I love this game and have had it for over a year! It doesn't glitch except for sometimes when you go to different app and then come back to Jewel Legend, the screen is black. But you just have to go to your home screen and then click the app again and it'll take you back and the screen won't be black. Fire me this isn't really a problem, there are too many things I like about the game. There are so many levels and ways to progress without buying things.

Overall the game is fun. Not a fan of the pastel colors. I realize the developers use ads to make money, what I do not understand is why; 1) your promo video on YouTube has ads? If it was to force us to close our browser without seeing it, you were a sucess. 2) there are ads nearly every level and often are longer than the level. I will never know if I could like the game because I uninstalled at level 3.

I've been playing this game for a long time and have enjoyed it until recently. First, the difficulty in completing a level has reached a plateau. There are just too many criteria to meet and takes too long to make it through a level. Second, the game has a few bugs. Jewels now occasionally float up off the screen leaving unusable gaps or they double up on the screen making it difficult to see what's behind. Fix the issues and it will be a great game again.

I LOVE this app!! I'm on lvl 740+ and can tell you there is no better game to help pass the time, calm the stresses, zone out or just have some good 'ol gaming fun. Colorful, engaging, offline play, and lots of bonuses and side games. I rarely ever make in game purchases but when I do it's a great value and transactions are smooth. Customer service is EXCELLENT. All in all it's my favorite gaming app!

It's pretty good. You can't tell the app to stop giving you hints, which is stressful and annoying. It ends up ruining your experience after just a couple weeks playing. Would rank it 4 stars if I could turn off hints. Would give 5 if I could adjust the hint time. The fact that the game keeps wiggling jewels at you if you wait more than 3 seconds to make a move makes this not a casual or relaxing game.

To many ads and way to many glitches, it's a pay to win game like all the rest of the Jewels games, payouts are ridiculously low, one has to break a block up to 5 times to collect it (I counted) most levels after level 30 are impossible to get 3 stars. The game has so many missing pieces, it shouldn't be on the market.. I like the game and fix it and I'll give you a better rating

as I have moved further up the levels, I found many defects programmed into the levels. and when attempting to complete the 5 levels in the challenges; again I found defects and errors when I did successfully complete each level, up to level 3, the GAME returned me back to level 1, despite successfully to move to level 4. not be returned to the beginning. that action, among more than 12 other program defects make this game less enjoyable to play and more likely for players to quit and delete.

I've had this game on several phones and my tablet, and I've played very often on all of them. This game is super addicting, and great for waiting in lines at the store or just to play to pass time anywhere. There's no ads unless you want some extra lives, and the updates are always good. Definitely worth downloading if these kinds of games are your thing.

Its a good kill time game. I really do like it. Minimal ads. I like that you can watch videous for rewards or life's. However, the buying offer continuesly on my screen its annoying. And sometimes its so hard to pass a level that you feel compelled to buy... But I guess that's the point of all this games...

Now we're not even getting free gifts. The farther a long I get the less free these "free" games are. The only way to win is to buy stuff. Problems persistent! Still not getting extra spins because it turns into black screen. also no free gift because its "thinking." some levels could use instructions. Have madeit past level 600. I use Android phone and have no intention of switching to apple so please fix the issues or maybe I'll just stop playing.

At first felt game was too easy but then it kept peaking the interest. Very relaxing game and mildly challenging. Don't like that you only get 5 coins with 3Stars and 0 for the rest. Then it takes 80 coins to get extra 5 turns to continue play... Not good! The mini games are good but feels like it takes couple times to figure out how to achieve the goal and by then you no longer have any turns left.

I really used to like this game but now they changed to design and when the Jewels drop they ran out of the board, it's very distracting and I am way too OCD to play now. I tried uninstalling the update but there is no way doing that. I am on level 324 (I have been thru all level and now i was playing over to get 3 stars for every level), but i think all levels do that, when the jewels drop from top, they now display half a jewel before entering the box, I can help but keep trying to keep track of the colors and it really huts my eyes. I'll see maybe I can install the version from my old phone and loose the last update. But then I'll loose the progress.

Just a fun game with challenges and interesting twists! I like the graphics and the little characters and the variety of the different scenes and challenges. To the developer: I believe there should be an extra or higher reward if a player beats a Hard Level with 3 stars, perhaps 10 coins instead of the usual 5 coins! (Yes, I have managed to do it a number of times!)

I'm on level 440,no money spent. It's challenging, fun, and addictive. A game that my kids can play too. And it's great for passing time. It's calming,great strategy, and it changes often. Switching things up with cute snowmen, butterflies, gummy bears,groundhogs with bombs..so it never gets boring. And a different challenge each level.

Too many ads and suddenly some glitches that after watching them I still don't get the prizes. I did that spin thing 3 times, watched 3 ads, the app froze so I had to close it and re-open, and none of the extra coins or hearts were added (this has happened a few times in the last couple of days). Also in the last couple of days, sometimes the button to add 3 moves doesn't work when I click on it. I wish I had help with level 966, I don't know how to get the white balls to come out at the bottom

Your game is extremely generous with your coins and special gems. Love the graphics, not too small, just the right size for senior play. I just came off a game that would not give you any special helping jewels or any coins. When I needed help finishing a game, I must pay 9 coins. There wasn't any free turns with ads and if you wanted to earn coins with an ad then you would receive only 2 coins.

2024 update. Dropping to 2 stars. So many bugs. Game crashes all the time, and when it does power ups are lost and placement in challenges are lost. To top it off, when you get the infinite life perk the lives then reset back to 5. I had 42 lives before the infinite life perk. Really frustrating. There's no incentive to actually buy power ups when there's a 50/50 chance the game will crash and then you've lost real money. Sad because I loved this game and I bought the ad-free version.
