Greate video service, but Impossible to change currency. Error DF AA 20 during payment. Support can only sympathize you - no real help at all.

A little strange app. I start watching a show and the next day it disappeared from the app. When I searched for this show online I found it on ivi. But it's said the show coming soon😅

Have a subscription but cannot login through the app. It shows the the error already 4 days. Please fix the problem

Where are the original names of the movies ??? Why IVI shows only the Russian names of the foreign movies??? Is it difficult for IVI, together with the Russian version of the name of the movie, to also include the original name ??? In many cases (if not in most) the the Russian name of a foreign movie, has ABSOLUTELY NO RELATION with the original name!!! I do realize, that IVI is mailny addressed to Russian speaking people. But, just a bit more exposure to a foreign language, will do no harm !

No sound for 720p or higher quality for almost every movie. Very disappointing because the interface and movie library are pretty good.

most of rated movies require payment even if you have a subscription.Chromecast support is only partial and doesn't work for many films.

Good choice of Russian movies. Downside- there are no subtitles and at times, there are issues with buffering.

Decent content but host servers are slow even for downloading. The biggest draw back is that you can't cast something that you download so can't avoid the buffering.

Constant buffering; I've paid for subscription! Ticket SD841013: they've asked me to catch debug data twice (I've provided BTW); well, I've just tried megogo -- no problems at all ;)

Totally horrible download speed, it is impossible to watch movie without spinner every 10 sec on every quality except the lowest one. Also it is hard to find nice movie without purchasing it

Its pretty good, the variety of content is also good. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that even movies in english lack the original audio in english. So please at least include the original audio and its 5 stars from me.

Overall good online TV app. Although aimed to mostly Russian speaking audience, have original versions of movies. Also have great customer support. I had issues with improperly installed version of the app and the support was very knowledgeable and helpful. Хороший онлайн кинотеатр. Иностранные фильмы имеют оригинальную звуковую дорожку. Отличная поддержка клиентов - у меня были проблемы с аппликацией, которые были быстро и качественно разрешены техподдержкой.

Just application is good. But this online cinema is not good. Really little bit films and cartoons,and even with payment subscription, you can find film for money. I pay every month,and for some another films, am I should pay again! This is just scam

Не работает вывод звука 5.1 на приставках Android и Android TV. Только из-за этого пришлось уйти на Окко, потому что там это реализовано без проблем. В остальном и сервис, и приложение, сравнительно хорошие. // This app isn't supports sound 5.1 output on Android / ATV devices. This is the only reason why I had moved to the another service Okko where this feature is working without any problems. Generally IVI service and it app relatively good.

Fantastically awful platform. Constant problems, it's totally impossible to watch movies from PC (using different browsers, right). Inconfortable protocol of the subscription's rejection. So-called "free" access offers extremely poor choice of the films available, the rest has to be paid. Comparing to the other resources this one's a total fail. Абсолютно отвратительный ресурс. Постоянно лагает, если заходить с ПК- невозможно смотреть фильмы. Сложная, неудобная схема отказа от подписки. Кошмар

Fails to work with ChromeCast at least half the time in my experience. Also, can only change language of sound and subtitles when playing within the app. Film video quality is variable. Unfortunately, I'll go back to the Netflix app or even Google Play.

Started to watch a movie as "available through subscription" wanted to continue today and it asks me to buy it. It is a bit of a W*F situation let's say. Options can change I beleive, but for users that had already started to watch a movie at least it can stay unchanged. Support is quick to reply for which I am thankful.
