I've come back here because of the bad behaviors of the people managing this app as a whole. I've posted my items for sale and was told unless I paid for a week (7 days) fee before my items will be approved. After payment, getting to a week, nothing was happening, I've left many messages without a reply. I requested for a call back and the lady was telling me the one week money I paid for is too small so I should add another money before my item will be published....such an unprofessional

I enjoyed this app. My only problem is that people don't trust you until all communications are done through the app. I suffered be I gained trust of people

This online selling and buying platform is good, but there are some scammers who post on it. Some of them will tell you they are far from your location and ask you to send them money for fuel, promising to deliver theCAR to you. However, when you ask them many questions or send them fuel money, they block you. My question is,why doesn'tJiji thoroughly vet them before allowing them to post on their platform?Somescammers are easy to identify, either because of exaggerated prices or other redFLAGS.

This app is never safe, it lost control of scrutinising vendors authencity to the extent that majority of vendors are scammers and go unnoticed and unpunished. Ive reported a scam but they only ask me to report to the police the best they could do.

I would have given it a 5 star rating. But for the ff reasons I can't: *Messaging on the app isn't instant. In most cases messages are delayed. *Notifications about ppl who viewed a sellers number also delays by hrs. *Sometimes it takes more than a day for ads posted to be published. *There's a keyboard glitch during messaging on the app where after sending a msg, u decide to leave de conversation but de keyboard will keep popping up. U have press back button several times b4 it takes u back.

This is the most frustrating & fraudulent online app I have ever seen since 2012 You pay money for posting an add on this site but get nothing in return... Your adds will never be published..... Very wicked & heartless management. Being on this platform for 6 good years was just a waste of time nothing to write about..... Very sorry for those I have recommended & convinced to do business on this platform...... They're nothing but wicked and heartless.

How is it possible to see over 15,000 adverts, you scroll down and soon all the ads are gone? Is it that the number of ads isn't correct or the app cannot show them all..

So far the best and safest online market to sell and buy all I need in Ghana without hustle at all. Great interface and features. But I wish it is possible to call clients right here on the App so that if you send a client massages and they happen to be offline then you could give them a flash call or data call. Try and add like Data call option. Its a great App. 5 stars straight.

This app is very good for business. The reason why I have it 4 stars was that there's no voice note option in the chat option. Also, their message delivery is very slow

This app is useless now! Ads was free from start later pay for your ads to be promoted from ¢100 to ¢1000 currently. One stupid thing is after buying enterprise package worth ¢1000 your ads won't be promoted they will tell you to buy additional prosale for ads trend meanwhile you have not gotten the earlier diamond package bought money. What a sh! t app!. Is time sellers on the platform form a group demonstrate and refuse to buy their insane package #useless app ever (- 5) I will rate

Jiji is just excellent, I buy almost all my stuffs from there.... My only issues is jiji should find a way to make items that has been sold to clear out of the way Bcoz sometimes u call sellers wanting to buy) and they tell u the product is not available, but it's still displaying on the site. So jiji pls do something about this. Thanks

I'm not sure why the ability to filter search results was removed but that just made it too hard to find specific items on the app. Update: issue fixed 5🌟

Jiji is awesome. Though i am yet to make my first sell but the interface is so simple. No struggles. Their customer care really care about you. I opened an account last year but was lazy to post an ad. Earlier this yesr they called and helped md to list an item. Of recent i have listed my goods and the response is amazing. They notify you when a customer sends you a message. Jiji well done. Looking for to my first sell and long term business with jiji. Please help me with more sales. Thank you

Been using Jiji well over 5 years and to sum things up , the app has gotten worse over the years , if they are looking for ways to make more money out of the app there are better approaches to use rather than the nonsensical arrangement they have for paid ads currently as well as limited to proximity of your ads if you haven't paid for it to be boosted . At this rate I can assure you they have limited time to fall off , annoyingly they'd tell you to email them after your review which is ignored

Solid update to an already solid app.. User interface is very intuitive and visually appealing.. But i believe that it's about time for a dark mode. Overall, a 10/10 app. I recommend. So this is my second review. And thank you for listening to your users and bringing on the dark mode. However, i noticed that on android devices, when you click on a car ad on the homepage/trending, it tells you sorry, this ad cannot be found. Even though the ad is still active.
