but they still don't accept the booking. They always want a booking with tip and it's so frustrating. Maybe will find some service app other than this. So disappointing.

It is hard to book a ride even though there are riders nearby, it take me more than 10 minutes to book a ride. Thus, the riders are very choosey, they do not want trips that are long and have a discount. So how do I suppose to use my student discount if the riders are like that? Had this experience when the rider asked me to cancel even though he is just nearby. Yet you introduce your new feature using a qr code, what's the purpose of it if the riders keep on choosing passengers?

JoyRide App Rating: 4.5/5. Pros: Professional, courteous drivers. Multiple ride options (taxi, motorcycle, etc.). Clean, user-friendly design. Cons: Drivers slow to accept bookings. Feature Fix: Live Tracking Issue - The live tracking feature that previously worked is now malfunctioning. Users can't see drivers moving on the map. Fix needed to restore real-time driver tracking. Rating: 4.5 stars out of 5.

This app is great for a ride-hailing service. Drivers are very polite & neat. Cars and MC are clean & in good conditon. However, the real-time location of the driver is not moving after the booking is accepted. Also, I wish you'll add in-app "chat" service to have better communication with the drivers. This should be a standard feature for this kind of app.

The new update is kinda bad. The search time is shorter and the search range became closer, I think it removed the requesting feature. It's so hard to find a booking even if there's a lot of rider in nearby areas. Both drivers and customers are affected by this new update. Please fix it.

The app needs improvement. Waiting time is too long for getting a car or motorcycle booked, if you do happen to book one, it gets automatically cancelled. Also needs to improve the interface. If you go back from the booking screen, you cannot get back to it This is an awesome alternative for getting a ride so l hope these issues gets resolved

I've been very happy with the service since they started, and was expecting that the developers would enhance the app for us to be able to properly track the drivers by now. although, customers are still unable to do that. I will probably give 5 stars once that happens. It's disappointing that you have good riders, but the app is terrible. It's a good thing the drivers are good with communication. Please enhance the app if possible for a better experience. Thank you.

Good service but app developers made very strange decisions. I can't book a "reverse" ride to go back, a feature available in Maxim. Strangely unresponsive UI. Also, Favorites (⭐) are saved separately for From and To locations, which is just bizarre. I starred my hotel when I booked from it, and can't choose it as my Destination -- it only shows up in the Pickup locations!
