Are you kidding me?! While working on the puzzle, you interrupt the flow at 1/3 of the way to do a big ad! People do puzzles to relax and exercise their brain. You could have placed ads at the bottom or after completing a certain amount of puzzles but this is ridiculesness at display. Besides the game is glitchy, subpar graphics, and the worst Puzzle game I've dealt with to date. Uninstalled! There's better!!

I WAS enjoying putting the puzzles together but the ads got ridiculous. I was getting stressed with how quickly ads were popping up after just a few minutes. Lost the joy and uninstalled. I would rather pay to have ads removed than suffer with the annoying ads. Another issue is the ads show these awesome puzzles but I go to find them and they're no where to be found!!!!

The bonuses you get with premium are not worth $9.99 in my opinion. In-game description of what subscription provides is very misleading. It says ALL ads will be removed & ALL puzzles will be unlocked. Not true. Customer service isn't the best either. Yes, they were all very nice, but it took them over a week to find my account to verify that I was actually subscribed. Grrrr It does have some very nice puzzles tho, so I give 3 stars for puzzles.

The pictures are beautiful, but the further you get in the game the worse the ads get. By the 3rd puzzle the ads were coming after every 3 or 4 pieces put in place. There are much better puzzles with less ad interruptions. In response to ads I do understand the need for ads. Since I play free games Ido expect it, if I wanted ad free I can pay for the game. There's many ways to put ads in a game, I think some other developers may have simply found a much better presentstion process.

Too many blasted ads. I shouldn't have to go through an ad every time a hint is earned while doing 1 puzzle. An ad before starting a puzzle or after finishing a puzzle is fine. But multiple ads while you're doing the puzzle. That's not one bit relaxing. Which bites, because I liked the puzzle. Just not the ads that came after every single hint (that i never use anyway) was earned.

Tabs and sockets are all round - no way to discern piece shapes. Surface has 'magnetic go-to grid. Piece is attracted to closest grid location even if the pieces are not meant to attach to each other. Frustrating. Two finger zoom is very, VERY slow. Cannot deal with these things. Uninstalling. NOT A QUALITY PUZZLE APP. One additional issue is that as you TRY to scroll the tray, looking for specific pieces, 3/4 of time a single piece pulls sideways, requiring you to slide it back then try again.

While this remains the best online jigsaw puzzle I've found, why do the developers insist on "fixing" what wasn't broken? Everything was working fine. I do like the ability to select edge pieces instead of scrolling through all the pieces for them, but I hate the constant clicking. It was better when the click occurred only as a piece snapped into the correct spot.

Enjoy the many puzzles to choose from. They are very clear, colorful and beautiful. Thank you. Although, there are too many ads between sections. Don't mind them at the end of the puzzles, but in between is so frustrating. Love the fact that you can add your own pics from your files. However, couldn't crop them in the app. Tried several times. Kept bouncing back to center. How do you delete unwanted pics from collections?

Love the puzzle's. This app. actually has a middle amount of pieces where other apps go from 250 to 500 with nothing in-between. That's the great thing. On the down side (extremely annoying) there's way, Way too many ad's. About every 3-5 piece's then another ad. Nobody likes being interrupted, every minute, while doing something they love. Right now I'm thinking real hard on a reason not to get rid of it. Fix the excessive ad's and I'll keep it and recommend it!

I LOVE this app!!! The pictures are all interesting and the painted pictures of the cottages are absolutely beautiful as are the nature and the scenic ones. The only thing that could make this app any better is if they also mentioned where the pictures were taken. It would also be nice if the puzzle would rotate on my phone so it could be put together horizontally as one whole puzzle instead of having basically two vertically puzzles. But I still love the app!!!

I love this game. The puzzles are beautiful and easy to obtain. My only complaint and the WORST thing about it is all the commercials. Especially the ones that happen in the middle of the puzzles. It is incredibly unnecessary and infuriating to have commercials before, 2-4 during a single puzzle and then at least 1-3 at the end of a puzzle. There is no reason for all of that. Especially when they interrupt my play time. I'm actually very tempted to quit the game because of them.

The number of ads on this app have increased and are very annoying. There use to be ads after you finish a section, now you can be in the middle of working it when the pieces drop off your screen and an ad plays. They are usually short, but it's very frustrating every few minutes this happens. I've removed it and downloaded it several times and it doesn't help

Downloaded several jigsaw puzzle apps and kept this one because it had all the features I was looking for. Only issue, and unfortunately it's a big one, is the issues I have rotating pieces. Sometimes I have to click a piece 10 times before it will turn one time. Very frustrating and a total waste as I do this for relaxation, not to get stressed. Bummer.

I was realllly enjoying the game. It's cool when, after so many pieces, you get coins. However, after a few games, every time, the coins pop up in getting ads with no option to remove them. Now, ads happening after only a few pieces. Most games charge between $0.99 and $2.99 for ad-free. I don't know I might get rid of it just because there are so many ads now.

5 stars for variety of puzzles and ability to change number of pieces. Took off 3 stars because you can't "page down or up" in the collections or discovery. Scrolling to the bottom takes too long. Took off another star since now the puzzle moves me to the next segment before I've completed one! And I must "buy" a complete collection instead of an individual puzzle. AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

The app itself is fine, as puzzle apps go. It has the usual features; edge isolation, swappable backgrounds, full image view, etc. It has two major flaws that caused me to delete. The annoying click every time you drop a piece, and the annoying ads that show up (I shyt you not) every two minutes. Ads are one thing, but this is ridiculous.

I've tried several different jigsaw apps but have found this one to be the best. The pictures are really nice and there's plenty of options for free. There are ads, hmm, but at least they're short ads unless you choose to watch full length 1s to get coins. I especially like the option to be able to see the picture while working it, but my suggestion to develop would be to add a % of faintness to choose from because imo yours is too bright. Otherwise I really like the game and recommend it.

I would give you even more than 5 stars ,everything is perfect,the best puzzle app. I've tried which includes a lot of them, but I can't finish a puzzle for the constant ads !!! I know you have to advertise but advertising won't work if we have to delete and can't even play. Listen to us, can't you just have the ads after each puzzle or maybe once in the middle but honestly I place two pieces there's an ad ,two more ad! Ridiculous! I'm going to be forced to delete and I really liked this one !

I'm looking for a new jigsaw app since the one I've enjoyed for years became ad happy and thinks I'm supposed to be happy spending 2x as much time watching ads than doing puzzle. With this app I'm not happy with it locking a piece in place just because I am looking for a different piece and happen to drop it real close to where it goes. To me that us frustration.

Only cause I can't do halves, if so 2 & a half. The pics are great, best selection but my god at the ads, I counted 15 just in the first 2 sections. If you give it a couple seconds of no movement.. ad, connect 2 or 3.. 2 maybe 3 ads, it's ridiculous at the ads in this app. I can play 3 games & together they wouldn't give me that many ads. Please fix this. It's just sad. How many freaking ads can u get in 1 puzzle? More than any other game out there. It's pathetic, which is why I changed it to 1
