I have been trying to get this app to work for almost a month and it says I can't login because my password is incorrect (Error LI001). I was able to login to the old app with no issue and was able to login on my desktop with no issue. I need this app for work, so you are literally keeping me from doing my job. I called your tech support, spent 2 hours on the phone with them and they were of no help! All of the information you have in your systems to help are outdated and incorrect.

Most frustrating app ever, but I HAVE to use it for work. How is a company with a $682 BILLION market cap unable to create and run a properly working e-deposit app? This is pathetic. Biometrics login says error, I enter my username manually, click continue, the app pinwheels 3 times then drops the pinwheel and freezes. Great. Thanks.
