Absolutely love this app and it is a breeze contacting customer service and getting any problems you may have taken care of, super friendly and helpful. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone. Only downside in my opinion is that all the shipping is separate so everything you buy has $2-$4 shipping. Most things are cheaper than what you'd pay in the store so I don't mind though!

Really cute items for kids, woman, etc...haven't gone threw all items available. Have a large "heart" list already. Decent prices. So far so hooked. Didnt take long 😉😊🤗 Different review Nov 2023. Rhe app isn't working. I've Uninstaller, reinstalled, shut down my phone, restarted my phone, cleared cache and nothing is working. Your app is acting crazy jumping all over the place and won't let me control anything. Please fix this.. I'm extremely irritated by this. I know it's your site.

Lots of cute things for fair prices. Sometimes you can find the same items elsewhere online cheaper so if you're on here for the deals make sure you do your research. Shipping sometimes takes a long time but thats due to each individual seller not the app. App always works for me. No glitches, resetting, etc.

Enjoyable experience. Easy to use. Good flow. One thing I like best is... it feels like you can scroll for days... ☺️ The main news feed area of app is full of amazing items. I've ordered several times and haven't had any problems. Delivery is always quick! Multiple vendors/sellers so you need to read descriptions and definitely the reviews. Sizing is going to be different from one seller to the next which is to be expected. You'll love it and have no regrets!

The app used to work fine, a few months ago it wouldn't allow me to update my credit card. I uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the website and nothing was working. Eventually it resolved itself after a few weeks. The past few days when I attempt to access the app the screen blinks multiple times and then says my session timed out. I've forced stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. So disappointing, I really enjoy the products and would love it if the app functioned.

This app offers items from a vast line of small businesses. I love that there are so many businesses offered on one app. The prices are very affordable, especially if you purchase items that are on sale, discounted, or on clearance. Most items are free shipping, too! This is going to be my new favorite place to buy the things I love: shoes, jewelry, purses...

Customer service isn't great. I had a seller screw me over twice and I'm not the only one...the reviews for that seller show tons of other people had the same issue. When I emailed Jane about my second item shipping a month after I ordered it, they said it was slow mail and did not acknowledge that the seller has been taking money, but not delivering items to dozens and dozens of people. The first item I ordered from this seller was NEVER delivered. I was told I needed to wait a month for help.

Very limited sizing and availability. The one time I actually found something in my size I liked enough to order, I waited months for it before finally being told almost a full 60 days later that it was not available. Mind you, this was after having been sent order confirmations and having made inquiries about it that were met with "sorry for the delay, on its way". Don't waste your time. Especially if you want anything plus size.

I LOVE this app. I have ordered many cute things from here. The only change I would like to see is, when you "like" something I wish it would take it off your main feed. There is a spot to looked at all of your liked products, so it would be nice to not have to scroll through those again on the main feed, and just be able to see whats new.

I love Jane! They have super cute clothes at awesome deals. Everything they sell usually has multiple colors which I love because I feel like I always find something I like in the wrong color. Plus their return policy is super awesome. I've gotten several things that I have absolutely loved and if I don't they take it money back guaranteed! It's super easy to use and they have great customer service. The only thing is you can't always just wait to see if you want to buy something. Deals go fast sometimes and sizes and colors sell out pretty quick so you have to be on the ball.

**After googling... Now I know why! 😲 I just had to uninstall this app. I tried reinstalling it but the same thing kept happening. It flashes and flashes like it is loading and a pop-up tell me I have been logged out and to try login in again. But I can't because the app keeps flashing and won't let me click or do anything to be able to login... 😕 After reading other app reviews...glad to know I am not the only one with this issue. Seems like it has been going on for at least a month.

I absolutely love this app!! I've gotten so many clothes from here and it's honestly a daily habit for me to check the new deals! If I just had one suggestion it would be an option to favorite different stores. I find myself buying from the same boutiques and it would be great to be able to favorite certain places and get notified when they've got new deals.

I've used this app for a couple years now. I love it! Bought quite a few things, never any problems. Recently it stopped opening on my phone. Despite multiple reinstalls, it seems I can no longer use it. Maybe the recent update messed something up? *Update: not sure what changed, but it is now opening just fine and I can spend way too much time shopping on my phone once again 🤷

I love this app and love the items Jane carries! The only thing I don't prefer is that every item has a clock on it and once it runs out the item is no longer available. If you ever order the wrong size, you may be able to return it and be refunded, but you can't reorder in the correct size. I'm fine if a sale ends and I have to pay more for a certain item, or if a certain item sells out, but making it no longer available?? Be that as it is, I still love Jane and highly recommend their products!

In general, love the app and everything on it. The only problem (and I think they changed this recently) is that you have to pay for your own return labels if the item is not wrong or defective, which doesn't really make sense for an online shopping service. Kinda stinks that you have to pay to send back products that look different on you than they do on the model.

I really like this app, the goods are very nice and are decently priced. Recently, lots of the stores on the site have gone to free shipping, which is competitive and great for me too. One issue is, the items are unique so be prepared to buy asap or chances are they'll be gone, especially sizes M-L, but I check back all the time. Also very cute earrings, necklaces, fun items..

I am constantly ordering on jane. I also buy majority of my Christmas gifts on jane as well. But for the past month every time I try and open the app, it tells me my session has expired, to log in again, but it doesn't let me and just keeps flashing. Tried uninstalling the app and installing again, didn't fix the issue. Now I can't use the app at all.
