After a challenging journey, I am pleased to say that with the help provided, I was able to obtain a resolution in the end. While there were technical difficulties to navigate, and they were really difficult, I must commend the sincere efforts of the customer care officers who worked tirelessly to assist me. Ultimately, all's well that ends well. My gratitude to each officer for their patience and dedication in resolving my issue. I hope the technical issue will be fixed by Ixigo asap. Thanks!

Tara chat bot is useless. Unable to view agent response when the chat is open. I kept on sending messages which were delivered. Agent marked the case as resolved while we were waiting and came to know the response after leaving the chat page and clicking it again. No agent available online or ever comes on call. Ixigo support number is showing as wrong number. Even when the payment was done fully and the mistake was from ixigo side its shown as payment pending for a long time.Dont know what todo

DON'T BOOK ANY FLIGHT FROM THEM. I have booked a flight costed around 8k and rescheduled it to other date but not able to see the rescheduled flight in my app so contacted them and also I wanted to know about charges for rescheduling again after connecting their executives just keep you in hold and cut the call. After getting frustd I again asked for cancellation bcz I was fed of them so amount deducted should be around 3500 because travel date is still 5 days after guess what I received 1900.

Hotel booking is worst. I booked a hotel from app, when I visit hotel they demanded double to what is shown in app. Contacted support, there is no immediate resolution - they requested 2hrs to look into issue. I was left with no option so paid extra money as demanded. If I directly visit hotel it costs less that what I paid.

Very much disappointed with this app. Its only looting the people. I had a very bad experience with it. Property is below average. No window in the room. Also ac is not working. When i tried to cancel this they are not allowing by giving very useless reasons

Very bad. Not at all customer centric fully business!!! Money! Money! Money! If you check one journey date to book a flight and due to any reason didn't complete and when you come backe after few mins to complete the booking they will increase that very specific flight fare by 500 and 600 Nice business strategy.

I was regularly booking my trips through MakeMyTrip, for years. I had got an offer through Zomato for a discount and hence booked my first trip from Chennai to Delhi. I've also downloaded the app. Also booked a ticket from Coimbatore to Delhi in July. I'm planning to travel to US, 2 persons in December this year. Incase an attractive offer, 2 persons 2-way would be considered. Thank you

Worst app they only open support tickets no responses in them Also after you close the support ticket you can't even open it again lol it just display a big white screen. Never using this app to book my flights again π Good luck to the guys who are installing this app.

I just used ixigo to book my flight, and I was amazed! It is a user-friendly application, with an easy way of searching for the best flights. The booking process is straightforward and the breakdown of prices and fees given transparently is something I liked.

No refund received on flight cancellation. Dude am I made a mistake of booking? I tried cancelling within 24 hr the app did not allow cancellation stating something went wrong. Now that I had to forcefully cancel through airline still no refund making it within 72hrs bracket. This was my first time booking and such a bad experience. I mean the amount is not small and no support of customer care center and the links are not working as well. Highly Disappointed! :(

Worse Worse Worse customer care. I would never recommend anyone. No clear information was given. I have loss my my money because of customer care. Even customer care insisted to call airline for arefund as they do not have idea. They call me again and again without any solution , and we will discuss with my designated team. Trust me, I myself belong to service industry, and I feel cheated after what I go through total loss. I wish if I can give no star at all. I book flights round trip from dub

Extremely dissatisfied. I requested a flight cancellation, but they refuse to process it, citing a non-refundable deal with the airline. As a customer who booked through Ixigo, I expect them to handle cancellations, not push the responsibility onto the airline. Poor and unprofessional behavior. Avoid Ixigo! The Worst Experience. I asked them to cancel 48hrs prior flight time but they say their deal with airline is non Refundable. Where as my deal is with ixigo. They can teach how to be WORST

My payment is not successful and my money is not refunded back. It was a huge amount. To them money transaction is a joke. Personally waiting for a huge amount to get refunded is a big hole in the pocket. This is not behaviour i expect, you should empathize with people. I was having emergency and need tickets in emergency but they will only say it takes 7 days to get back your money. Not good customer service, not good app, it's of no use. Please don't visit this app or the website scam!

Booked a flight. Flight got cancelled due to operational reasons. Was informed via mail only last minute and no alternative flight was available. And it was not updated in App. So I choose alternative means of travel as I was traveling with my ailing mother after her surgery. Opted for full refund. Recieved after 3 days and guess what Ixigo deducted convenience fees for the inconveniences they caused us. Gonna get my full refund anyhow. But never using this app to book anything. Worst experience

Worst customer experience.. I have booked a cab for airport but the driver didn't even arrived on time when trying to reach the driver the number provided was incorrect. Even when trying to contact the customer service it was not happening.. it was always going to the ivr and no actual person was reachable Never recommend this app for any booking I think since they have went public they have started not to care about the customer

I am extremely disappointed as I had been using this app for quite some time but the cancellation process and contacting customer service is the most difficult thing to do here. No proper option to get in touch with the customer service to get an idea regarding my refund status. I've booked multiple times yet the app is showing no transaction.

Don't book flight ticket thru ixigo app, initially they will give some kind of offers (Like coupon), if someone will book tickets and due to some reason not able to travel they they will charge huge amount of cancellation charges. If airlines will charge 2999/- they ixigo app also will charge upto 800/-, so before booking mind it. Why people are giving 4.5 rating, I don't know.

Absolutely disgusting app, I highly donnot recommend this app to anyone. 1) they are unethical in their approach, they are not upfront in telling what they are charging. 2) flight charges that are seen on their platform will definitely be cheaper than any other platform. So we select them, you keep in all the details, the final price it shows up even after all this step is still fake. 3) just before it goes to the step of payment, it shows your their elephant sized convenience fees

Worst experience ever, booked a hotel with them but somehow they booked it for another date and when we reached at destination, then we got to know about whole situation but I clearly remember choosing dates in the app, there was some technical glitch with app and customer support was also useless. I had to pay twice the amount for same room as they haf glitch in their app and no help from customer support.

Nothing more to tell, just change your default sort order on flight search result page. Even std 5 student will understand what m saying. DON'T use FRAUD WhatsApp. Review:Change sort order. By default, DON'T give Smart Recommend list but give LOW TO HIGH flight fares list. You guys always play the cheap strategy of looting passengers. You should do this on your own not by telling someone. Apply Common sense. I'll not use this app and will not let others to use it until you change the sort order.
