The infrastructure of the airport is impressive, however the wifi is the WORST in the world. I couldn't even call or leave a message for my family. And the employees are not cordial or friendly at all.. and this app basically does nothing, it's horribly annoying and useless. UNINSTALLED!!

No point unless you want to buy services at the airport. They say come 3 hours early because the airport is so large, but they limit your WiFi usage to 1 hour, make you verify with sms, and jump through hoops. Not winning Istanbul airport.

App is not capable for anything useful. Flight check doesn't work properly, doesn't show most of flights. Freewifi service still ask for sms registration, any guest without phone number can't use wifi through social media verification.

Too difficult as at this airport to connect. Too slow. Vendors don't have internet codes to give out and if you have either no reception or not enough time to download this app you are struggling for hours to access.

I never got past the signing process. All I got was an error that I didn't understand. Was useless to me really. App was unstable and got stuck several times. I installed immediately just before I boarded my flight.

2 years passed since I first commented, but still there is no improvement. Search function is totally dumb. Information of restaurants or shops are insufficient. Yes, they have an app but that's all. Nothing useful in it.

Whant to buy premium package, but can't sign-up. Sms verification didn't work. Not possible to sign-in. No email verification. Bad application for so good airport. Airport lose money by unable to clients to buy services.

Horrible application. Can't register to get full service from app. App can't connect to internet, saying "No internet, check your connection", whilst I have full signal on my home network. Not recommended for use. Uninstalled.

Excellent app in English as well. Online chat support is definitely excellent. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My only criticism is that when attempting to scan the parking ticket, the app freezes and shuts down. Needs improvement in ticket scanning. Thank you Istanbul airport. The world's best airport! Real great staff and management backed up by an amazing number 1 airline ♥

appreciate the effort but was a total waste if time installing it, could not get the stingy 1 hour of free wifi to work (on that subject .... 1 hour free, are you serious? considering most transit flights have a 3 hour stopover and there is ni way to pause the time its a joke. the airport with 1000 shops and restaurants, with a beautiful modern bulding thats is stuck in 1999 when it comes to internet access) snd it kept forgetting my flight details, so was not even useful as a reminder.

This app worked excellently for me. I arrived at the airport four hours early, but the gate number didn't appear on the screen. After downloading this app, it promptly displayed the gate number and provided directions on how to get there. It's an excellent app, and I will definitely be using it for my upcoming trips. Thank you!

Good idea, bad execution... You need wifi to activate the app, after 1 hour free you don't get wifi... No more flight updates, no more info, nothing. The app becomes useless. This is shame, what's the point of the app if you can't access anything...

Installed using IGA Lounge WiFi, and after installation received CONTINUOUS pop-up windows of "Unexpected error" and "Network error" at every tap. Have been using before this version for tracking my flight, and it was working perfectly. This version is simply useless with these pop-up errors. 3 stars only for historical reasons, would I be a first time user, it'd be a 1 star.

Really bad experience I couldn't even register. I even tried with different emails and mobile numbers. Never even receives a verification code. Horrendous. This would have been useful to my elderly parents when they reach the airport. What a waste of time! Shameful specially for the biggest airport in the world and it seems like these issues are never taken seriously or rectified! I guess you don't care about your customers and their expectations! I want to give 0 stars if I could!!!

Istanbul airport might very well have the worst airport wifi in the world. The first two times I was here I flat out didn't work. Third time it had a very clunky activation process to get 15 minutes of slow ass wifi. To get an hour you need to download this app (which takes about 15 minutes). And then the hour of free wifi also just doesn't work. For an airport with such high passenger volumes this is unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

SMS verification does not work (3 May). Maps don't work. Search doesn't work. No info given on lounge access or passes so I had to go there in person only to find out it is 59 euro for a day pass to the I G A lounge. Showed me the wrong gate so I positioned myself in this massive airport in the wrong place to where I really needed to be. Regret giving up my personal data for such a bad app. The only thing it did was notify me correctly when boarding started.

The app was not able to find my flight neither by confirmation number nor by flight code. Also I hoped to find a way how to navigate from one gate to another since my connection is very short, the app does not provide any help with navigation. The information available is very basic and shallow.

This is supposed to be the biggest airport in the world, yet the app and wifi don't work, app fails all the time and freezes, you only get one hour free wifi with very limited speed, SMS verification doesn't work, why would you need that in the first place? I think they really need to hire some new people for their IT department!

I want to use the app for only flights status but not working. after waiting few minutes it says that check my internet connection but I have the connection, even I can use youtube with 4K videos. the main problem is that I used first few months ago, at that time I received the same error. I said to my self that myabe for that day, there was an issue. but today, when it happened again, pleasw developpers and management, check you app, there is big problem (s23 ultra with latest sw stack)
