Whenever I try to use this app, it stalls and spins and will not let me complete the purchase. I have to reenter my information over and over. I just gave up after 7 tries with no errors! It also keeps changing to shipping when I want in store pick up, so read and review carefully. Great deals to be had of you can get it to work.

!!!I wouldn't use this app for anything other then coupons!!! More then 3 times I've placed a shipping order and it will say "can't process" and I try a few more times and then I go check my bank and it has taken out money Everytime I tried to process it even though it did place on the app. Then it takes 7+ days for your money to go back to your account and customer service can't do anything about it. This has also happened with a pick up order where I bought it and the order was never placed

Don't even try to place an order through the app. First time and last time for me to do it. Placed an order, tells me " failed to process transactions", nothing shows in order history; Redid the order again, same notification of failed transaction. Again nothing shows up in order history. Suddenly, 20 mins later, I had two same orders. Emailed customer service to cancel one, replied instantly by a virtual assistant told me impossible to cancle. Shipping cost won't be refund when return.

Fine, but missing key features like having all the store items in the app (I can see them in the web-based browser to shop, but not the app), ability to filter only showing items available in the store (they have the filter, but it doesn't work and it shows you things that aren't available), and using multiple JoAnn's coupons like you can in the store. I'd buy more if the app worked better.

All this app is good for is coupons. Every time I try to search for anything is says "Sorry we couldn't find any products for your search." It doesn't matter if I type it in completely or click on what is suggested. It is extremely frustrating because this is the only craft/fabric store near me, and it is nearly an hour away. It makes it hard to see if something is in stock before I head to town.

They keep trying to improve on the app, and so now it's so huge, it sucks, keeps crashing, it's so slow, and their rewards expire too soon, and don't even allow time to use them before they expire if you don't make it to the store that often, they're good for only a week or less. The last couple that I got didn't delineate the period they're good for. Had 2, and used one, and then got to the store to see the app needs updating yet again, and my rewards are gone. Sheesh, Michael's rewards better!

interface is pretty simple and it is organized well. However, the links to "track" orders never works and also, if they cancel your pick up order, they don't tell you why. Pretty inconvenient. This would mean that their store inventory and app don't sync correctly - or they're just too lazy to actually check if they have items in stock. At least at Walmart, they still get what they can get ready and/or replace the items (of your choice).

Using this app is like being in purgatory. Absloutely nothing works, even just viewing the coupons only works half the time. Making an order never goes through, the tiles dont load most of the time, and literally just searching for an item is ineffective most of the time. I contacted joann support for help and they continually gave me support for the website not the app. Completely unhelpful.

This app is pointless. Every time I open the app to search for something, more times than not I get zero results. However, I go to their website and use the SAME WORDS to do a search...bam lots of results. The only use for this app is the coupons. Every other part of it is useless and doesn't work. Fix your search function please!

I love ordering from the app! Standard shipping does take a while but I don't mind. My only issue is that whenever I select a different color of something it makes my phone vibrate. I have the vibrate setting turned off in the apps settings but it keeps vibrating. I love being able to find colors of yarn online I can't find in store.

The closest Joann's is a 45 minute drive from me. I wanted to order things for shipping, but there are no longer any good deals for online at all. Went to do pickup in store for ANY coupon and I have to individually change every item to pick up in store. The app is so horrifically slow, this took forever, plus every item kept putting itself BACK on to shipping. By the time I finally got to checkout, none of my cards would work, not even Klarna. Not worth the hassle. I'm giving up.

I would like to actually see the ad when I tap weekly ad. All fashion apparel fabrics are not discounted the same percentage. Also, if I add to cart in app it doesn't show in cart on the web and vice versa although the total reflects it. You can't checkout using PayPal in app but you can on the web. Shopping is clunky on the app and I prefer browsing on the web.

The app used to work great, but now it doesn't load. I've had to close out completely and try and restart an order multiple times. They also don't have all of my previous orders on here so it's hard to see how much of a fabric I ordered for something. I do like how tbe categories are laid out for searching, probably the only good thing about the app.

It's mostly ok But- Ive searched for things then, after I've ordered, app shows me a completely different product that fits my search better, it should have showed already. -Also, difficult to use coupons/% off -The other thing it does, that's really weird & annoying, is The "click here to track" buttons in your ordering area after your items have been shipped, don't work. I really like to track my shipments and this is annoying. Both are kind of important to me.

I have had one good experience with using Joann's over the many many years I've been going in person and ordering on the app. Codes won't work, inventory is off, and payment methods are refused. It's 100% not user error and no one at the store can help. When I call or email, I'm never met with help either, just overworked, underpaid, clueless people. It's so frustrating. The app itself is glitch and slow, it takes forever to load, and then I get to checkout and it all fails even worse.

Trying to get an order made for pick up at the store is impossible! It would change quantity or place it for shipping instead of pick up. I can't remember dealing with something this frustrating in quite awhile! Updated: even tho I do order from the app often, it's almost impossible to finish an order. App freezes almost all the time. Very frustrating....no wonder joann fabrics is having financial problems.

The app saves money, however, I have had an issue twice, where when I am putting items in my cart, and at checkout it says it is going to one location, but after my order is submitted, it is listed as going to a different location. This makes it highly inconvenient when there is more than one in your city and they're 20 mins or more apart.

App works pretty well, I appreciate how the categories are laid out vs. the website, it is easy to search and shop. What I cannot stand is the inability to disable the incessant vibrations in the app. I click on an item, buzz. Switch to a different color item, buzz. I add the item to my cart (with my phone on silent and in-app notifications turned off, mind you,) buzz. Coupon pop-up, buzz. Close the app and re-open it, buzz. It's maddening. Also your cart does not sync to the website.

The app is poo poo garbage It crashes often, checkout never loads correctly, items that are 100% in stock appear to be out of stock in cart, coupons take forever to load, items don't show up under search at times. It's just a very glitchy app and it's really annoying to use. The features themselves would be great if it actually worked right.

The app is fine for clipping coupons or getting an in store price match, but don't order online unless it's for store pickup. I placed one order 3 weeks ago, and they have split it into 4 different packages. I received 1/8 items the first week, three items in a different package the next week, and I'm still waiting on 4 items that I HOPE are all delivered in the same package... It just doesn't make any sense. Especially that I have duplicate items... Why not send duplicates together?
