It's the worst app i have ever used. So laggy and slow. The moment i apply, the application gets rejected, although the profile is completed. The changes are not reflected immediately. they need some serious rework in their code base.

Numerous occasions the app generates an error and has prevented me from applying for a desired job. Even though I do not get the chance to answer questions and move on to the next step it shows application completed!!! Makes me feel it is rigged.

I agree with sibu Thomas! I've had this app for over a year applied for several jobs especially the superdrug job in dunstable and NOTHING!! Always says in progress and also on websites that job and talent put up. Which I applied for and haven't had one offer, I've got experience over 2 years of warehouse and not picked for any! I find it really weird/odd which makes me actually think yes fake. Why no communication? Why can't I get in contact with you on the app? Not good very disgusted.

Agency was bought out and basically was forced to use this app, the app is just so confusing and feels more like this app is flushing you out for another job instead of the one you currently are at, the only help you can get is for job applications, no guide for why payslips arent showing up or why the questions are more than any job interviews I've ever been to. Tip : Sort out, set in order and simplify. Your results will be success.

Jobs and talent are a great agency to work for, the app incorporates the professionalism shown by them. The app makes it easy to see payslips and print them, show your shift pattern also you can see things like working contracts and holidays. All at the convenience of your phone. Great job Jobandtalent.

The app is very good, efficient and effective. The only problem is that there is communication gap between people on site and the app. I was offered a role and had to upload all the information I have already given on the app.I was also asked to upload the same documents at the registration on site.

Good morning / Buenos días (Spanish below/ Español debajo); I would like to be able to go to "manage notifications", and find the option to cancel the (too) many reminders of the interviews I applied for. Thx. Me gustaría poder dirigirme a la gestión de notificaciones y encontrar la opción de cancelar los muchos (demasiados) recordatorios de las entrevistas para las que apliqué. Gracias.

Can't verify phone number, texts with code never coming, can't see working hours, everytime I try to go to the job instructions it tells me to log in via Google and after shows Ooops something went wrong pla reload. Big technical issues with the app. Hope fully can be fixed soon. As the job it self it's good and communication with the office great.

I've applied with loads of jobs through these and not even a phone call off them. Even send me message begging for people to work for them and nothing. Absolutely pointless agency. The app is rubbish as well. Like it's been made cheaply and made by someone unqualified to be making app. The app doesn't allow anyone to sign in with an email or change anything easy.

It's taken more than hour to fill form, why they not take straightway to upload CV. Rest hiring company will ask.

a 100% unserious agency app after you fill in for the job it directly rejects you that's why I leave you one star you don't deserve you collected my data but don't accept candidates just take people's data from what I see

Add address, can only select address from a Google list if your home isn't there you cant add it manually, after an address has been added you can't remove it. Questionnaires, plenty of questions that are yes/no choices with if a box for more details if needed, all these boxes need filling in with something or the app won't complete that section. "Optional" not optional, app won't complete that section unless these are filled in.
