I've had the JCB mobile app for years. I love it. It's very easy to navigate and I've never had any problems!

Good for the most part, but you should have some way to just change the account# & keep the same biller info without having to reenter all the payer info.

App/website doesn't work, can't contact bank outside of business hours to resolve those issues, better off going with a more legitimate/reputable bank

Have deleted and re-downloaded four times this week and the app isnt working at all.. guess I will go back to the phone banking to check my transactions.. was a great app until the past week.

In the past I would pay my bills over the phone and pay anywhere from $1.50 to $2 per transaction. With this app I can pay all my bills with no fees

Overall a solid app. It's got small kinks here and there but overall it's a good app that works very well 95% of the time.

This app must be quick, easy & simple if I'm going to use it at all. It is!! I use it all the time especially now since bank branches are only open by appointment.

Now that they have Zelle, things are working much better. JCB is improving. After hours contact is still lacking, but I rarely need it, so I'm not bothered by it. In fact, I rarely need to contact them at all.

I have experienced trouble in trying to go back in and edit payable's online data. Otherwise it's been very easy to use.

I like that they use a flash now for the mobile deposits (no more shadows!); however, the "window" in which to capture the pic is much smaller and makes it harder to tell if you have a good shot.

App is glitchy (constantly doesn't work, have to Uninstaller and reinstall), not user friendly. No free money transfer like ZELLE. They want to charge for every transaction when big banks offer same services free. I use USAA and JCB and USAA offer way more options and Free Zelle. JCB is a small town Bank with small town services, which is not always bad. Just not good when trying to bank in the modern high tech world and run a buisness. They are behind the times and it become very inconvenient.
