Don't use them, there are many other institutions that are far more competitive on rates for loans. They will tack on several percents to pad their pockets while other companies are for more competitive. Don't even think about supporting this name, after all they are popular do to that name... stay away, keep your 69420 money far far away!

difficult access not worth trekking through the maze to arrive at nothing at all useful...giant chase takes baby steps in all of their apps

just sends me to chase app and as a business owner I lost all of my tools I used for instant employee spending watch ect. that I had with ink app.... very disappointed...jp Morgan app wont even work for me either

down load an app to get sent to another app? , ink was great. dont waste your time. as a business owner in this day and age I relied on the ink apps capabilities.

Worst upgrade ever...been with chase 15 years. ...can't afford 6.0 android smartphone and can't do mobile banking anymore. May be time to move onto another bank

Android notifications for alerts are coming in duplicates. Very annoying to see two of every notification!

Would give it a 0 star if I could. I echo the sentiments of other SMB owners. Ink was great until they killed it. This just tells you to use the regular chase app. I'm guessing we are not big enough accounts to get to use this app. I came to Chase after Wells Fargo screwed up big time. Guess it is time to migrate to another bank.
