After I update the app it doesn't work with Android 9 the operating system is not compatible with app and my phone is not rooted

The latest update is not woeking with Android 12. This said because everytime i lunch the app i get the following error "The operating system which you are using is incompatible with this App". & i Never rooted my device.

Doesent load, asks for password tells me to change it and it still don't recognise it, can't even find the proper site online to see if its the app that's not working

Ok to view the basics, needs more depth and further options. The desktop site is also abysmal so still room for improvement on both but at least it's back working now.

The latest upgrade is not working with Android 8, same error message "the operating system you are using is not compatible with this app" and like other reviewer, I have never rooted my phone!!! Global Shares please fix.

Poor app and gives no option to sell your shares. I sent several messages through my account in the app explained this issue and got no response from them to resolve the problem. I can't sell my shares since November 2023 and every time submit complain, I got only confirmation that they received my message but no action been taken to resolve this technical problem. Worse App

Horrible customer support. I've been trying to withdraw cash from these guys for the last 2 months. I get ignored for 2 weeks. After an angry email I get an immediate response and now I'm being ignored for the last 4 days. Keep in mind I'm well aware that people are busy and things can take time. So my emails were very far apart from one another, to the point of it being two months. Nothing resolved. Thanks for the service Carlos.

Was okay when I was able to get onto the app. (The first week) Since then, I have not been able to sign in. Also when I was able to get on the shares I pay in go into locked. With the old app we used we could cash these out at anytime

App doesn't work properly. Wouldnt let me select a preferred payment method for a dividend payment dispite them having my bank details registered. As a result I lost that money. Never had these problems with 'Equate Plus'.
