Pretty cool. But as usual there is this luring to get one signed up premium. About the best app of its kind. However it seems recently that numbers of top ads allowed have been reduced.

Indeed a useless online marketplace platform ever. Could you believe I paid for 1 Month Diamond Boost Premium for over 100,000 last week, after these people activated the package, then I updated the application, am surprised that the Traffic from all potential customers dropped drastically. Have sent them an email, but none is talking with us here. If you don't make payment you would be getting Calls here and there, but once monies are paid into their account, just consider yourself On Your Own.

As a seller my messages drop later than it's sent making it difficult to respond timely to potential customers.. It's worthy of note that as at the time of this review my phone memory is in its optimal state. Please work on the app from your end. In the absence of this, Great marketplace for business

It's annoying that I made payment since 3 days now but couldn't find my ads when I search with other systems. My ads are still closed even when I've paid. The support team can't even reply messages. I requested for call, but yet to receive one 🙁

I have done a research and also ask questions about customers are leaving jiji app, all the answers I got was "they can't be paying high amount just to sell on the app and at the end of the day their products will now be on a high side if they are selling it out. Again there are other app that someone can post an add and sell free, jiji used to be good at that. Why paying for an add and at the end u will not get a buyer on time,also pricing your product way too low.

The jiji app has improved a lot. It is now more responsive. I rate it 4 star because as an online market place, there is still plenty of room for improvement. The developers should do more to make it more interactive. Beautiful, beautiful, I just can't believe the extent of improvement. I updated the app to see the transformations. From the layout to colour mix to user experience, it's all kudos to the developers. So from 4 star, I have upgrading the rating to 5 star. 👍🏾Great job.

The app is good, but I noticed something that you need to fix. For instance when searching for laptops there is a summarised description and then after the store info additional description that the seller provides. On the website you can click "show more", but on the app it is not available, and this makes it quite frustrating for me because I have to constantly keep going back to the website to get the additional description which is often times very vital. So please fix this. Thanks.

It's almost a perfect app. It actually serves it's purpose to the teeming populace that needs it. The only issue I have with it is not being able to edit one's set price.

I have sold a few goods and bought Same on this platform. I will like to commend the developers. I must say alot needs to be done to this app to ensure its protects unsuspecting customers or sellers from being cheated during transaction. I love the deveees2lopers to look at partnering or coning up with their own escrow-like payment system to ensure payment is received when the other party is satisfied with the goods received and disputes are handled and settled as on other e-commerce;apps.

User-friendly app.... Easy to operate. Ads sell very fast. But one thing I don't like is the promotion prices.... It's beginning to go up. Before they give free ads then after a week or two you start paying but it's more like that.

The app is becoming unstable after each update. Notification links to new ads/single products are broken. No option to filter or sort search results anymore. It's quite an inconvenience to scroll through 100s & 1000s of search results.

Nice and straight, it's more easier to use and you could even chat with whoever you want to chat with just like WhatsApp chat but don't get it twisted, truth be told, this is really a good app but as soon as you get red while having conversation with someone, please take to their advice and the most incredible thing is you get to see reviews of who you are having business with.. You'll love it trust me.

Shopping on the Jiji app is a pleasant experience. The user interface is quite interactive and beautiful. You can narrow your search from thousands of products to as low as 20 to 30!!. Also you can easily read reviews of products before you even think of buying, and you can even save potential products you may purchase later on your app profile and they will remain there until the product goes out of stock. Keep up the good work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rarely rate apps, but when I do, it’s because they’re either really good or bad. I would’ve given this app 5 stars, but the recent update removed a feature I enjoyed—the ability to select a product brand or make and view ads from other cities or states if it wasn’t available locally. Now, I can’t select a product from the options just because it’s not available in my area, and I have to clear my location and search nationwide, which is much less convenient and disappointing.

Extremely important and helpful. Point of note, though, how come the chats now line up on the left side from both sender and receiver? It used to be on the left from who I'm chatting and on the right in green background for my own responses. Kindly fix this cos its rather confusing. The app seems to have a glitch now of requesting login details for every click on the page. Kindly fix it.
