Spoiled by timer levels that equate challenge with stress, and reduce progress to random chance. You are forced to repeat certain levels until you get lucky, regardless of skill, experience, planning, or even simple finger speed. I find myself restarting over and over, just to get a fortuitous initial grid. Weak design. I have cleared every level well into the fifth "world" (of six total) but 5% or more are just luck, aka repetitive annoyance. Devs cannot have ever played it through as users.

It's a fun game. Hardly any ads. No long interruptions. I love the idea of being able to restart a game over again if you failed It. Also has other numerous games you can play. What more could you ask for! Try it! I love this game!!! This is one hof my 3 favorite games. Whoever created this game - hats off to you!! Love it!! You will get hooked on this game.thank you. I've had this game on my phone for YEARS, maybe even close to a decade. I stopped playing a long time ago because I had gotten stuck on a level and couldn't continue. Went back to it recently and found it so refreshing. You can play as much as you want and you're not punished for losing or restarting (I HATE the lives system other similar apps have). Barely any ads, enjoyable gameplay of course. 3-starred every available level now, hope to see more! Never change, I appreciate it.

I've always enjoyed playing the game and had finished world 6, waiting for the next world. Changed phones and transferred all my data to new phone but apparently I have lost all my achievements. I'm back to world 1. Can someone help or is this how it works??? If yes then this is very disturbing. I also wish there was the option of skipping a level after a certain number of failed attempts.

I seem to struggle with the timed stages. . .now, since getting a new phone & installing this game I have to start from the beginning stages?! Isn't there a way to take it where I left off? Please help? Haven't heard back yet from anyone...obviously your game software doesn't archive my current levels. I realized that I have to start over! Plz respond. Again...still play once in a while, but changed devices & have to start all over from the beginning. Still waiting for developer's response...?🤔

Nice game. The ads are not too bad. I take that back. Can be annoying.They let you play one or two games before they hit you with one. Sometime you have no choice but to lose. The way its set up. The timed level the extra time come down so slow, I can only get one star. This game can be better. If you like Bejeweled, the mother of it all. You will like this.

This game is so much fun but it would be nice if you would have chances to get extra points to keep playing instead of starting all over I'm looking at more commercials trying to get more rewards so you can keep playing. If they had a spinning wheel so that you can make extra points or extra time on the game that you are playing

Mostly fun the first time through, though some levels (especially the timed ones 😬) are quite frustrating. However, having switched to a new phone, I had to start over, and I just don't have the patience to go through it all over again. (...and thank you for reminding me how much I despise forced tutorial levels....)

5 stars for stragic theme along with the board movement that only Bejeweled can produce! The ability to match three before the board has finished reloading has always been such an exciting and splendid event. Great graphics as always with perfectly pitched music and animation. Great effort for a sequel. Good job guys. I usually only download Bejeweled 3 as all others are more geared to the gradeschool level players.

I would give it a five except in arcade mode I've completed all the levels, but the next level never opens. It also doesn't put current scores in the arcade levels. Updates..now the timed game is all that's left too much frustration. Impossible to achieve. Can't go on to another level again. Moving on.

Challenging but fun. I've played this game for a number of years, and the only down sides is u have to start all ov÷r when downloading to a new phone, and they have been saying new levels for a number of years . Well...I just got to the end finally, and no new levels! Deducting one star until that problem is resolved. Thanks. l

I've had this game on my phone for about 8 years. Only play once in a while because there are no new levels. I've beaten all of them so far. I began playing after not playing for a few months. After your last recent update, the game is lagging something fierce! Won't play it again until you fix it. Thanks for a fun game when it works right.

[Update July 2024] I've been playing this game (Jewel Saga) for 10 years or more and loved it. BUT the recent change (Jewel Switcg) to graphics is harsh on the eyes, hard to see next play, bogs down the speed, and ruins the fun. I will not be playing anymore unless the graphics revert back to their previous appearance when it was Jewel Saga.

I am no expert but this is the funnest game of this type I have played. I would say I have safely played about 10 different ones but none that I stayed with as long as this. Some of the levels are quite challenging yet still not stress-inducing. You may find yourself developing strategy or techniques over time. Progress is progress. & There is no significant consequence of being stuck on a level for any period. Take the word "stuck" out of your mind. Take as many attempts as is "needed".

Great game with no lives built in like so many others. Wish there were more levels... To note, if I am playing a game, I'm doing it on my time and playing when I want, not when the game says I can freaking play. Kudos to then for opening it up and not using "lives". The only aggravating part are the timed games, but if you don't mind hitting pause after every move they aren't that bad.

EDIT: Before when you finished the game, you could uninstall, then re-install to play again. Now, it won't reset!!! it stays the same. Even though I love this game, there hasn't been any updates for at least a couple years, so now once you finish, you can't play it again. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! Maybe add a reset option inside the game... if theres still people working on it.

I have been playing this game since 2009 and completed ALL levels a total of 7 times. I would remove the app each time and start all. Then in the last 3 years, after getting tired of the other games I would restart the game but have never gotten past the 4th level. Guess a lot of changes have been made so you need to buy things to move forward. Such a shame if so, cause some us senior citizens can't afford to waste money. I'll keep playing a little while longer because I do enjoy the game.
