I actually love the UI but there's a lot of problems to be fixed. I've just installed yesterday and now I'm having some issues. The main page isn't loaded properly leading to the malfunction of some menus.

On the dashboard there is a notification bubble at the top right. But when the power clicks to see what's inside, it's always empty and there's nothing. Please fix it. Tye developer already fixed it. Thank you, the rate is increased to five stars

I think you need to fix the bugs in QRIS payment menu (review transaction page). When I wrote some details on the notes section there, those writing were not saved at all in the transaction details and transaction history file (PDF). So, what's the point of providing notes section if what we write will not be saved?

Even simple tasks like logging into the app gives trouble and error repetitively. Customer service can only provide answers and solutions according to the template, even though they know that the solution does not solve the root cause. As a result, the same problem keeps recurring. If the banking app can't handle login issues properly, how can they protect their customers' financial security? I'm withdrawing my money from this bank and considering deleting the app forever.

Love Jago of its "used to be" simple and clean look and feel. I have even changed my main bank to Jago ever since I start using. Quite disappointed with the recent UI/UX change hence the 3 stars.

Actually, paywave, international payment setting, and option to manage payment limit has moved to another place, that Jago CS told me via email. Good response and happy to make this app 5-star again :)

Wt...? After log in with my password, it's asking my PIN, but I've not created my PIN yet, so I logged in with my password. But then it still asks for my PIN. I have not created my PIN yet. How can I get to the "Create Pin page"? Somehow this "Create PIN page" has been skipped. I cannot get to it. Update: Cool app! Best part: link to GoPay. 👍🏼

For app made from scratch, specifically for DIGITAL banking, the developer team is surely poor. 5 mins OTP expiry for email verification, and the OTP took half a day to arrive in the inbox. Link to bibit and gopay using SMS instead of whatsapp OTP. I was told that there are foreign currency savings like BTPN's jenius, but there isn't here. Main page is clustered with pocket this pocket that, I don't need. Customized page is a norm these days. App notification for incoming transfer is good though

So far, my experience with Jago syariah is quite well. The user experience and the features are top knotch, especially the "kantong" and auto-budgeting, which are very helpful. It also can be syncronized with other financial service apps like robo advisor and e-wallet. And what I like the most, often I don't have to pay the additional fees when doing top up to e-wallets😁👍

Latest Update keep the app crash or force close when send to background or when user change screen with another app. Make user difficult when make sure value of transaction or top up.

UI/UX is stylish, customizable, and easy to understand, but it could be janky for older phones. The banking service side is pretty solid as well. Good bank 👍👍

Jago apps is useless, when you create account and your number not active (exp). You cannot login again in everything phone. And you don't have any option to back up account. It's really sucks. Cause It's the rule clausul problem is not giving opportunity for the user, and broke me to invest RDN With Bibit Apps when i closed my number in 2022. So i used to Ajaib Apps, cause i don't wanna deal with Jago Bank anymore. If you wanna create in this Apps, go another apps. It's not friendly for users.

I used to like the app so much, but now I've got some issues that made me disappointed. When I edited the transaction category, it's always back to default, always.. So it makes the spend analysis messy. What's the point of the features, then? They became useless. The transaction is not as smooth as before too, kinda lagged. I hope these problems will be solved asap

Bug : the app turns completely black after being reopened (I opened another app from drawer and back to the Jago app), I have to press back to make something appear again but then I have to repeat my action (e.g. when inputting password instrad of PIN for big amount transaction). Please fix it🙏

I wish there were a quick shortcut for QRIS transactions so that users wouldn't have to log in first to scan QRIS. Additionally, a feature to peek at specific or overall Jago pocket balance without having to authenticate with PIN or fingerprint first would be great.

All good except for notification count in app which won't show anything at all when clicked. Oh and somehow BI-FAST didn't work when I want to transfer from Mandiri to Jago Syariah. Hope this will be fixed soon. EDIT : It's all fixed now. Well done devs! Please keep the free transfer to any bank feature. It's one of the main reason I still using this Digital Bank beside the connection with Bibit. 🥲

I am growing tired using this app. One of its biggest strength is the category feature, and until today it keeps messing up itself, making my expense tracking useless. Please fix the issue, it keeps getting reset after I changed the category. Or else just disable the feature. Do not release a feature just to baffle your users.

On the dashboard main menu, there's a feature where you can change the color of each menu cards, but once you customized it yourself there's no option to revert it back to the original. It's not a big deal though. Oh yeah and also the notifications sometimes showing incorrect number on the bells icon, somtimes it's showing 6 but when i checked, there's nothing there. Anyway great app, great service, keep up 👌🏻🐐

They updated the apps on Oct 5 and after that I couldn't place any transactions, my account is lagging, whatever I did just stuck in the very long process and then there is the notification that my account isn't recognized or even registered! What kind of update if it cannot sync the current data! They said I need to re-login but again I have problems in getting the OTP! until now I still cant access my account. so super annoying...
