Wow. This is really bad. I wish I had listened to several dissatisfied customers and waited until i was forced to switch to the new app - even reinstalling from scratch didn't help. Based on how long this has been an issue, I don't anticipate a solution anytime soon. Guess I'll be shopping at Kroger now. What's the point of having an app that has errors on every single page? There aren't bugs, delays, or occasional misfires.... It simply does not work.

I've always liked this app a lot, but the redesign was a huge mistake. Confusing and hard to navigate through now, and visually everything just sort of runs together. Please bring in some competent graphic designers to fix the very basic mistakes in font choices and page organization. Or else just go back to what we had; it was much, much better. Somebody really blew it on this and should be held accountable.

It used to be okay...they changed it and now it sucks. It keeps dumping me out of pages and dumping me out of the whole app and I have to keep signing back in. The navigation is confusing, and it does display info on one page...you have to do tons of scrolling... NOT user friendly or at all intuitive. I haven't used it for delivery orders, so maybe that part works...but the store rewards part is totally disfunctional.

Don't give it a try! What a horrible experience! This app needs to be fixed. It doesn't allow you to see or select the substitutions and it doesn't allow you to cancel your order even an hour before it is dispatched. Is doesn't provide any options for contacting the store. So, basically they do what they want with your money. Their automated costumer service chat is also the worse. I just deleted the app. Never again!

Horrible app. Old one was much better. As someone who will never do online grocery shopping (no one is picking my groceries, especially my meats and vegetables except me), the emphasis on this in this app sucks. I just want to add my just 4 you deals easily and check my rewards. This is a redesign just to make a redesign. No actual value is added by this redesign it just makes everything more difficult to navigate.

I try the app once a year, but it is just awful. Menus options that would fit the width of the screen need to be scrolled left and right. They should just use slightly smaller font to make it fit. Other areas of the app use font 5 times smaller anyway. Deals page is overly complicated. For U? Promo? BOGO??? Why so many options. Clipped items end up in the Clipped Deals, and the List? The worst is when you add an item, only to waste time searchig even though store doesn't have it

I love Jewel's delivery service! It saves me so much time. I like the app's layout, & it's easy to use. Unfortunately, it's very glitchy, & crashes at all sorts of times - when I'm selecting items to buy, choosing delivery times, choosing substitutions, or checking an item's label. Also, one thing I'd like to see is, along with saving my previously ordered items, also save the substitutions I've chosen for those items, so I don't have to redo them every time I shop.

The newest update is the worst. You cannot scroll through the deals and clip as you go because the app keeps jumping up and down. It also took away the ability to sort by newest deals, so you have to try to scroll. This version is so glitchy, please revert back to the older version. I now can't stand this app. The website is the same garbage. It also always redirects to the app. Please fix this. It is sooo incredibly aweful!!!

If you can find the items in the app it actually works well at checkout. However, products are often in wrong sections, don't come up in search or the codes don't scan properly in order to clip them. It also really slows down the shopping process and adds aggravation. Lastly, Jewel's prices are artificially high and having to download an app that only sometimes works to save money is a slap in the face to the customer. Jewel went from my go-to store to my least favorite shopping experience.

This app is trash. Far too many ads and jumping through hoops. Searching for a specific product is useless. What's the difference between list and cart? Who knows? "Clip" a Just 4 U coupon offer that is in the weekly mailed circular and hope you actually get that price when you check out. More than a few occasions I've had to make a trip back to the store due to being overcharged for various products which defeats the purpose of saving money. App is very time consuming. Time wasted

Buggy software. After installing the app, entering email address and the verification code sent in email, it goes to the zipcode screen and loops forever. No ability to get help, and if it is closed, it starts up at the zipcode screen and you can't get past it. It had to be uninstalled and then use a phone number instead of email to get the app to work.

This app is awful. Not user friendly at all. Most people go in there for the clippable deals and free Saturday samplers, and it's impossible to find. You can search free or Saturday sampler and it still won't pull it up. The search is absolute garbage. Impossible to find anything. You would think the current clipables and sale items would be the first to pop up but they are nowhere to be found. So aggravating.

This app would be a 5 EXCEPT it constantly tracks your phone and collects data, even if you're signed out of it. Example? 2607 tracking attempts and rising in the past hour, right now, at 4 in the morning. What's up with that? Turning off location makes no difference. The app tracks you, 24/7. Probably everything you purchase there too. Obviously Jewel collects and sells your info. It's creepy. You know what they say, if you aren't paying for their product, you ARE their product.

The instructions for the new updates intended to make rewards better are so confusing, I have no clue how to actually use a lot of the features. I get errors frequently when trying to clip deals, and once I do clip a deal it often scrolls to the bottom, so I then have to scroll back to the place I was at before which is time consuming and frustrating. I really wish the store would just put items on sale instead of making people clip deals.

App generally works well for me. Sometimes searches are very slow or fail completely, but that is occasional. Also a little slow to respond at times. I'm terms of features, The difference between adding something to the list and adding an item to the cart is hard to explain to my family. They see it as two places to do the and thing. Everything just goes in the cart, but that works for us.

Since my last review in September of 2021, changes were made that made it much easier to utilize the app. However, there are features in this app that are so convoluted I can't understand enough to even utilize them. I'm grateful I can at least use the J4U coupons. As far as the rewards and points features, I am at a loss trying to figure everything out... Can't instructions be written simply for the points and the rewards features without all the convoluted caveats?

Very time consuming app finding products and clicking on them. Far easier just bringing the ad circular and marking that up for specials. Otherwise, pencil and paper list is still better than the app. Oct 10 review. 6/6/2024 App hasn't changed much apparently. Worldwide crash today. My luck. Was told to keep track of sales using pen and paper! Lol.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This app is often glitchy, it's not even working today (asking for zip code and then telling me there's no service in my area, even though it was previously working for the store in town) there's a delay when you add deals, if you do it in store you won't always get the discount, and overall it is not an intuitive app. Quite frustrating if you ask me!

I like the way the app is organized, makes it easy to zero in on what you want. The downside is that the app is not stable, and tends to fail every time I walk into the store. Tired of seeing the 'Ooops something went wrong' message. When you add that to the extremely limited quantity of items that are available for the digital deals, it starts to feel a little contrived. I can go elsewhere and not have to jump through hoops to get a sale price on a bell pepper.

Edit: Problem fixed!! Thank you! Only 4 stores because it does run slow sometimes and I wish we could click on everything in virtual ad and it took us to the product or promotion. Otherwise, great app! I used to love this app! After the last update, it no longer shows the discounted price or the price with my clipped coupon in my cart. I am hesitant to make my purchase now because I'm not sure if I'm getting the correct price.
