This emulator is fantastic. I've gotten back into playing the old Pokemon games and have not experienced any issues with the app whatsoever. If I could give it more stars I would. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the full version. Great job!! 🤗

Quasi perfetto, buona interfaccia e supporta i controller fisici. Unica pecca l'impossibilità di collegarsi in multiplayer locale, anche con la stessa ROM sullo stesso dispositivo, come nell'app "MyOldBoy". È la migliore tra tutte quelle che ho provato, ma si può migliorare ulteriormente. Almost perfect, good interface and supports physical controllers. The only flaw is the impossibility to connect in local multiplayer, even with the same ROM on the same device, as in the app "MyOldBoy".

Has worked great on every smartphone I've had, one of the few apps I actually wanted to purchase. It would be nice if it didn't have to be side loaded for android TV. Otherwise, emulator works great with a ps4 controller on an android tv.

Disappointed by the lack of a GBC link option. Got this to play old versions of pokemon and there are certain ones that require a trade between GBC games to evolve them. Tried to use another emulator just for trading and couldn't access my saved files. Decided just to completely switch emulators to one with a cable link option.

Love the games I can get however it glitches and despite how many times you save it will set you back immensely far. I was super far, a day and a half and 7 hours into gaming and it backtracked me so far that it discouraged any desire to play any further. Very upsetting to waste my time like that.

Have played multiple titles on this. I can confirm that cheats work properly, though it can be hard to track them down. It's still mechanically difficult to play active games on this, but that's an issue with using a virtual screen rather than an actual controller

Best GBC emulator for android! I used the Lite version for a month and i am extremely satisfied with it so i decided to buy the paid version! Don't hesitate to purchase this app it's very user friendly and lite version only have some ads so it will not disturb your gameplay that much but it needs WiFi connection to use game speed setting so better get the paid version to have all settings. Pls support the developers so in the future they can make NDS emulator too!!!

Absolutely worth the money. Lets you move around and customize the button layout. Only thing I could suggest was somehow the ability to connect two saved games as if by sharing cable. Just a wishlist item though.

Purchased today to play a game that wouldn't be found on the previously owned gba version and both cannot find any games I the emulator folder

John GBC is one of the best GB/GBC emulators in the Play Store. It's pretty easy to use and regularly getting updates. Much like John GBA, it's totally worth it.

Fantastic in every way. I had used the free 'Lite' version for years and today I decided to support the creator by purchasing the full version. No adverts, picked up all the old saves I had on the other lite version and runs just as perfectly as the other. Thankyou for giving me the chance to relive my childhood again so easily. Those are memories worth much more than what I paid for this emulator - its the least I can do.

I don't know what I keep doing but it keeps closing the game and then loading it from an old save and I'm losing all my progress. Does extremely annoying because a lot of progress is lost it should automatically save.

In-game saves have never worked properly and now it can't read my game files even though I've directed it to the correct folder - which contains the correct format files - multiple times now. I used to love this emulator and now it's just not working like it used to

This has been a great app which I've been using for many years. However, I tried to play a game this evening on my Pixel 6a and no games are recognised (despite me authorizing access and the files being present). UPDATE: I found the answer in a review for the John GBA app - the game files must now be put in a subfolder called game. Working again! Still a fantastic app.

Update : Can you check whether Pokemon Card GB (Japan) is working or not with this emulator ? It's not working for me. Every other games are working, even Pokemon CARD GB 2 (The sequel) but this one won't work. It's the japanese version only. Trying any other langage of the same game would work. It's very specific to the japanese version. Thanks in advance if you can fix it.

This app is awesome, does a great job. I am very annoyed the load state is both A. Defaulted to a quick action button and B. Doesn't prompt for confirmation with a warning. Didn't realize what that button was until I lost 2 days worth of progress because I tried to swipe to see notifications.

I love the interface and all the options, but I have a couple requests. First, which I'm sure you get a lot, is link cable emulation (over network and NFC would be cool if it's even possible to do it that way). The second suggestion I'd have is to integrate Chromecast (or Google Cast if you'd prefer), so I wouldn't have to cast my whole screen to the TV. Other than that, it's great!
