One problem with this Great app .. It's easy to use with smooth book loading and searching. BAD Battery 🔋 Consumption.. (Drainer)

I purchased a book by google pay , it took the money but I never got the book , i emailed them and they said they will solve it but they never did !

The app was stopped during the update and tried to install, it downloads and start to install but I am getting message can not be installed prior to the completion.

The application is friendly and very practical for looking for and reading books.Life is easier with Jarir.

It was working perfectly, but recently after the update it keeps buffering & doesn't open the books

Everytime i open the app it keeps telling me to wait and start to buffer for no end leaving me with no other choice than removing and re-installing it again... It sucks really

i bought a book and paid for it twice and didnt get it.. the app keeps on telling me to wait and when i tried to log off and log back on the money was lost and the book didnt open

I have cancelled my Telecom prepaid package and started reading books, when I am outside the home. overall, My experience is good and I recommend that Jarir starts marketing this app because Amazon Kindle is more popular among readers.

I purchased a book by Google pay, it took the money, never opened the book for me or added to the log, or even has the choice of retrieving my money, I emailed them with no response too! Such a sad experiment for a bookstore I admired so much

Finally! I found the best app on mobile for reading 😍 It motivates you to read with many options, regarding fonts, music, themes...etc. Thanks Jarir for this brilliant app ❤️ I can now read whenever or wherever I want 👍🏼

A pioneer app provides exclusive books specially the translated international books .keep up the good work Jarir .. we support you. only one suggestion , i hope when i make search for book in any category that i can refine the search by ( newest,best selling,avg. review.... etc.)

My experience so far is bad.. didn't find the book! Also can't read the book from the website so it's kind of like taking my money without receiving the product! Just a shame to have such service from big library and publisher like Jarir.

Landscape mode doesn't work well because of navigation bar continue appear in the screen. I hope this issue will be solved. The rest of app features working good.

Super convenient to read on my phone (nova 3i) and my ipad pro.. Absolutely love how it picks up where the last page I've read on both devices ❤️ But there is alot of typos (missing letters) in the book that am currently reading صراع العروش.. Hope it'll be fixed soon

Also can't read the book from the website so it's kind of like taking my money without receiving the product! Just a shame to have such service from big library and publisher like Jarir.
