Every time I've called the service, it is a fast process. I do kind of dislike that you get transferred a lot to get to who you need to speak with. Overall, I'm satisfied. Thank you for your help.

Keeps saying my sign in info has changed and logged me out 4 times during a session, has times where it can't find my account info and its very annoying...thinking of canceling my 401k

It works as far as I can tell. It's the same app I was using with a previous company. These are all just numbers I hope to turn into money some day. We'll see if I ever get to spend any of it.

I ended up going on the website bc I dont have the credentials to sign on the App yet , I will say the website was so hard to come across anything I needed for my 401K , very confusing I'm hoping the App will be better then the site when I get my sign in info

I tried three times to access my account, waited 5 minutes for my security code and never received it! The customer experience is horrible. Why would anyone wanting to see their investments want to wait 5 minutes. My bank (not JP Morgan) send my code within a minute. I'm moving my investments to another investor tomorrow!!

Needs to have a Home page when you log on, similar to if you log on using a browser like Google Chrome, Bing or Firefox. It takes you directly to your account overview.

Can't even log in, keeps saying your session times out when I try. I even Uninstalled the app and downloaded it again and still the same results. Makes no sense

Perfect for people looking to set and forget or fine tune it by looking at the risk, volatility and returns, goes from 0 to 100 pretty hard but as long as your willing to play around with it you'll be good

Doesn't allow me to log in. Stuck on endless loop. Says my verification code is incorrect (it wasnt) then says error logging in and to contact a support member. Useless. Zero stars.

Never works. They text you a code to log in but the login doesn't activate.

App is overall good. Sometimes a little difficult to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. Overall an easy app for investing your retirement fund.

App keeps crashing, Google won't save passwords. I had to switch to another app to look up something when I switched back in less than 30 seconds I had to log in again and get another verification code

Horrible, can't even log in because the security code takes over an HR to send and by that time the session expired and it's invalid. It won't let you select the option to verify via txt or phone call either. Such a big company, it's amazing their app is such a hot piece of garbage.

Unfortunately got no where.. Freezes and by all means, don't make a mistake and backup. It restarts the username and password special. Characters leave a space. Virtually impossible to log in. I called got a pinnumber to reset password. Just froze every time at samespot. Maybe🤔 they really don't want you looking at your money.

I wanted to reset my password which I started to do. But it wouldn't accept my change and kept saying passwords must match. I knew that but it wouldn't accept it. I had to start over more than once. And now I want to share my comment but it's not allowing me to submit it.

Worked fine last week. Now I can't log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and I keep getting the message "Your session has timed out. Please log in again". No matter how many times I attempt logging in, I get the same message. Sent an email to the developer of the app, and of course they have not responded! Contacted them. They are aware of the problem and don't know when it will be fixed. JPMorgan retirement needs to hire new app developers.

Decent app, but ecurity codes take too long to arrive. I've had to log into a couple of new devices this year. JP Morgan tries to send a verification code "in 5 minutes". Almost every time, it either never comes, or it arrives 30-60 minutes later when my session is already expired. I've had this same experience on desktop. This needs to be fixed, it's annoying.
