I have jio tag air, works excellent with apple find my app, but does not work with jio's native jio things app, that's the shame. App opening time is toooo much, crashes some time, jio tag connection takes too much time and also, and most importantly the main feature, showing the location of the tag, doesn't update!!!! if that is the case why do I have the product for??? really disappointed, at least the feature should work seamlessly in its native app. shame!

Using Jio Motive, everything is working fine, but looking forward to have more features about the vehilce information.

App is good and have also have good features. But for notification please add option for setting custom speed limit over which you get the notification. And allow adding multiple custom speed notifications because one will not be useful.

suitable for a limited area of blutooth range thanks for writing when I bought it i thought it was a real time gps tracker without sim and we can locate the device anywhere at any time if there is any jio or android user will be near the device but in reality it is not working like that the device sending data very late and also sending data of nearby device stored

works really well but when I switch off over speeding notifications in alerts it keepes sending me notifications, please fix this issue

This is a very good tracking device. There is no other device like Jio Motive and the best thing is that there is no need to recharge it separately.

Device is Good But creating issue to Fit and Closing Cap in Tata Puch. App. is very Good, it will excellent if- proivde custom date Fillter + Help to get info on for *Insights* Dashboard. - travel Distance (on last Odometer Based Input) Fuel Expense and per KM expenses Rate etc.

good app - jio things works well. when purchased approx 18 months ago, there were many problems but they have solved almost all. main benefit is that because of esim, we don't need you to purchase separate sim and money on recharges is saved unlike initially now, application is working fine. we can share real time data/ location with 5 contacts. initially costly compared to other GPS trackers but money is saved in long term.

Waste of money on this jiomate obd devise & Jiothings app as not showing Trip Fuel Economy option and blaming maruti car company as not permitting the obd slot of car. Nonsence. Built in wifi is good option n okay. I told them with proof that FE was showing in other company's obd devise perfectly in my car. But not accepting their mistake & not resolved so far. Wastage of money n time.. I got fed up now even after several emails sent to developers.Don't go for it.

Good device with live tracking. but placement of the device is not a safe area. anyone can see easily. Never change the phone number, otherwise the device function will stop.

was not expecting it to be so much better as compared in size with other devices..it can be placed anywhere n could be carried with any keychain nobody will know about it without having a proper knowledge about it..I'm enjoying it...i purchased it for my pet dog as she enjoys running away from the house whenever she gets the chance so it's very useful to track her location when she roams outside n even if she is hiding from me there is an option of "ring to locate" as it's loud when it rings....

The app itself is ok but occasionally becomes unresponsive and support asks to clear cache etc. But the reports are bad and weekly report is unusable as it always reports in the future !! I have made several requests to their support but to no avail. why can't someone from JioMotive check the app and use it for a few days?? No action even after 6 months, why is it so difficult to generate a weekly report for present and previous weeks??? the app can only give weekly reports of the future 😆 🤣

I am using JioMotive for a week and it's working fine. Although some major update is expected. It only shows info like speed limit exceeded but doesn't show the actual recorded speed which is crucial in some cases as overspeed challan etc. Also the re of the is very basic and fast. It should be more modern and slower with more details like speed, gear, idling etc in the space below. If somehow it's Android Auto integration is possible and Bluetooth is activated then it would be real innovation.

I have already followed all the suggested steps, including plugging the JioMotive device into the OBD port and driving in an open area with good network coverage. Despite this, the device is still not connecting. This delay is highly disappointing and unacceptable.
