You should consider adding the ability for users to attach PDF receipts to claims, not just photos.

It has authentication issues. Was able to log in on PC but not with app using same credentials

App does not open. I have tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling it and it does not work.

App crashes I Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck . I get an error message saying try reinstalling after app has been updated to fix the bug .

The eligible expense scanner does not work at all. Never picks up any barcodes no matter how long I hold it or where I hold it.

I used to use this app all the time to track my weekly payroll, but ever since the last update, apparently, the app just doesn't work anymore. Have no idea what I'm gonna do about my W2s next year

App will no longer open, just flashes a white screen then crashes. Have restarted phone, cleared cache, nothing helps.

Every time I have my company send me the invitation to get into the app it works then one week later the app will not accept my username or my password and we have to redo everything all over again this app is junk.

Says my 4 digit code is wrong and password/ username. I haven't changed any of these. This seems to be a recurring problem at my company and everyone is fed up with the lack of help from isolved administrators.

Simply doesn't work. Thought it was bad enough that the web service makes me reset my password thru my email every time I want to check my pay stub but I can't even get this app to log me in at all.

Horrible. Can't use my card at Lenscrafters! I'd have to pay out of pocket then have them reimburse me. This isn't the first time that a place hasn't taken my card either. Horrible, just horrible. What's the point of an fsa if I still have to pay out of pocket???

The app looked very promising, but now isn't working at all. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, so with no luck. Hopefully once an update is released I'll actually be able to use it.

Downloaded the app solely because there are no statements in my file since 7/2020 it is currently 3/2021. Figured I'd just take screenshots for my records - nope, that's not allowed either. It's my information, I should have allowances to do with it what I choose.

New to this app. When i try to use camera to "Scan for eligibility" it says error while opening camera. Does anyone have this problem and did you find a way to fix this issue? Also if it helps im using a Note 10 plus with the app.

The app needs to upgrade it's receipt organizer so we can upload PDF versions of our receipts and visit summaries. The app is good for having immediate access to your HRA or FSA balance and transaction history. But filing a claim through the app is tedious at best or impossible if you don't know how to take multiple screenshots of the visit summary and receipt. The receipt organizer only accesses your camera or photos.

App crashes before I can even get it fully opened on my phone. It was great for tracking how much money I had on my HRA card through work when the app actually would open and work properly. Now it's just a useless icon that does nothing. Please fix this!
