UPDATE: Love the addition of rewards. The app is perfect for customizing your sandwich. Love the variety of pickup/delivery options. I have not used it to just scan in store, so I don't know if that is a feature. My only complaint is that sometimes the pickup store choice will change from underneath the "Next" button when you click through to next. But that's mostly user error. It has happened to me twice. Hopefully rewards come soon, but it makes ordering easy and fast!

The app is improving a lot. I'd like to see one more feature added -- a place to put a note about your location. I'm on a college campus and about every other time I use the app I get a phone call from a delivery person asking for clarifying directions. If I could add a note, then the delivery driver would have that info every time -- saving time for the delivery person and me.

It looks like they fixed a lot of the issues with the app that were making it a pain. Particularly the load time and the fact that my partner's favorite sandwich and barbeque chips weren't an option, but we could order them at our store in the drive thru. I'm sure more was missing but those were the only ones that were part of our regular orders. Well they're on there now and the load times are much better. Rating 4 stars for past experience. We'll see if it sticks.

Been using the app for a couple years now. I find is fairly useful, although there have been times when the app is buggy. Any oddities with the app usually disappeared with the next update. Most often, it's easy to quickly select a sandwich, customize it, and order. App can save favorite addresses, payment methods, and a two different Freaky Faves orders.

Edit: They fixed the issues and the app works with no glitches now. I've always lived in the delivery area for JJ. The app used to work but in the last month it tells me that there are no stores that deliver to my address. I've tried from home and work, both places that I am in the delivery area. This app is supposed to save time and be convenient, but every time I order I try the app first and always end up having to call anyways.

It works pretty well, but when I first got the app it said that there was a button that I could press for an "easy order" or something of the like. That button has never worked for me. It also has recently been having problems loading but I also don't frequent places with the best reception, and my phone is old. Overall, it works lioe it should and its good food so I'm not complaining 😁

Easy to use app for the most part. The ABSOLUTE ONLY issue i think needs altered is within the customizations. The check system is good but it doesnt offer everything that one could possibly need when placing in app or online orders. I think that there should be an "additional note" section with each customized item...and one additional within drink&sides category or at the bottom just before checkout as an overall fyi....

Makes ordering a snap--better than the website! Like many food apps, it saves the restaurant location, your delivery address and your payment method which are convenient features that make ordering quick. It also let's you save favorite menu items for reorder, and the item customization features are very user-friendly. I love placing a quick pick-up order and then running by their drive-thru, but delivery is convenient, too. Great app!

App doesn't allow you to edit account info (like adding a credit card) without placing an order. That's incredibly inconvenient. It's not the worst app I've ever used, but you'd think basic functionality like that would be implemented before dumb BS like 'order tracking', a pretty useless feature for something that gets delivered to you in half an hour. Update: now it's just not functional at all.

11/2/18 Edit: Since the last update, none of my previous orders show up, so I can't repeat an order. This also means the Freaky Fast button no longer works. Will have to go back to using the website instead of the app. Shame, really, as the app was great. ---------- Original review: Incredibly easy to use, and I love the Freaky Fast Button. Much easier to use than the website, and the website is easy-peasy. Well done!

It works, it gets the job done. The food menu and customizing sandwiches is a snap. But editing the shopping cart or going back to make changes to an item is a pain. Also, the checkout process isn't as intuitive as it should be and it takes too long to navigate. The app also does not save your login Ingo, and autofill doesn't work consistently.

This app is garbage. Can't change location while reusing prior orders, if an ingredient is missing at location for your saved favorite you can't add it to cart, you have to rebuild the entire sandwich. It is refusing to add my sandwich, the error message "No Jimmy mustard is not available at this location." Well great, I dont want it, the fact it does not exist is not a problem, but wanted. The app is seldom convenient unless everything is working perfectly exactly the same every time

Straightforward and easy to navigate and order. Redeeming rewards is not complicated and they do offer some good deals via the rewards program. The birthday sandwich can be redeemed for the whole month (unlike some programs that expire the day after your birthday). The text notifications for order updates are also handy if you elect to use them.

Overall, this app works well and is easy to use. I gave 4 stars because, if you change your mind or are otherwise unable to do delivery/pickup, you have to start over your entire order to choose the other option, and, to make matters worse, they don't even warn you that that will be the case. Please fix that frustrating issue!

Decent app. Very user friendly & easy to order. I just wish there was a way to rate your experience. I order JJ pretty often & unfortunately, they don't always get my order right. I'd like to be able to rate it so the store can track customers' experiences & possibly improve. I'm not always able to call the store when I have an issue. It would also be great if you could add a note for customizations.

I haven't been able to place an order on this app for years. I redownloaded it, hoping it may have been updated, but no... There's no clear place to contact support about any in-app issues from what I can see, and the app will not accept any payment, even cash. I've even had other people try (to make sure it wasn't just me) and they can't either. I've lost so many rewards/offers over the years and wish I could have used them :'( pleeeease fix this!!! I want JJ's soooo much :(

The rewards system is a joke. You have to order stuff from there many times in order to receive a reward. And I have only ever earned 1 free sandwich (after having it for like 2 years). Most of the time the reward is a cookie or a bag of chips- which is nice. But it is a $1-$2 reward after spending well over $100. The app works okay, but crashes often. It also sometimes takes a really long time to load. But whenever I do order with it, it always goes through, and I always receive my order.
