So the new update.... New messages never notify or show, you have to open and close the app, or navigate to other pages and tabs to see new messages. When I open the app, I always have to open it twice: first time just spins and loads, no matter wifi or on data, second attempt opens almost right away, every time. Just still seems so.... Buggy. Needs fixing Edited later: I uninstalled and reinstalled, maybe that will fix the issues?

For the past couple weeks, I've been getting slammed with spam. All I see whenever I click on any new notifications is 'server error' (i.e. spam) and it's becoming more of a chore to open the app to respond to actual messages from guys. Up until now, I've never had any real complaints with the service but I'll definitely be deleting this app if this issue isn't fixed sooner rather than later.

After nearly a full year without a single update, Jack'd has finally updated to a new, revamped version (that the iOS app has had for months). It looks shiny, new, and useful... except it can't be USED, AS the app crashes when one logs in the first time, and crashes upon opening each time thereafter. Yet again, TRASH.

This app freezes it crashes every time I click a button it freezes. If I go check my messages is. While I am trying to view my profile the app crashes. Whoever developed this app if you haven't had any complaints about it. If I had a choice I will give you a app a - 0. It's not worth using it's not worth the hassle. I uninstalled it I reinstalled it same issue. You guys definitely need to fix this stop wasting your time.

VERY buggy, I keep getting the app freezing when someone new comes on line, have to close and reopen, many times when I'm messaging someone. Get a LOT of spam messages directing to phishing sites. Update as of 3/9/22. Bugs have been greatly reduced, so not many problems with the site. Members are another story though. Lots of flakes, fake profiles. I've had a couple of worthwhile contacts but not as many as other sites. It's gone from an "F" to a "C minus"

This used to be the go-to app but oh man has it gone so far downhill. All these new features are glitchy and annoying. The world view doesn't work unless you punch in the city, so there's no point to navigating the map. It takes so long to see who viewed you that it's not worth it anymore. Jackd days are gone. The promises for a better version has been in the talks for over a year, so don't trust the "sign up for the beta version!" Just delete it, guys.

App continuously gives connection issue and server failure.. After today's update keeps saying wrong email or password and neither have been changed in the past few years.. Once was a really useful app after last updates totally unusable!!! March 11 2019 Have reported and deleted 10 spam emails from over night and this morning.. all i have gotten in the past few weeks are spam messages to the point I'm ready to delete this app. They're all from the same spammers. All these ads as well useless.

This honestly used to be the best gay dating app but now it's crazy with it's ads to the point you can't look at 2 profiles consecutively without an ad showing up or you can only swipe 5 times without the watching an ad message to see more profiles show up. While there is the option to pay to have the ads removed,that and the other features aren't worth the subscription. Also the app is really invested with bots to the point where 80 percent of messages are bots.

I would give this app less than zero if I could. I have installed and reinstalled it many times. NEVER works correctly. always crashes. Produces server error messages almost every time I have tried to alter the profile. Changes to connection error messages on Wi-Fi. The app is clearly terrible and only optimized for high end devices. I would not recommend it for anyone who is not leasing an expensive device and definitely DO NOT pay for this app until the developer upgrades nearly everything.

This version 6.3604 constantly crashes and restarts compared to previous version. Android phone. Update: Now app crashes every few key strokes and restarts itself back to where you left off but you have to reenter your most recent messages to send. Very frustrating!!! Tryed their recommendations to clear cache data and reinstalled app but symptoms still occur, not good at all! No crushes, just crashes! Please fix with new version of app.

Bad enough the app was buggy, but now that you almost are fully functional, you bombard people with ads. 30 second ads, 15 second ads, and multiple ads that can run up to a minute to see someone that looked at you or even browse random profiles. I understand wanting to make money, but this is ridiculous. I feel like I have seen more commercials on Jack'd than watching live TV.

I enjoy the new look and feature additions but think adding on as many restrictions like, filtering out profiles with no pictures and amount of people you can block was a bad move. I do tend to have an incorrect location due to app bugs/ glitches so I'm getting messages from people everywhere but where I am. The locater is great to be able to see profiles out of state and even be as specific as looking up a profile name

I believe I speak for most of the users when I say - thanks for the heads up. There was no heads up. You just changed everything. Nice new look. Just can't find everything. Also why are we having to subscribe to block people or unlock private pictures? Blocking should be free regardless. Helps us keep the crazies away. This definitely needs to be fixed. And to top it off, out of nowhere I'm having connection issue now too. Wow, but why am I surprised?

App of the year for glitches! on top of that numerous problems I've had before, now the location is screwed up. its showing me guys well outside of my area. which defeats the purpose, and it forces to sit through 30second videos when trying see see who viewed yo. I often have problems sending and viewing messages... that's if I can log in successfully. and the worse part is.. there are premiums features that require a subscription to use. That's a lot of nerve. are there better apps?

Before the whole UI update is that was pretty bad now after the UI update it's even worse. Charging for things that used to be free. Constant server errors and issues. Long loading times for things. Easier just to use grindr. and the super aggressive ads are annoying. the app will force open to show me an ad after I close the app. it literally shows me an ad after every profile I look at.

This app has definitely gotten better. I wish I could view my entire city as a paying subscriber but it seems that they'd like to keep me surrounded by the lackluster crowd that I'm near (as if I can't travel out or host, HA!) I'm going to drop the subscription but I'll keep the basic membership. Honestly, the subscription was incredibly low budget with little or no perks at all and definitely was not worth the money. Thanks a lot for upgrading the app tho! Its kool

Updated! I keep getting kicked out and having to create a new profile over and over again! Ads, freezing up, having to watch a video to look at viewed profiles. Deleting now and not reinstalling!!! @ Javier...I'm having the same problem. I can't log in and it is supposed to automatically log into my account. Why can't I log in? For two- three days I couldn't even find the app information in the playstore to update the app...just disappeared, as if the app didn't exist anymore! The worst app!

There needs to be a DARK mode or theme. I only wish that when I was logging in that I could hit the little eye 👁 that would let me see me password instead of entering it blindly. Moreover the app doesn't let you preview a photograph before sending. If I am in my saved pictures and I tap on the wrong one the app automatically sends it. I have had to apologize so MANY times for sending out the wrong image. I also wish it were easier to switch profiles. The process needs to be more streamlined.

Now the GPS isn't working. The closest person to me is like 12 miles away and that's a lie. Fix this! App is updated reinstalled and downloaded again and still the same thing. Update: Feb 8, 2019 Now I've had the same pictures up for the past 6 months. now all of a sudden they are reported. and it's too many ads. every 2 profiles i have to watch an ad. its ridiculous. I'm really thinking about uninstalling.

I have a Samsung phone and an iPad, both versions are terrible!!! I can't stress that enough, just terrible! I won't subcribe again given that the free version doesn't event keep the recieved messages in order. So many problems, can't go through the whole laundry list, just read the other reviews they are spot on. Much better apps (won't name them but not hard to find) with much less trouble. This was good but is now a time and storage space waist.
