I have no complaints sometimes I might have to force close the app or adjust the crossover for my sub on the speaker itself because the app doesn't have HPF settings for the speakers output. but other than that its great and just works like its suppose to.

The concept of the app is awesome wanted to give it 3 stars but the sliding faders are unusable especially in eq. I've used the app on an iPad and my Android phone, same experience. Eq range of values is simply to high to get fine grain control with a touch screen that big. Can I suggest a text box so you can enter a starting point value with a plus and minus button either side. Long press change value fast or single press for incremental changes. Get this right and it's 5 stars from me!!!!!!

Does not see nor connect to my prx 800 series speakers. When originally purchased, these were supported, now it only shows the 900 series as being supported. Disappointed to see them drop support.

Major issue with TWS on my JBL Eon715 mains after the latest firmware update to 6.2.9.0 The volume levels between the two mains is way off (one is way louder than the other) and the volume control from my phone bluetooth is only half way up and the speakers are distorted. Whereas prior to the update, I could take my phone bluetooth volume to close to 85% and there was zero problem with volume levels between the two speakers when using TWS. DO BETTER JBL!!!

I've discussed with JBL tech. issues with this app. It goes to sleep, so if you need to change parameters during a performance, you have to wake it up, it takes 20secs and can a make glitch in the sound. I play Sax with bluetoothed tracks, my work round is to not use the app. I've set the eq to level and use the eq in my player app. The reverb is good but my Boss efx pedal allows specific efx for specific tracks without hassle.

What a piece of junk this app is. I "upgraded" my EON One Compact with this abysmal app and it has transformed what was a joy to use into a nightmare. The EQ and FX keep changing after making snapshots and the whole thing connects and disconnects at will. I really expected something better from the likes of JBL. At least bring out a way to enable Eon One Compact users to "downgrade to the original app. One star but I'd have given it MINUS one if I could!

I regret to switch to this app on the Eon One Compact. The controls are not precise like the other app. The bass became weak, the mids are not accurate... The sound was ruined!!! I want to comeback to the previous app, the one just for the Eon One Compact. I need assistance to do that.

For EonOne Mk2. This app has potential. The controls that are there are useful and easy to understand. But it has been buggy and inconsistent in its performance. The biggest problem for me is that I cannot control the speaker from my phone if I'm streaming audio to it. I cannot imagine why they would restrict its functionality like that. Also, when you enter a channel menu, there is no back arrow to go back to the previous screen, and pressing the back arrow on the phone closes the app.

Trying out 2 Eon712's as FOH at church. controls tutorial online. No power switch control, only mute. Located in wall or suspend. Was told this is how they run, always power on. Firmware updates power off tho, so up a ladder in the wall again. Linking speakers for single control doesn't link EQ. Mandatory location data request. Needs option to turn off Bluetooth input. Using BT control, phone notifications coming through. Sliders twitchy. Lots of nice EQ controls, but they are hard to control.

Does not control my JBL PRX one properly. I took my new prx1 back to Guitar Center to see if they could make it work through the app and they tried their best. Unsuccessfully trying to get it working with the one I purchased we tried it with a demo unit in the store. It was the same trouble I'm not being able to make the app control the volume for each channel and a lot more. The only thing we were able to control was the EQ settings ironically. I am very disappointed although I did bring the un

I have been using many apps across multiple brands. After less than 24 hours using this app, I found the user interface needs improvements. Similar to other reviews, we need a "slider" control rather than a dial. It is extremely difficult to fine-tune settings because the number jumped up and down in non-intuitive way. Really nice if we can have "+" and "-", like the EV Evolve app. Also, the JBL Eon Compact app can save snapshots but not here.

I use this with the PRX ONE and have the same experience that others have posted here.. basically, the app though well designed, simply has problems communicating with a device and therefore is close to being unusable UPDATE:. Firmware update has improved the app. Still has some quirks but overall, it's better. I wish they chose a different platform other than Bluetooth for control. Or.. at least another option..

Very nice app to control JBL speaker system (JBL Pro), but wish it was easier to adjust things, especially the volume sliders. Wish the volume sliders had a plus (+) and minus(-) to do small adjustments. I tried with my finger and then switched to a stylus but it still jumps a random amount when I try to tweak the volume sliders. Quite annoying.

I'm using this on my new PRX One with a new Galaxy Tab A7 Android tablet. I also have a Behringer XR18 with their app, so I'm familiar with how these types of interfaces should work. I was able to easily connect via bluetooth. My problem is, running sound during a show, the sliders rarely respond when adjusting levels. This happens both on my new android phone and a brand new android tablet that I purchased solely for running this app so I know it's not a table or resource issue. It's frustrating and nerve-wracking to wonder if the touch of my finger will do nothing or send a channel to full volume! I'm a big fan of JBL and I really want to like this system but I'm considering returning the whole system if I don't find a solution for the app.

This app had some major problems when it came out but the developers have gotten most ironed out. There is still a 12 second lag before it will connect but they are working on that. I use the app mainly for set-up and just use the channel knobs on the back to make quick volume adjustments on the fly during a show. I'm now very happy with my Eon MK2 and will probably be getting a 2nd one.

Harmon has very poor change management for the app and associated device firmware. The last change to the app required a firmware upgrade. As a result of the firmware upgrade, my JBL PRX ONE no longer has effects such as reverb. I believe the last upgrade was Apr 9. Today is 4/22, and there still is no fix. For musicians that consider effects as part of their brand, beware.

Not too happy with the latest update April 2025. I have 4 Eon compact pros, and using TWS, the pair volume controls are so messed up, the speaker volumes for Bluetooth channel 4 are controlling opposite speakers, sometimes the volume will increase dramatically just increasing one click. Very bad for professional use. I upped my rating to 3 because I got quick tech support from JBL and they are working on my case. The app works fine in non stereo (TWS) when you use it for one speaker at a time.
