Terrible customer service. I have aaked them for a refund and to send them back my item as it was not functioning properly. They have asked for evidences as pictures and videos which I have provided. Our exchange of emails took a long time, until my quality warranty period ended. They kept finding excuses to saying that I'm not using the item accordingly and I should fix my phone for shooting videos 😂

The delivery and product was as expected, happy with that. But I wasn't able to track or see my order. Due to a bug (they need to link orders to your email) Customer service is extremely slow, you'll wait 3+ days to get a response, and can't call them. Only email.

For the most part my experience has been pretty acceptable. I did order something I wanted really bad and they said they were out of stock and I could try to order again with the discount the first time I ordered it it was $11 when I try to order it again it was $15. I tried a few discount tickets but it didn't show up so I don't know what to

Prices are reasonable, on most things. Certain things, are a little expensive though, like shoes, some electronics, some clothes, etc. Shipping isn't horrible but it is pretty slow sometimes. The coupons expire fairly quick and are usually only for 5%-15% off. Shipping cost is a little ridiculous, on some things, as well.

Alleged retail vailue that is doscounted is bs. I'll stick to ebay, amazon, and sites that have realistic retail value and simple pricing. I've never paid $60 for even the best of t-shirts. the only thing that I do like about this app is that the prices don't change when you change the size of an item like wish and other similar apps do.

way better than other sites like it with free shipping. the search filters are not the greatest since u can type what u want in and it will only show a certain percentage of what's available, scroll down to similar items and you will find the other percentage. ANYONE using WISH or GEEK should delete that app and never get ripped off by them again!!!!!!

I like it! As long as u keep prices low enough to be a better deal than other sites I'll be a regular. Out of 11 items order, 1 was wrong, 1 not as described, 1 didn't show. But ones I received correct was great quality & deal! And customer service is great, they quickly refund for issues! I'd suggest Joom give a credit or coupon for item that u don't receive but waited for shipping. Refund is given, but hassle to wait for product long time to only get $ back. Customer, just make sure u get sizing bigger as most Asian sizes. Other than that I shop for the deals and love it. If prices go up (like wish did) I probably won't shop here. So hopefully stays the same & happy shopping! Xo

This app is much better than its competitor (wish) because it offers free shipping. Items take a long time to arrive from China. Most items listed are promised to arrive in 9-22 days but as a liability I guess Joom gives themselves 2 months time. Overall pretty pleased with the app and the products. Hoping the rest of of my orders arrive before Christmas!

All i know is that as soon as i downloaded this, my phone starting acting up and ads started launching. i wouldn't even mind the ads but they interfere with so many other functions. For instance, YouTube now pauses every 10 secs forcing me to hit play again. Google maps minimizes every minute forcing me to maximize it again. very dangerous while driving. download at your own risk

I love this app. It has a great selection, the pictures are beautiful and clear, and the description is usually very good. The one thing I would add, is the measurements and sizes on each item so there is no confusion when ordering. I ordered a picture thinking it was a large print and it was only 10"x12". If the measurements were in the description there would not have been any confusion about the size of the pictures.

So far so good. Looks good on the surface. Have not received any items yet so we'll see! so it's been over a year since I have been ordering from Joom. I really enjoy the shopping experience and the anticipation of waiting for my very inexpensive products. I just wish they would stop showing the same items over and over and over again so you scroll for hours and you've seen everything three times! I find the quality acceptable enough. five stars

I am having problems with spending too much money with this app. I downloaded it less than a week ago and I've spent over $200. Smh. Help me UPDATE: I also want to add that this app has the BEST customer service anywhere, hands down. If you don't get what you order or there is a problem, there is NO hassle over it whatsoever. 2nd UPDATE: They went incredibly too high on prices and I've found the exact same items at even cheaper prices. Should've known they were gonna go up 2 high for me to stay

Generally, Joom is a great app and you can find some nice products for very low prices. For example, I purchased a wrist watch for probably about 20% of the market price. And I am very satisfied with that order. However, take precautions when using this app because some items, such as wireless Bluetooth headphones, are either low in quality or don't arrive at all. I would rate this app 3.5 stars, but since I can't, I rounded up to 4.

I received my first product from them and while trying it on the zipper broke. I went through the proper channels to have it replaced and after a week of sending pictures and arguing with them they actually blocked me from communicating with them and no intention to fix the problem. I've had nothing but great experiences with other shopping apps, but I will never use this one again. I wish I had been warned. update on this. I tried to cancel my account and went through this nightmare again.

This app is like Wish or eBay, except you don't know where it's really shipping from or how reliable the shipper is. Some things come in a week or two some longer than a month. When things haven't come at all it's easy to get refund. Their selling point (and what beats Wish) is the FREE SHIPPING on everything. But I have found some things way cheaper on eBay than on here. But no one is perfect. LOVE THIS APP. If you plan on gifting something make sure you look for it MONTHS ahead just in case it never comes

Better than Wish because Joom kicks out the low quality sellers and the ones who trick you, for the most part. I've ordered several cheap things on joom and for the most part have been satisfied. The best thing to do is to order only things that have written reviews (not just stars) and preferably some pictures so you know what you're getting. It's a little risky as there's no returns and no refunds unless the product is blatantly the wrong thing, but there is free shipping on literally everything. I haven't ordered any big things such as dresses or electronics so I can't vouch for those but there's lots of amazing and cheap jewelry to choose from and I've had little trouble getting high or reasonable quality things. Even if I don't, I don't usually pay more than a dollar or two so it's not much of a loss.

Free shipping is key! No fees are hidden (unlike other apps where the shipping hits during checkout) and the products are good, with wide variety. Can't recommend more! Edit: Recently failed to recieve an order. Joom notified me that my delivery warranty (automatically included) was running out and when I clicked that I hadn't recieved it, a refund was processed asap! Such a high quality app!

WOW, you know you see the prices and your thinking YES! You click on the product that is better then you've been looking for at a fraction of the price. Double YES! $10 when other sites want $20. You put in the size you need for $10, and your excitement increases. Triple YES. Then BOOM, that $10 product turns into $28; erase and re-enter, no change... SCARY! This is the biggest purchase mistake you would've made if you screen was dirty. SORRY JOOM NO SALE!!!

The site is great. Window shopping here is always fun but actually ordering is a different story. The order process itself is clear and simple, it's the product delivery - or lack thereof - that completely ruins the entire thing. So far we've been relatively pleased with the items we've received, some are cheaply made and don't hold up past one use but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately more than half of the items we've ordered haven't made it to us.i

It's like wish, but better! Great place to find just about anything for cheap, and has great customer service that asks few questions when sorting out issues in case you do get sent some junk. Really similar to Wish, but I've had better luck actually getting my orders when I order with Joom. The only negative is the month long shipping time since everything comes from China and can take over a month sometimes; but shipping is always free so even that's not a huge downside.
