The App is operating strange! My upcoming flight disappeared from dashboard. Also, when booked my tickets, No PNR Number received with the Itenary. WhatsApp number is not working! Also, the App is showing 2 different timings for the same flight when using the Check Flight options (by flight number & route)!

Have to enter my flight details every time I go into the app. It doesn't save them. Also the app is very slow and a bit glitchy, wouldn't recommend.

can't show you your full trip details, only departure flight not arrival. Jazeera is getting worse every year, their application was good but now they decided to standardise thier profile and lower the application to the same lousy level of the airline itself.

Please fix the App crash issue. When you try to book a ticket, the app crashes suddenly after the latest update has been installed. Before it used to work perfectly.

The worst airlines ever, airport is crowded and no decent place to stand also , always delays and when I reached Hyderabad baggage was missing, not only me but maybe 40 persons. No help line to hear our woes ,call center keeps disconnecting our calls. Today's is 4th day and yet to recieve my luggage not to mention the delays from hyd airport, which also has lethargic service. Don't ever travel with Jazeera,pay some more money and use a proper airline and have peace of mind and luggage.

One of the worst airlines in the GCC countries, they change your confirmed flights as they wish, and they don't refund your money,, they keep it as credit so you have no choice but pay extra for the changes. The prices they announce in thier ads are never reel, it's all fales and misleading information so you fall in thier traps.. Bad services and not respectful. They don't allow you to online check-in so you might lose your reservation on check desk unless you pay in advance for the check in...

Very bad experience. Booked online ticket from the application for my wife. And entered the correct details of my wife. And suddenly they printed a ticket by my name.i called helpline and they said sometimes system doesn't change the name, no issue we will do it for you for 12 dinars(40 dollars) .that is a technical fraud by Jazeera airways. Though the helpline guy was nice and cut 6.7Kd.But still like waOo.Cheap fraud for easy money. It is the mistake of thier application and they charged me.

The app is bad and unreliable, it throws errors when trying to pay for a flight and during one experience it got me to buy the wrong tickets entirely, that coupled with the impossibility of contacting customer support who immediately hang up on you or leave you on hold for 3 minutes with ads playing and THEN hang up on you makes this the worst app + airlines for a reason. If you still want to buy the cheapest tickets from the cheapest airlines I suggest you stick to their website which works.

Worst experience with this airlines. No punctuality at all. Flights are delayed and they don't even care about their passengers. It was my first international travel and they ruined my experience. No refund is provided even when I wanted to cancel my flight 15 days prior to departure. Would never recommend to anyone. Instead pay a little more and experience good service with other airlines.

I have been deceived by the App and was tricked into a destination not of my choice when booking a flight to Istanbul. You see in the drop down menu there are two destination airports for Istanbul, IST and SAW. I intentionally selected IST because that's where I wanted to travel to. In the reservation confirmation email I noticed SAW to be the travel destination! Not being my choice, I got really mad how the App pushed a destination down my throat without my consent or an alert of the change.

The app has become horrible it isn't working since 2 years.and you are doing nothing to improve it.cant book tickets through the app. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.forcing you to pay and become a member to book return flights.Nonsense

the app not working properly, is not able me to complete the passenger details and it has been advised the censored team to use the website. and the issue has been been solved for more than months with no improvement. Not that the app is keep having updates with no improvements
