Not too bad, yet better but it's a little different from the browser settings wherein I can see all the headings of offers while this app is limited and sometimes glitches are not good. Beyond experience nothing like the same still this app needs to be efficient and easy to use like what they offer whenever you visit showrooms. I guess human interaction is far better experience than this app. Just checked in store if its available the contact details sometimes does not work either.

Loga me off and closes every time i click on a product to view. App is already on the latest version on Android 14 on pixel 8 pro

The new update is great but the wish list only allows for like 10 things and I have a lot of books that I want to buy over time Please make the wish list hold more

Each updates fixes nothing. Each update promises the same "high speed" fix but, nothing. Logs you out randomly, blocks your account from a couple of wrong login attempts, slow and laggy, heavy and crashes frequently. They also remove product pages (some old out of stock products remain, oddly) I needed to access specs of an item I recently bought but it was gone. Even support said it was not possible to get the info back. Horrible.

Why show out of stock products? I've seen about 20 products in a row which are all out of stock! Please fix this annoying disadvantage. Edit: changed my rating to 1 star for not fixing this EXTREMELY annoying and deceptive catastrophe! Every a couple of days I find great products, and when I FINALLY decide to buy (out of stock). Why the HELL DO YOU SHOW THEM WHEN THEY'RE OUT OF STOCK?!! Add an option which only shows AVAILABLE PRODUCTS! I cannot believe that Jarir has such a very poor app!!

One of the major problems of Jarir is that the products which are not in their store room or out of stock are also displayed in their online software. Why do they require a lot of fees to remove the out of stock items from the software or do Jarir deliberately keep these out of stock items in the software? be removed from

What the hell is wrong with this app?? When putting the OTP sent from the phone, it's NOT working! OTP sent to my phone is not working! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

The latest update broke this app! An update is urgently needed. Till this date (1st July 2024), the problem still persists. If any one else is having this problem please write here I don't want to cause a problem if the issue is with my phone Samsun A53) only.

There's no delivery time or even a reasonable range. Customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS! The shipment tracking is USELESS! the amount of spam texts and emails you get after ordering are SO annoying! It's even worse when they split your shipment into multiple deliveries without your permission! I like the bookstore but I will NEVER use the app or order online ever again! I didn't even recieve my delivery 5 hours after it was 'dispatched' & COUNTING! Can't add a note the addresses are wrong!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Jarir. After placing my order on May 24, I eagerly awaited its delivery. However, despite making several follow-ups regarding the status of my shipment, my order was unexpectedly canceled without any clear explanation.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Not only was my order canceled after a lengthy wait, but the lack of communication and transparency from the customer service team is unacceptable

This is the edit after I received a response that did not help me at all. I think i have mentioned specifically that: " *After the update* it crashes and does not open at all. " I do not know why the person responding to my issue cannot understand what I posted earlier. I purposely had it typed is in English.

Strongly recommend not to order anything online from Jarir bookstore. I ordered a tablet 5 days ago, until now, it has not been delivered. So called delivery personnel was sending messages for last 2 days asking for the location, but until date they've failed to deliver. Customer service is also not helpful at all. I've made many purchases from Extra & maximum within 2 days the products get delivered. I'm travelling tomorrow, the tab I ordered was to take it with me, still its not delivered. 🤮

I placed an order for an HP laptop with an Intel Iris Xe graphics card, as specified on your website. However, upon receiving the laptop, I found that it is equipped with an Intel UHD graphics card instead, which is not what was advertised or what I ordered. I visited your store on Aug, 3, 2024 and spoke with a representative who informed me that the two graphics cards are the same and that there was nothing that could be done. This information is incorrect

I want to rate my last experience buying online with jarir app.i did not receive my order and when I tracked my order with Aramex it seems that Aramex addressed it to wrong destination.I tried to contact Aramex many times but no reply so I contacted the seller(jarir)to help but they said the system is down and they didn't help.I sent many emails to care@jarir but no reply. I received today my order but it is defected and I m struggled returning it.
