I forgot my handbag in a car. There is no way by which you can contact staff or the driver to recover the item. The contact button in the app isnt working. My bag is lost for good!!!!!

One of the worst app ever they cancel the rides without any reason the drive never match the app drive and car, you have to search to find where is he and even the phone number on the app doesn't match and the price same as other apps

They offer you to pay using your card and then the driver leave waiting for a long time and shuts down their phone and they never refund you even after the 14 working days as they inform you and you can't get back to them. I submitted everything to the help centre as you can do this once and you can't get back to them since it has exceeded the 72hours policy. Not trust worthy at all, really disappointed!!

One week since this app deducted 2 JODs because of their drivers' mistake, I opened a ticket thru the app explaining all the details and nobody bothered themselves to update the ticket, read it, or even open it! There are many issues with the attitude of some of your drivers while you have no control or tool to make your customer experience better or just! I've just un-installed the app. So long! Why not use your competitor apps that did their job much better?

They do not allow to give lower rate for the drivers. I tried many times to give a score of 3 but it will not give the option to submit 🙄 Some the cars smell cigarette and there are passengers who cannot take the smell. It is our right to provide you the rate of each ride that we took. But then you don't allow us. You only want 5 stars for all your drivers. Not all drivers deserve that score 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Scammers and not safe 80% of the requested rides another driver comes not the same as registered on the application. The drivers don't come to the location and stop somewhere else to force you to cancel. Drivers accept other rides when they already have other rides which will take long time making you wait for over 20 minutes.

They keep taking cancellation fee from my card even when it's not my fault, and they never give it back even when i report the issue a million time also they don't answer their customer service number. In total, they may have taken 20jd from me for things that weren't my fault, like the when the driver keep driving far away from me and not answering my calls.

This has to be the worst of them all,I've ordered a ride, and just before 2 minutes from my house, the driver started moving to the opposite direction...and the driver didn't even answer my call let alone the "jeeny call center" overall pretty bad experience and this is only one bad ride there are many others but I can't write them all down .

After waiting for a driver for 10 minutes, he started and ended the trip without picking me up. Moreover, the application deducted the trip fees from me and can not report an issue about the ride because the feature is not working ... what a bad app !!!

I have been using this jeeny app for a long time, but nowadays it is having this problem that when you confirm pickup, there is a price and when you reach the destination, there is more cost. So I don't understand the problem otherwise it's good so I think I'll be afraid to use it.

the worst ride app in jordan with no doubts , i say it after a full year of using it , i wait long enough hoping the app and the system will be fixed , but it didnt , every time i order a ride , A pop up appears saying that i have to pay some amount of a negative balance according to a cancelation fee , that i never had , had this happening around 10 times , i will never use your app ever again ,

Worst uber app ever; drivers always drive farther from pick up spot and i get cancelation fees one time i couldn't contact cs first 72 hours i contacted them on the 4th day but they refused the complaint or paying me back and even when they payed me previously it took them forever to do that and drivers always don't have any change nor want to pay me back or they try to charge me way more if i changed destination even though the distance is the same they're all greedy and company allows them

Driver can Cancel the booking after waiting for 15 to 20 mins you have to just cancel. This happens very often as drivers are Not being penalized for cancelation after long waiting. Meanwhile customer will be watching the driver traveling in totally different direction but just need to wait with no help as no customer contact in app. But if customer cancels there is a charge. Don't use the app if you are in rushing to your destination.

I'm experiencing an issue with the Jenny app. When I zoom in on the map to track my driver, it resets to the default zoom level after about 10 seconds. This makes it difficult to keep an eye on my driver's location. It would be great if the map could remain at the zoom level I set. Otherwise, the app is very useful and convenient.

I've been using the Jeeny app an average of 4 times a day for the last two years, and suddenly, my account was blocked without any explanation. Now, I can't log in to the app at all! To make matters worse, there's no working phone number or email to reach customer support. This has been an extremely frustrating experience!

incapable of reporting issue with ride as it is stuck in a loading loop and driver did not end ride after dropoff as I had paid with card so my jeeny balance went into the negative meaning I cant normally use the app and I cannot file a report so the app is unusable junk until the bug is fixed

I AM FURIOUS, I counted on the app to give me a necessary ride, but when i was paying, it didn't work at all, I've tried for like 90 mins, everytime there is either a problem with the internet (which isn't true) or with the Transaction!!!!!!!!! DO SOMETHING YOU COULD BE GREAT HELP TO ME!!!!!!

The app is good. There are two issues 1. Drivers charge more amount than the final price. Some drivers take long routes to increase the price while many round up the fare, for example 24.3 to 25 riyals. When I reported this issue after a ride, they replied the fare matches the paid amount. How did you know exactly how much cash I paid? From driver? Obviously, he'll lie. 2. Some new discount codes received from jeeny in notifications don't work, when I use it after 1-2 hours of receiving the code

Updated review: It's frustrating w/ the new update that when the driver cancels, it will automatically book another one. The problem is that most Pakistani drivers would make internal arrangements to end the trip and still continue with it causing penalty. Sometimes it's good sometimes not.the drivers here are usually rude and cars are dirty.very few i encountered clean nice ones. And the discount codes it doesn't work even if the date of expiry for it and the times used are still not completed.

The latest update is very bad, it became really difficult to point a location on the map, and the prices keep fluctuating, making at the most expensive app in Jordan at these moments, so you have to wait a lot and keep monitoring the app, or take the easy way and use one of the other cheaper apps, and it doesn't always show the fares are higher than normal message , and there is no number to contact them, you have to send an email which sometimes they do not respond to or respond very late.
