The service of Jazzcash has been bad due to 30 minute wait time and sometimes you have face a lot of embarrassment because of that now on top of it it keeps shows that the app stopped working again and again and I am not using a 5+ years old device. I am using Xiaomi A2+ and still after every scroll inside the application it shows this error. Please take a look into it. Have been a loyal user of Jazzcash for more than 5 years, I guess we too got to switch to Sadapay/Easypaisa.

After every few days, app says my account is dormant and when i try to activate it, it takes fingerprints for nadra for verification and after that says ,"we are facing some temporary issue with your request". The last time it got resolved itself after some weeks, but this time it hasnt yet. The customer support was not helpful last time, as they couldnt provide solution. I cannot rely on this app for online transactions and have moved to easypaisa now! Edit: your provided number rarely works!

The app is very useful but once problem occur it is not resolved even in month. I have been using app for two years but for more then one month app is not working and customer care department is just killing time by sending mail after every two days but practically doing nothing to resolve the issue. The same thing I have done before. Called 4444 and email on your address but issues not resolved

I tried to upgrade my account to asaan account on the app. On the first step user detail is shown. My id card old expiry was written in one of the fields. When I tried to click it, the app crashed. I started the process again an clicked the expiry field and app crashed again. Third time I didn't click any field and the process was completed. They deducted 100 rupees per try. I called the helpline to complain that app crashed and I want refund for those tries. They didn't log my complain.

As compaire to Easypasa, Easypasa provide a better User Interface just like if you want to see the history of your transections just click on the balance. While today I pay 1390 (jazz cash loan ) but on the app there are still 1390 remaining. So in conclusion you have to make it easier to use and also a good UI. Thank you jazz cash.

Installed for first time. Faced multiple issues or errors or oops. I put the right info for registering account but it gave oops or errors. My network was also operating properly and there was no other issues from my sides as info or pics were clear and correct. Now, after many attempts, as i passed this step of putting info for registering, it replied me to wait for 3 to 4 days to confirm my account registration, so i think this waiting time is too much as well.

Unfortunately, my experience with Jazz Cash took a frustrating turn. After resetting my phone and reinstalling the app, I couldn't log in due to an error stating I was already logged in on multiple devices. Contacting Jazz Cash's helpline only added to the disappointment, as they suggested waiting for a month to resolve the issue. Such a response was incredibly disappointing.

As a regular user of your app, I find it to be quite complicated and redundant, which affects the overall user experience. To enhance usability, I suggest simplifying the interface and streamlining processes to make the app more intuitive and user-friendly, similar to SadaPay and UPaisa. Adopting a design that is simple, fast, and efficient would significantly improve user satisfaction and engagement.

As a regular user of JazzCash, I have found the recent experience quite frustrating. The app has been crashing immediately upon opening, rendering it virtually unusable. This issue not only disrupts my day-to-day transactions but also erodes my trust in the reliability of the service.

Very Bad Experience. Every time they are just adding extra charges and no improvement in their stupid application. It sucks when you are trying to do transaction in emergency situation. Their app just stop working and application shuts down automatically. Lots of "Lanaat" from my side to whole company and service and also to members that are their developers.

I'm extremely disappointed with the JazzCash app's reliability. Despite its convenience, the app fails me when I need it most - during emergencies. Time and again, I've tried to make transactions through the app, only to be met with errors and downtime. This is unacceptable and causes undue stress in urgent situations.

Worst app. I had saved a bill reference of one meter. Then needed to pay another bill but when I processed the payment it showed wrong receipt (receipt of some saved reference). While using the app if for few seconds u go to your home screen or use some other app and go back to JazzCash it will ask u to login again. They have worst transaction history setup. They won't show you all transactions. Only bank transfers are shown but any other transaction such as mobile load etc will never be shown

It doesn't show all of the transactions in the account's history or statement. Also most of the time it gives an unknown error which is extremely annoying. I think jazz really needs to improve their jazzcash system.

It gives error sometime but I love the smooth interface along with good local money transfer experience 👍 I recently reviewed all the reviews. I am really excited to use this app, but I am not understanding why people disliked this app 😟 I am using this from years but it didn't ever caused any frustration. By the way, I'm thankful to the developer for replying me on my review 👏

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I have been facing with your service. Whenever I deposit money, JazzCash deducts some money as a service fee, which I understand is part of your policy. However, I have noticed that your agents also charge an additional amount on top of this fee. This extra charge by the agents makes it quite difficult for me to continue using JazzCash for my transactions. The combined fees are adding adding up and creating a financial burden for me....

It seems like a good app with many payment options and features but some basic issues are keeping me to use it for no more than mobile loads. 1. My name is spelled wrong, when I called their helpline 4444 they directed me towards NADRA rather than correcting it. 2. Missing transactions: The app doesn't always show all the transactions. Often time it misses the transactions. 3. missing emails for transaction 4. no e-statements

I can't login to my account. I deleted the app and installed several time, but couldn't login. A circle of waiting rotates all the time. I called the helpline but they also couldn't fix the problem. It really frustrating. I didn't give star and cannot give star until and unless I am able to use this app but it is totally nuisance. I have been trying to login for many months but it doesn't work. Still doesn't work 😭

Well built and robust app. But faced problems with transactions. Sometimes they would not complete despite everything being in line. The procedure of contacting customer support is also extremely tedious. They should make it streamlined instead of relying on automated options. I also faced a problem with accessing my account after 3 years. I had forgotten the phone number and was stuck in the sign up. The just wouldn't give any information or hints to assist me. Other than that the app is good.

After updating, its latest version looks good but is very very bad. I want previous version. Usually when I want to make transactions, the app goes on loading and loading and error occurs and my money also cut from my jazz cash account and also does not transfer to any bank account. After sometime the money comes back but I am unable to transfer money. It lost a lot of my time. Lots of bugs in the latest version. Kindly solve it!
