Very good game. Good mechanics and building islands is very fun. Limit of 40 rounds is a bit sad because i want to build so much more. Hope im not just missing longer modes. Controls are responsive and ive only had one slip up accidentally selecting something i didnt want so far. Top teir mobile game. Good simple fun. No Ad hell. Would pay for this.

This reminds me of an old android TD game where each level was a big empty square. It gave you a bunch of tiles and towers to experiment with how best to beat each mission. Rare to see a good tower defense game that lets you choose the whole layout. My only real issue so far is optimization. I've got a Pixel 7 Pro and the lowest settings are still draining my battery and sometimes overheating my phone to the point that it lags. I've experienced the worst of this on the tutorial mission.

I love the game concept. Building the path is rare in TD. You should try it! It works well. Feedback: For me, lack of resources... or the slow trickle of options makes this game plod along and get very claustrophobic quickly. It does not allow for enough creativity. e.g. so many limits on placement, if no scarce bombs player is very stuck. Unforgiving for tiny errors. Maybe less water, more bombs, more access to an occasional rescue resource. Not suggesting nerf the challenge.

I am obsessed with this game. Finally, a real challenge! With all the different levels and categories there is a lot to play, and no buying anything for once. One of the better games out there. Not sure why some people are nitpicking about tile restrictions or whatever, seems kind of whiny. And yes, the tiles and cards are random, that makes it more interesting, you really have to strategize to survive. I say, whatever ups the challenge, bring it on!

This game is so flawed, but I'm addicted so giving it 5⭐ anyway. Some design elements are baffling; e.g restrictions on where tiles can be placed, such that you cannot be too proactive or make meaningful adjustments to what you've already done. You really cannot recover if you make mistakes. Winning the game seems to hinge on whether you are lucky to be offered some special cards. A lot has gone into 'trick' offers that you might fall for once but keep coming endlessly. Most tiles are useless.

Initially very fun, but it quickly becomes ridiculously difficult and your success hinges entirely on luck and getting the cards you need when you need them. You end up having to replay with the same modifiers over and over and over and over (ad nauseum) in the hopes that you'll eventually maybe get perfectly lucky. Plus, this game absolutely COOKS my battery, and that's on the lowest graphics settings. Between those issues, I've had enough and uninstalled.

it needs a single spawn point 50 and 100 round game type. or maybe even unlimited. just harder every round. the randomneess and 3 spawn points really make the late game more frustrating than fun. it could also use some floating towers than can be placed in water with no other tiles having to be destroyed.

Game has a great concept, but is almost impossible to win. for every 10 enemies you might get one arrow tower or anything that deals damage. or you get a bonus at the beginning of the game that says "ice traps deal damage when stepped on" and guess what you get the rest of the game? corner tiles with water tiles. no ice traps.

I've played a solid 50 hours of this game now and while the game and it's mechanics are fun, most of the towers are downright useless. Poison is overpowered, as well as the ornate, moat, boulder, and cannon towers. The rest rely too heavily on the rng of finding power towers to keep them relevant as the game progresses. It can be frustrating to have a fantastic 15 waves only to be screwed over by extremely poor rng, or useless towers. Also, an endless mode would be nice to see.

I hate this game sometimes and it's so perfect too. The faction variations are cool and change the game a lot. I wish the road building was slightly less restrictive. Also would love unlimited save files, sometimes you make a run breaking decision and it sucks and at l moment you can't do anything about it and that game is just lost to the void. It would be awesome to be able to play it again correctly instead. Also there should be a real time game log. Thanks!

Has a lot of potential. the graphics are beautiful, the idea is fresh and perfect for small form devices. There are a few rules that annoy me. first, building corner pieces is a pain. if we could drop tiles caddy corner to structures, I feel would make it more possible to utilize corner tiles and help plan your path better. also, if I want a path to end at a demolishable tile, that should be my decision and not hard stop. Also, why can't a path tiles demolish other tiles?

It was enjoyable until a second and then third goal randomly appeared on the map that you have to defend as well. Maybe I would have been okay with this if I had any control over cards that come through, but it's all completely random. Most games, especially the first ones, I felt that I never had enough towers. This becomes more evident when I have to now split my terrible and random resources between two paths and then three paths. It just ended up not being my cup of tea.

Well done! The artwork is nice to look at, and the gameplay is actually very challenging once you get past the first few levels. i was surprised at how much thought you have to put into your strategy. No advertisements are in this game at all! I am a fan of just paying a few bucks to enjoy the game rather than having to watch a bunch of brain rotting, anger inducing advertisements every 5 nanoseconds.

Really fun starting out, but then after the tutorial you realize that it's too luck-based. There are many fun combos, but you'll almost never get to use them. If you could pick which cards are in your stack, this could be a really fun game. Maybe make a minimum deck size and allow us to put cards in that work together. Also, allow us to block paths

A very fun game I enjoy playing. The rng is awful and costs me games regularly. You shouldn't have to restart multiple times to just not get screwed in the first 10 rounds. Solo tiles should be purple because unless you can plan around %90 water tiles, you are in trouble since those are what is really common. Needs an upgrade tree or something to get a more consistent experience.

The game is difficult. I love difficult games but when it is 60% strategy and 40% luck it gets annoying quickly. Very addicting in the beginning but once you have an idea of what you're doing it becomes restart, restart, restart because you just can't get what you need. The game absolutely needs a rework, I hope they figure out the balance.

I've played a lot of tower defense games. This one is unique and has serious longevity. I just completed the difficult gauntlet mode and had such a blast. It's a perfect game to play a couple rounds for a few minutes or to play for an hour trying to build different things. It's fun to find different emergent combinations and build patterns. I just really can't rave about this game enough, I don't review games lol but this one deserves it, I'm very surprised it only has 4.1 stars.

Great tower defense game. It does need more, like a sandbox mode, a mode where the map is pregenerated and just general content but if you're looking for a unique tower defense, look no further. I've played sooo many tower defense games over the years and this is the first in a very long time to keep me interested for any period of time. I find myself coming back despite completeling all of the campaign.

Worth the price if you like tower defense. The game is unforgiving and forces you to fail to learn, so you will lose before you manage to pass levels. Factions completely change the way the levels are played, and the diverse amount of tiles and content ensures you will always have something to do. Also, the art style is fantastic.

I love this game and enjoy it everyday. It is challenging but so satisfying to win a level. I sometimes find it frustrating that the second and third paths appear, as they often bring on my demise, but the more I play, the more I learn what works best. I do wish there was a sandbox or endless mode as I'd like to chill with the little towns I'm creating. I've not made it in the leaderboard yet for the daily challenge but I enjoy trying as done days are easier than others. Lovely graphics too.
